Marc Fata was an amazing sales manager! We we're definitely gonna walk out the door for other deals as usual. But his honesty (which is rare) hospitality and efforts to get us the best deal was inevitable. I felt like my brother was shopping with me and I got my Lexus on the spot! Thank you Marc! read more

Before I enjoy my new car, I need to give credit where credit is due! I did not expect this outcome nor did I expect I would buy a car from Longo but MARKC FATA is the man! I had reached out to him inquiring on a car that I had my heart set on. From extensive research I understood this car was hard to find due to the color combinations and specs but everything changed after speaking with Marc. He was not pushy or demanding. He was compassionate and listened and answered all my questions. Although the car I wanted was not available I decided to stop by the dealership to get a glimpse of what they had in stock. After meeting Marc I was 1000% sure I was going to buy a car from him. Right off the bat we clicked, and his sense of humor and honesty is contagious. Having a salesperson who listens, picks up your calls, texts you back is undeniably a winner. Marc was straight forward and did not beat around the bush. He asked questions like why do you want this? What's important to you in the car buying process? He suggested a car that I would have never picked but after a quick test drive, and running the numbers, it was a no brainer. I had called several dealerships prior to meeting Marc and I can honestly say NO ONE provided me with the service Marc and Longo Lexus did. He made the car buying experience simple, quick and FUN!!!!!!!!! I got my dream car and cannot even begin to express my gratitude to Marc. Keep shining Marc! We need salespeople like you to make life easy and effortless. read more

I was looking for a GX550. I was online chatting with Longo on a Friday evening. I was told that they had 14 in stock. I explained that my wife and I would be coming down the next day. When I arrived I was told that they did not have any in stock and there was a wait list. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I drove from Santa Clarita in order to buy a vehicle and found that none were available. What a waste of a day. read more

I've had my Lexus for 6+ years now and in large part to the wonderful service from Longo Lexus and my service advisor, Robin Ho. Absolutely terrible customer service in sales. I was told by a sales person that they're holding the car for me to look at. I drive over an hour and wait in the lobby for over 30 min just to be told that the car just sold. Wow. I can accept this from other brands but Lexus? They have zero respect for their customers at this dealership. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I've serviced my NX at Longo for about 6 years now and have always left my appointment a satisfied customer. I've always been able to secure a loaner with each appointment and my service manager, David Parada, has done a great job of being transparent with what I need done with each appointment. I will be starting the process of upgrading to a 2024 model and will definitely be looking at Longo Lexus for my needs. read more

I was planning to get a Range Rover but I'm glad I got the Lexus GX 460 Premium instead. As I get older, I prefer money in the bank. The Lexus SUV I had before has over 200,000 miles and still runs great. The maintenance barely costed anything and the mileage was excellent especially when I used to drive 500-600 miles a week. I don't drive that much anymore but surprisingly the mileage is still good. Last week I drove to SF and I was able to make it in one tank. My boys love the new car, the third row, the fan and seat warmers in the back. Tony Minarto is simply the BEST, he waited for me the night I came in so cordial and personable. Longo Lexus has the hugest inventory and selection. read more

My wife and I wanted to upgrade our luxury car buying experience to whole new level. We made an appointment and went to Longo Lexus with expectations. The moment we arrived we were cheerfully greeted by a receptionist. The Showroom was very inviting. We informed her of our appointment with Tomson Diep and she proceeded to page him. We met and sat down with Tomson. To our surprise, Tomson was completely prepared for our appointment. The paperwork, the model of the car (RX350), and the preliminary financing was all set and ready to go. The whole process was smooth and easy. Tomson really put in the work to make sure that our expectations were met. Honestly, he went above and beyond to complete the deal. He will be our go to guy for our next and future Lexus cars. Thank you, Tomson, for welcoming us to the Lexus family! A brief note on Long Lexus: The Showroom was immaculate. The ambience was inviting and exudes refinement of luxury without being pretentious. In a sense, it was very comfortable being there. read more

Had a great experience today car shopping all thanks to Dennis Lo! He was very kind and respectful when working with us and not the usual pushy attitude you may expect at dealerships. Dennis was very patient with us and addressed all our concerns making sure we got the best deals and answers. My treatment today with Dennis makes me wish I could buy a car every month, and if I could give 10 stars I would! read more

Just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Jackson Le, who helped my husband & I find our dream car. Jackson was very patient & informative throughout the whole process. There was a very specific timeline that we wanted the vehicle by & he made it happen! Recently relocating to the IE and working long hours in healthcare - my husband & I were unable to find a time where we could both go to pick up our car. Jackson arranged for it to be delivered to our house, which we didn't even know was possible! He personally accompanied our delivery specialist Emilio Mejia & they both did an excellent job explaining the features of the vehicle, getting the paperwork finalized, & showing us how to use the Lexus app. Thank you Jackson & Emilio - we love our new car! read more

This review is for the parts department. I do DIY maintenance on my cars at home, helping my family, girlfriend, and myself out with regular maintenance on our Lexuses (we have two LS's, an SC, an IS, and formerly a GS). The parts guys are helpful and help me find the parts I need. My only complaint is that occasionally, they will forget to email me when my parts arrive, and I don't find out until I actually ask them myself or go in person. But other than that, the prices for parts are competitive, and they are one of the only Lexus dealer in the area with an actual online parts website. read more

If you have a Lexus, Longo Lexus is the place to go get your car service. they are super professional, transparent and fair priced. The facility is great and it's super clean. My service advisor is Robin Ho and he's the guy to go to. He knows his stuff, straight shooter and delivers on his promises. He never over promises - but 100% realistic. I recommend Longo Lexus and Mr. Ho. read more

(198 dollars ride around for about 250-350 miles max) so you are paying 0.57-0.79 cents per mile(a semi use about1.88-2 dollar/mile(with load)! Hydrogen price went through the roof all thanks to true zero and Longo who sold me the car! When the station is not off line, it's the price going up, it all start it with low 5 dollar a kilogram when the car was first introduced, now it's about 700% more per kilogram, and a typical hydrogen fuel cell car uses 5 and half kilograms, so you are paying 198 dollars for a full tank, that's higher then most suv on the road, how long before that 15k complement fuel card run out? You do the math! Now Longo is trying to hustle me or service, what's the point? This is to the response for Longo Toyota, you as the dealer is responsible on the volume of the hydrogen vehicle you can sell, for Longo Toyota there is no cap on how many Mirai you can move, new or used, so the more people are mislead by the false marketing about there is unlimited source of hydrogen fuel out there, just get the car is false, the more people have Mirai the more expensive hydrogen will get, the price will climb 3 times as fast then gas and diesel, and Toyota knows this, that's why they quietly came out the BZ4 all electric car, and trying to get rid of the remain inventory of the Mirai, see they realize the hydrogen car can never dominate the market like electric cars, you can literally build a charging stations over night, it will take hydrogen station years to open one station, and constantly having issues with the hydrogen fuel due to more Mirai Longo is selling! I want my money back! read more

I have taken my cars here for service for years. I've been happy with their work and customer service.

Returning customer... went to look at new cars yesterday. The person showing us vehicles really offended us. My boyfriend saw a car he liked and asked him how much it was and the salesman laughed and said "you couldnt afford it. Its $120k" That joke was not appreciated. Not sure if this was said because we are Mexican...We ended up leaving. Ill be looking to work with other dealerships. read more

I brought my 2016 Lexus IS-200T in for a front windshield replacement on May 13, 2020. I was contacted by the service department to pick up my vehicle on May 14, 2020, I immediately noticed paint damage on the edge of the roof, directly next to the windshield seal. I contacted the service manager right away to file a complaint. The service advisor scheduled me to bring my car back in on May 16, fast forward to the 27th (11 days later), I received a picture of my vehicle with another DAMAGE next to the bottom part of the window seal, i reached out to Clem Cisneros and he is now claiming that the damage "has been there for a while" because there is rust visible and they will not repair it - after a long discussion with Clem, he finally offered to repair it using touch-up paint! I was scheduled to pick up the car today 6/6 and when i picked it up, the interior was filthy, covered with dust (which clearly shows that it was left out without a windshield possibly for weeks, a new paint scuff on the hood has appeared! They (Longo Lexus) have been the only people to work on my car. Based on other Yelp revious this dealership is clearly negligent when handling their customer's vehicles. If you and your love ones care about your vehicles, please save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY FROM LONGO LEXUS! I did not purchase a car because they did not have the one I was looking for, BUT the service was outstanding. My little self came on my own, and I was surprised at how professional Marc, the sales person treated me. I never felt belittled or felt like I was forced to purchase something that wasn't for me. Highly recommend to give this place a try if they have what you're looking for, and even if they don't, the experience will be worth it. read more

Dropped by to pick up parts and accidentally spilled a few drops of lotion on a brand new car's floor mat. Tried wiping it off but still had some stain so I took the mat inside to wash it off in the restroom and was rudely asked by the sales manager not to use and dirty "his" restroom. I politely responded that I would make sure that I would leave the restroom clean and he replied that he would prefer that I not wash it off inside. I explained to him that as a customer who recently purchased an LX 600 from them should at least be given some assistance or a little courtesy. He disrespectfully again in a condescending manner said that he didn't care whether I drive a Tesla or Lexus in front of his sales people is very unprofessional and an unacceptable level of customer service. My sister in law was impressed with our LX that she also wanted to buy one however I will definitely not recommend this dealer. read more

Unbelievable, two different services people at Longo Lexus quoted me two different prices for the same TPMS sensor. Robin's quote is $99, his best offer is 10% off the parts, not the labor$175. Today I got the sensor replaced at Longo Lexus for $175 Labor and $85 for the sensor, plus 10% off for both labor and parts. Car sales play games when you need to buy a car. But for services too? I am not just disappointed, but also appalling. We customers complain about Longo dealership, management just apologizes and nothing will ever get improved. read more

I have been a Longo Lexus customer since 2010. Since then, I bought three different Lexus cars from David Truong already. David provided great sales services every time! Recently I bought a new 2022 Lexus car from David Truong and he kept me up to date throughout many months on the expected arrival time and availability. He also explained different options to me. The sales process was so smooth and it was an non-event experience. Besides good sales service, Longo service department is critical too. I have been working with the best service adviser Man Wong for many years. Buying a new vehicle is one thing but getting great services to maintain the vehicle in good shape for years to come is important. Man Wong from the service department is someone I can trust all these years. He is knowledgable and provided great services to me every time I services my Lexus car. If I have any questions on my Lexus car, he will always provides timely services through email or phone call. One time I had issue with my tire and I called Man Wong, he immediately supported me and asked me to drop by Longo Lexus right away to take care of the issue. Man Wong is another reason that I stay with Lexus brand all these years. I driven BMW but the services I got cannot be compared with the services provided by Man Wong at Longo Lexus. I really appreciate Man Wong and David Truong from Longo Lexus to provide me good experiences. read more

My wife and I walked on the car lot today and a salesperson Eric Garcia approached us. We had done a lot of research and knew what car we wanted. He made the whole buying experience very pleasurable. He worked out a great deal for us and we were in and out in about an hour and a half. (BTW he told us he had started at the dealership washing cars and is now obviously doing very well in sales) We were at the same dealership about two weeks prior and we were approached by another salesperson, and our experience was the exact opposite. When you plan on dropping north of 50 grand for a car the least you would expect from a salesperson is common manners. Needless to say he didn't earn our business. Arrogance and entitlement won't get you very far when there's a plethora of salespeople willing to actually work instead of trying to cherry pick who will and who won't buy a car. Thanks again, Eric you made the purchase an easy one. read more

Only come here if you want to waste your entire day. I had a service appt at 8:30 am, and I didnt get my car checked in until 9:15 am! Why does it take so long? All dealerships Ive been to, take 10 mins tops to check in a car. Maybe it has something to do with the service advisors socializing and laughing with each other, instead of working... all while the service director with the initials "P.W." sits in his office browsing the internet. Maybe he should make himself aware of how inefficient his crew works. Dont come here if you want to waste your entire day. read more

Before I drove to look at and test drive a used car I found on their website I called to make sure that it didn't smell like the previous owner had smoked in it. The salesperson assured me that she was very familiar with the car and that it had no smoke smell. Imagine my surprise after I drove over an hour to get to the dealership to find that the car smelled like someone had sprayed perfume to cover a strong odor of smoke. When I told her this she stated that it "just smells like leather" to her. Anyone that has been inside a smoker's car knows it's a distinct odor that can be in no way confused with leather smell. They wasted over 2 hours of my morning, showed that their word cannot be trusted, and ensured that I will cross them off the list of dealers as I continue to shop for a car. read more

Longo Lexus is the worst car dealership location ever. Not a single employee greeted us or even asked if we needed help. We were checking out cars for 30 minutes, and no single employee even approached us to assist. When we walked in to see if employees were all busy helping other customers, many employees were sitting around or chatting with each other. I'm sure most of them knew we needed assistance as they even gave eye contact, but no acknowledgment was provided. I'm not sure if Sunday is a bad day to come and try to purchase a car at this location, but all customers walking in the dealership and actively looking at cars should at least be asked if assistance is needed. read more

I have been a long-time Longo Lexus Service (and Vehicle Sales) customer since 2008. In that time, I have purchased and/or leased 4 vehicles through them, and serviced every single one at their facility. Even after 14 years and over 210,000 miles later, I still continue bringing back my 2008 Lexus GS350 for service and repairs. I do not say this lightly, but they are truly committed to ensuring that their customers are completely satisfied and are indeed the "gold standard" when it comes to unparalleled service delivery. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and are able to diagnose and resolve any issues my vehicle may have on the first time. Lastly, Robin Ho is my go-to service advisor. He defines what a customer advocate should be. Robin takes the time to build relationships and becomes a trusted advisor that you can depend upon to honestly tell you what your vehicle needs now, or whether or not something is a critical issue. My 14-year old GS350 still performs and looks just like the day I bought it thanks to not only their service department, but also because their detail team does such a phenomenal job each time I have a complete detail done! read more

I'd love to be able to provide a review for Longo Lexus based on their sales service, I really would. But after nearly a dozen attempts in the last two months to obtain a price quote via their website - all of which have gone entirely ignored - I can't. Hey Longo! Pssst...a word: potential customers use your website "price quote" link because they would like to buy a car, and they're hoping you will quote them a decent price. They're not doing it simply to be ignored. Customers can be ignored without asking for a price quote, so really it is only the customers actually looking to buy who are soliciting quotes. If you don't respond to them, they can never buy a car from you. Which, unfortunately, is what I'll be doing. Never buying a car from Longo Lexus. read more

Update to my 1 star review. I reached out to Paul the Service Director who got the ball rolling on making things right. I was having the worst of luck with my car. The seats were left dirty, the scratches on the hood and then the electronic brake malfunctioned. Paul got my car picked up from my home and had a loaner dropped off. Jim my sales advisor then told me the car would have a diagnostic $175. Turns out it was a bent and loose harness on one of the wheels, strange. I am glad it wasn't something more serious. Steering wheel is still a bit off center but it's better than it was before. I picked up my car a couple of days later and to my surprise it was detailed. I'd like to thank the Longo Lexus team for hearing me out and taking the time to make it right. Car is squeaky clean and the electronic brake was fixed. See you in 5k mikes. read more
