The sales team was friendly, thanks to Tom , Finance Department Erin and the manager who make the deal happen for my dad got approved. They are knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The financing process was quick and easy, and I felt like I got a great deal on my vehicle. The dealership was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently purchased a used car (Mazda cx30) from Longo and it was easily the smoothest and stress-free experience I've ever had buying a used car. So many dealers these days try to add on extra after extra to bump up their price. Longo does not do this. We traveled 50 miles up from Orange county to view the vehicle. It was in exactly the state that was described. We worked with a really cool sales guy called Marc Fata. He was super low pressure and very helpful. After inspecting the car and testing it I knew it was what I was looking for. It then took less than an hour to finish the paperwork with no extras or upsell at all. How utterly refreshing! read more

Longo Lexus has some of the best team members to help customers. Hieu and Joshua worked diligently hard to get us our 2022 NX350h. They kept us up to date on the status of its arrival and delivering it directly to our house was the icing on the excitement cake. I couldn't be more pleased with the process, given the circumstances with everything going on, they really did the best. From choosing our build, to signing our application and explaining all the new features in the upgraded tech, it was perfectly executed. Thanks guys! read more

Had a terrible repair experience with Longo. Paid $200 for diagnostic and they wanted almost $500 more for total or $685 to repair my horn. They also wanted $250 an hour on top to repair the audio wire for alarm that they clearly saw was broken. Jason the service rep was fine and responsive but Technician 992749 quoted outrageous rates for what should have been simple repairs I don't know if Mgmt was squeezing techs for more money but times are tough and these rates were outrageous and offensive and tho it may not mean anything to Longo.. They have certainly lost a lifelong customer during these tough times I wish they were more reasonable and willing to help but bottom line is they squeeze customers unnecessarily read more

My husband and I hate shopping for cars so much that we actually did an Overseas Delivery for our last car purchase in order to minimize contact with salespeople at a dealership! When my almost 85 year old father unexpectedly announced he wanted to sell his 2005 Lexus LS 430 with 47,500 miles and lease a new 2022 Lexus ES 350, we were very worried about the sales process. Especially due to language/communication issues and the fact he'd never leased a car before. We live in NorCal so we couldn't visit dealerships with him but lucky for us, he met Linda Hur at Longo Lexus. Linda listened to my fathers needs, patiently answered his many questions, made helpful suggestions and recommendations, and applied absolutely no sales pressure. After some consideration, my father decided to move forward with the lease. While waiting for their new car to arrive, my parents sold their second car so Linda offered to deliver their new car to their home. Not only did she deliver their car, she took time to explain the car's features, program their seats, and program their garage opener! When I reached out to her to ask for a Korean-language owner's manual requested by my father (I wasn't able to translate the English version on Google translate nor was I able to locate a version for purchase/download), she searched Lexus' Korean sales site and managed to find a manual for another Lexus model since they don't sell the ES 350 in Korea. WOW, who does that these days especially after the sale is made?!? Linda treated my parents with genuine care and respect and my parents couldn't stop raving about her. You would have thought my parents were long family friends of her parents! It's very reassuring to know there are car salespeople you can trust to provide excellent customer service and sales support even after the sale. We highly recommend working with Linda Hur!!! read more

Sincere appreciation for exceptional service I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding Service I recently received from Longo service department and loaner car staff. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care shown by the sttaff. The service manager Rene handled everything with great efficiency and courtesy. ensuring that the repair process was smooth and is stress- free. In Addition, the staff Juan helped me with the loaner car department were incredibly helpful and patient making sure I have a reliable vehicle while my car was being serviced. What truly stood out was the warmth and sincerity in the way Rene and Juan treated me not as a customer, but as their family member. It's rare to encounter such compassionate and thoughtful service these days. and I truly appreciate it. Thank you again for going above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Longo Lexus to friends and family. read more

Longo Lexus - Asking for Tony when coming to Longo Lexus - Car Dealers Near Me - El Monte, California

I live in Westside LA and always, willingly, make the 40+ minute trek to Longo Lexus despite having a dealership and service center nearby in Santa Monica. Shoutout to Gabriel in the sales department who made my purchasing experience very smooth and positive. Very patient and honest guy. Even responds quickly whenever I have questions post-sale about my car. The service department is consistently excellent. Efficient and friendly. Have brought my car in three times now and each time I experienced great communication: always knew cost upfront, loaner car of choice ready, accurate time estimate for when car was ready. Brought my car in last time with the TPMS light on and they fixed it for me proactively, plus washed my car. read more

Purchased a new LX600 and worked with Ray Huang who tracked my build from the factory and updated me as the car made it journey to the US. He made the acquisition seamless. He was a total sales professional and highly recommend working with Ray. Car was delivered to my home by Rodrigo Castro who spent time going over the vehicle features. He did a great job delivering the vehicle and ensuring I had all my questions answered. Was suggested to this place through a friend, man I gotta say they deliver! I understand that sale rep has to be friendly and funny and stuff for you to feel comfortable in buying but Jackson does even beyond. He guided me and my girlfriend through every single steps since It was our first time getting a Lexus and had little knowledge in every aspects Even after the purchase was done, he even helped us with setting up all other service appointments, even though it was his day off lol If you're considering getting one, I highly recommend going to this place. Ask for my man Jackson and he'll help you with everything. All you gotta worry about is adjusting your seat position and drive home lol read more

I will give 5 stars for the service itself. But zero for your loaner vehicle department. Folks, if you ever gonna get a loaner car from them, make sure you record a video of the loaner vehicle before you leave there and again right after you get out the car during return. Otherwise, Mr. Andrew gonna come up with some damages you never knew about! Or you have Andrew inspect your loaner car before you drive off. 10 mins after Andrew took back the loaner car he came up to me to tell me I damaged the car and I need to be reliable for it. So how I damaged the bumper when there is no scratches or finger prints around the area? Thank you for ruining my weekend, buddy! Job well done! I will assure to have you inspect my cars in the future. And record you inspecting the vehicles before I leave. Lessons learned! read more

But today was my first time buying car from Longo Lexus and of course I again have the most amazing experience in this dealer. Rick De La Cruz help me with selling my car and Toni Minarto help me with the Sale. Everything went smooth, Tony and the Finance guy even work their MAGIC to make all the trade in and buying process super easy and smooth on my APR and monthly payment. It's always a good experience here at Longo. No Dealer BS and. No Sales guy BS too, everything went smooth and they really make it easy for you. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. My folks are 83 years old and looking to get their last car. We found one at close to the budget. The used manager did try working with us but in honesty we left feeling very disappointed. We left remember the manager saying we have to pay our bills and keeping the lights on. When we shared this is our parents last car and hope to be meaningful for them. The price was about 1k difference of when we like Longo to adjust given they are making profit regardless. Sometimes it's important to look at the humanness of the situation vs the profit. The sales represent was great to work with. Watching my parents with sadness was not what we would have like.. especially for them to drive all the way from Ontario. read more

I have always owned German cars since I started driving so wasn't sure what the hype was about Lexus. I am pretty happy with the car I got from Longo and even though the first time, I did not have a great experience when I dropped my car for service, I have been impressed ever since. Both Robin and David who assisted me the last 2 times, not only provided great feedback on my issues and made me feel like a valuable customer. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking to buy a Lexus. read more

What can I say about Tony Minarto... spunky, energetic, and certainly doesn't carry any of that stereotypical "scumbag car salesman" notion that so many people carry. My family has purchased 4 cars from him in just the last 6 months, and it's been a smooth experience every single time. Back in July, we purchased 3 cars and just last week purchased another. Although the entire sales process has always taken a few hours, that's been my experience with every single car purchase I've been apart of anywhere. He's extremely busy, and I can tell his mind is moving at a million miles an hour because of how quickly he moves. Because I've had so many interactions with him over 2020, we've had some great conversations and I've really come to like the man. Overall, I really appreciate how honest he is and how much he's willing to work with us on everything in general. My family and I will definitely be lifelong customers (although I'm waiting on Lexus to come out with a fully electric car that competes with Tesla so I can buy another car from Tony ;) ) If you're looking to purchase a Lexus, I HIGHLY recommend you come to Longo Lexus and ask for Tony! To me, he's the best in the business. read more

Almost ten years ago, I purchased a 2013 IS 250; on July 17, 2021, my car was parked and hit by a hit-and-run driver. My insurance company totaled my car. Longo Lexus, Sales Consultant Hadi sold me my car in 2013, and because of my experience then, I decided to return to Longo Lexus. However, I called Longo Lexus to confirm Hadi would be available; sadly, Hadi retired a few years ago. But in return, I got Sales Consultant Van Phu, who was just as superb as Hadi. My visit to Longo Lexus on 12/17/22 was simple, with no pressure and me making my own decision with multiple options. Van, thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and the time you took to help me find the best car that would suit my needs (not my favorite vehicle). There were no mark-ups, no haggling, etc. Van and I discussed what my needs were. We looked at the available inventory and did a process of elimination. We test-drove several vehicles until I found "the ONE." My 2013 was a brand-new car; I decided to go with a certified pre-owned vehicle this time around. I am the proud owner of a 2020 Lexus NX 300 FSport. If you are considering purchasing a new or used car, please give Longo Lexus, Sales Consultant Van Phu a call. He will not disappoint you. Again, thank you, Van. A special thanks to Robert Resendez for assisting with updating my auto insurance. read more

I highly recommend Tony to all those who want to buy a car！ At first, I was in another lexus dealer ordered a car, but they said they will increase the price. Obviously, I ended up choosing Longo Lexus store. They are one of the few dealers who will not add money. At the end of February, I asked Tony to place a deposit, at that time there were already more than 300 people in the queue, I had to wait for more than six months at the soonest, I was ready to wait for a long time. I didn't expect that in just two months, I would receive a text message from Tony at 11pm! The next morning，I immediately filled out the form on my cell phone, sent the information to Tony, and ordered the car completely, and went to pick it up that night. I'm so happy, I suddenly found a serious and responsible salesman who always thinks of you, very important! Thank so much for Tony，he has been helping me to keep an eye on the car, and let me get my car so quickly, happy! It was 9pm when I picked up my car, thanks to Tony for being there for me! read more
