The food is very good and also very pricey but if you're looking for a good steak this is the place to go.

I took my mom to LongHorn Steakhouse for her birthday dinner and it definitely did not disappoint. I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time after seeing it all over TikTok, and I can't believe I've been sleeping on it for all these years. This was my first visit! First of all, the bread... omg. It was so snugly soft and warm. I loved it. We also ordered the wings and I really enjoyed them. I believe they were baked, which is a plus for me because it made me feel a little guilt-free. Lol. They also have $6.49 margaritas all day, so you already know I had to grab one. And let me tell you... the bartender was NOT stingy with the liquor. My kind of bartender! For dinner, my mom ordered the ribs with a baked potato and broccoli. Mommy was reluctant to irder the ribs because she's so picky about her ribs but she sid not regret it. She loved them I got the Parmesan crusted ribeye with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Everything was delicious. The ribeye itself was tender perfection. The Parmesan crust had great flavor, although I will say if you get too much of it in one bite it can lean a little salty. Still very good overall. My husband ordered the Parmesan crusted chivken with a sweet potato and fries, and he had no complaints either. To top it off, I ordered the strawberry cheesecake (my mom's favorite) and it was so good. Now let me talk about our waitress. She was phenomenal! A ball of positive energy the entire time. She even had the most beautiful singing voice! I hate that I can't remember her name, but she absolutely deserves a raise. She was thoughtful, attentive, and honestly the bonus that made our overall experience even better. Overall, we had a great experience and no complaints at all. I'll definitely be back! Parking right in the front of the restaurant was a bit tight because it was a busy Friday night but there's parking surrounding the restaurant was since it shares a lot with some stores. Btw... the waitress told me that even though the menu doesn't say "Parmesan crusted" you can ask and they can basically add it to anything read more

Beautiful night at Longhorn Steakhouse. It was easy to have conversation -not noisy. I usually order salmon salad, but wanted to try something different: Parmesan Crusted Chicken was terrific: hot and tasty with rice and broccoli! Yum The server was friendly and very helpful. We look forward to retuning in the near future. read more

Went into Longhorns for lunch yesterday and ordered the New York strip steak, medium. It was cooked almost perfect but a bit on the medium rare side. It tasted excellent and was very tender. The loaded baked potato was good but the skin of the potato was tough, not sure why. I think that the dinner should include a side salad but it does not. I do recommend this place as it serves a consistent and great steak. read more

I stopped in for lunch, right around noon. I went to get blood work done at Quest, in the same center. I was starving because I had to fast. I have only ordered the salmon as an entree any time I have visited a Longhorn so I planned to do the same this visit. I was by myself so I did not plan on anything other than an entree and drink. The parking lot was filled so I was anticipating the restaurant would be packed too. I decided to sit at the bar and luckily there was 1 seat available. I was greeted as soon as I sat. I was given a menu and was offered to order a drink. I ordered a beer because that's what came to mind first. The bartender came by shortly after, took my order, and offered me bread. The food came out quickly and was exactly how I ordered it. The food was hot and everything tasted good. Like I said, I was starving so I scarfed down my lunch! The bartender checked on me several times. I did not need anything else so I requested the check. Since the check was cheaper than I expected, I tipped extra. I would definitely recommend dining here. I was only in the bar area but it appeared clean and the staff was working. read more

Restaurant was so cold, I needed a jacket. Asked the host to turn it back and it was good until it came back on about 15 minutes later. So we left without finishing meal but brought it home. I ordered a medium well bacon burger. What I received was a well done burnt outer burger no pink on the inside cooked fully through. Worst burger I've had at a steakhouse bar none. If I was at the restaurant, I would have sent it back. Everything else was good, thus the two star rating. read more

ZERO Stars, sat at the bar because the service is usually quicker. Nearly 10 minutes to place a drink order. Asked if we wanted bread and said yes. Bread arrives and it was trying to cut a brick. Complained and returned, bartender returns saying I asked them to make some fresh bread (so you're saying what you first served was what day old). Another 10 minutes go by before she returns to take our order. We ordered the 9oz Flo's Filet medium to split along with mushrooms, rice and brussel sprouts. The steak shows up ( medium rare) looking more like a ribeye with fat and grissle, the mushrooms were burnt. The bartender finally comes by to ask if I'd like another beer, my glass having been empty for at least 5 minutes. We complained about the food but we were not offered any discount, nor did the manager come by to apologize. This is absolutely the worst steakhouse we have ever been to. STAY AWAY! read more

My steak arrived w/o the seasoning today. Another person in our party ordered her steak w/o seasoning due to her multiple allergies. This was February 20th, 2026. This was brought to our wonderful servers attention. She only offered a cup with the missing seasoning or a cup of garlic butter seasoning. Evidently our steaks were mixed up somehow. This is my VERY FIRST time having any issues with my steak. In hindsight, I should've asked to speak to the kitchen manager. I brought my PLAIN steak home with the garlic butter sauce on it. However, it's just NOT the same!! read more

First time eating at this location and I would give it 6/10. I've seen so many great reviews on their steak, so of course I had to try it. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. Ordered medium rare and was cooked well done and very tough to eat. Seasoned nicely but it was way too done for me! Everyone has a bad night, so I'd be willing to trying again! Just not get steak read more

This restaurant had A+ service and delicious food!! Our server, Tricia, was amazing!! When we were seated she was there at the table before the host ever left ! She was so friendly and fast! She checked in on us regularly and was on top of when our food and drinks were ready. The food was delicious, I had steak that was cooked to perfect temp, me and my mom loved our baked sweet potatoes! Hubby and mom both had the parm crusted chicken and loved it. The side salads were nearly meal sized. This was such a good experience that we will return again next year when we c9me out here to see my mom. read more

This was our first time and last time going to Longhorn. The waitress was rude. Slamming our water glasses down on table. Refused to answer questions about menu and rushed us to order. Other tables had bread so we asked for it. Waitress brings bread and throws it on table saying bread is available only by request. Food came out barely warm. It was so cold in the restaurant that our food got cold within minutes. Waitress disappeared for 20 mins. Finally seen Waitress and asked for boxes for our food. She brought them back with more of an attitude. She threw them on the table along with the check. read more

Longhorn is the best steakhouse, yes there are are others here and Ocala, but some are to expensive, and others just don't have an appealing taste. At Longhorn you get great service a very tasty dinner and the atmosphere is very nice. It is my favorite to go place when I want a good filet mignon and I'm very particular about how my filet is done. It's always done very well to my liking. To me this is the #1 steakhouse in Ocala, Florida!! read more

I visited this location yesterday, 8/7/2025, to have a 70th Birthday Dinner for my dad. I called to set up a reservation on August 1st around 2pm.. The guy that answered asked me to call back around 6:30pm and when I did, I was told to call back the following day and speak to the manager. I decided to wait until Monday and that's when I spoke to a manager, I think his name was Westley.. (he made sure I knew his name was on the front door just in case I got the name wrong) He was extremely rude and pushy from the very beginning. He made me feel like I needed to find another restaurant to have this event at. But my dad lives in Ocala and I didn't want him to have to drive very far. I explained to him multiple times that there would be at LEAST 30 people in the party. He explained in a very rude way that he basically can accommodate us, but we wouldn't be sitting together and he's not moving tables to accommodate us for a party larger than 12.. When we arrived, we were greeted by Antonio, the host.. (Young guy with a ponytail on the top of his head) He was very standoffish as well.. Some of my party was there and seated when I arrived and when I told Antonio who I was looking for, his reply was "back left".. Then he proceeded to start back talking to the young lady standing next to him.. I have never visited this location, so I didn't know what he was referring to. I asked again and he just pointed.. He later came to our party and informed us that we could not have any more guests, even though all of our party hadn't even arrived. Then here comes Westley telling me in a very rude way in front of our entire party that he told me that he wasn't going to move tables and that we were basically going to have to sit wherever, and they were not occupying another booth for our party. I immediately walked away for the sake of making my dad's birthday dinner a success. I am a Food Truck owner (Zapp's Rolling Stove Llc), I have owned 2 restaurants of my own and have managed MANY restaurants in the past and I would NEVER treat my guests the way these 2 gentlemen treated us.. Management is definitely not the job for ole Westley. Or perhaps some retraining on how to treat a customer... Especially if they're spending hundreds of dollars in your establishment in one sitting. On a brighter note, our servers were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. Very attentive to all of us, kept the tables cleared and the drinks filled. They sang Happy Birthday to my dad even after informing me that they don't do the big birthday celebration like other restaurants. All 3 of our servers came out and sang and gave my dad a free dessert. There was also a gentleman who appeared to be a manager who was extremely nice as well.. Bald gentleman without the same uniform as the rest of the crew.. He assisted the servers in passing out the food.. They were fantastic.. The food was RIGHT ON POINT!! Everything was hot, fresh and no orders were incorrectly.. Kitchen staff did a wonderful job making our day go good. Other than the rude Host/Busser and the mad manager, it went well.. But those 2 guys are going to run off some good customers because even though the food was good and the servers were good, I don't know if I would come back.. read more

Longhorn is is exactly what you expect. Decent, if too thin, steaks cooked exactly as ordered. What set this location apart was the service on a rather busy NYE. The host handled the mass at the door with appropriate communication & efficiency, and a pleasant demeanor that belied the crush of people. It's the hardest job on a busy night and this man handled it with grace the calmest demeanor. Similarly, our server was unfazed by the full house, taking time to chat and get to know us. The food is what it is, but as a long time industry person I was quite impressed with service in the weeds. read more

The food here is very consistent. The service is always iffy. Sometimes you get a great server, and other times the servers are struggling. We ate here yesterday and ordered the Parmesan stuffed mushrooms. Those were delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. His baked potato was also done right. I ordered the chicken salad with different fruits. It came with a side do I ordered the Brussels. The food was spot on. It took much too long between the appetizer and the main dish. Supposedly it was the kitchen trying to catch up, but the restaurant wasn't packed. Food good; service not as good. Thank goodness we could pay with the QR code as we had tickets for a movie. read more

I prefer Longhorn Steakhouse over any other franchise type "steakery" (if I may?). This was my first visit to this location and I left a bit disappointed. Granted, it was a Friday night, 6pm, and this place was very busy. First, I like the online/text app to show where your place in line is. This was helpful but I was quoted 45 minutes that actually became an hour. Our service was friendly but mixed up our wines, (Cab/Pino-both reds with different tastes)...hey it happens. Our steaks were over cooked (I'm sure the cooks were overwhelmed) Filet Mignon-no pink, bone in ribeye -not med rare was chewy and dry. Our sweet potatoes were undercooked (ran out of baked potatoes) and my mushrooms were wrinkly...? The restroom was flooded and needed some care...but hey, they were extremely busy. I'll be back on a slower night and try again. read more

Outstanding! Flo's9oz filet has been perfectly consistently cooked....everytime over the last 7 visits. Normally Jean, bartender, really shows her professional training and genuinely caring about her customer's experience. The filet is easily as good as Bern's Steak House. read more

I came here waiting for someone else and received great customer service from the bar. She recommended a drink from their happy hour and the Margarita had me feeling good, I ordered two and was definitely set. I love how attentive the staff was and how clean the restaurant was as well. I came to this long horn traveling with a friend for work and at first I wasn't going to go in but I'm so glad that I did. I don't like their bread but the Brussels sprouts were great, I got them with garlic butter instead of their honey butter that normally comes with it. read more

Not going to talk about the steak.. the wedge salad is the best, service and dessert was way good especially their pricing!!

Left 15 minutes after being seated as our presence was never acknowledged by any waitstaff.

Excellent food and service . The menu had a wide selection of foods to pick from that made it hard to choose just one from. Something for anyone. The Ribeyes were perfectly cooked. The brussel sprouts and the Mac n cheese was delicious. the bread was fresh and hot. We will return read more

Hostess was not very personable. Restaurant could stand a good clean. Carpets are sticky, tile floors greasy, sitting at the table you could smell the bar and bathroom were nasty. Our waitress was really sweet. Checking on us constantly. Had the strawberry pecan salad as a side to my fillet. Both were very good. Steak cooked perfectly. Hubby had the ribeye with loaded bake potato. His was very good as well. That being said if the restaurant was cleaner it would be a 5 star. read more

Service great...BUT WHAT AN INSULT their 6oz Renegaid Sirloin was!!! So small...& bare.

This was by far the worst experience I've endured within a restaurant. My family and I reserved seating for 15 family members in honor of my aunts birthday. We arrive and began the check in process. Our reservation time was for 4pm. Long story turned short, we were finally seated at 4:40pm. We sat at the table for 20 mins before the manager came over and asked if we had been helped. Within the 20 mins of seating, several waiters walked past and didn't ask for drinks, offer bread, heck we still didn't know who was responsible to take care of our table. I decided to ask the waiter who was helping the table behind ours if she by chance knew who would be working our table. The look on her face gave attitude. She then proceeds walking and saying with an attitude no I don't! like bruh you have to know who has the tables around you or you was she responsible for our table....... Communication is key! We decided to speak with the manager. He was very apologetic. I explained to him how rude the waiter was when simply asked if she knew who would be covering our tables after being in the restaurant and waiting for nearly a hour. The look on his face showed that he was upset. By this time, the party of 15 walked out. They lost money and waiter lost what could have been a nice tip. Needless to say we won't be eating to this specific location anymore (Ocala). Again, I think it's this location. We decided on Ocala because it was closer tot family in the area. Needless to say, we will stick with the Gainesville location moving forward. read more

Came here in Easter Sunday with the family and were a party of 9. In a small town like this service isn't always prevalent but in this case it was. They don't normally accept reservations but did take my name down 30 mins prior to arriving. The food was as good as it can get being a large chain so the overall rating is my complete experience. The ribeye came in rare so they were attentive to my temperature request. The manager came by to check up on things so I know someone cared.
