Love the Longboard club amenity. A selection of wines to choose from and beer on tap. Selection of waters, sodas, and teas also available. The first night when we arrived, we had gyoza and rigatoni pasta with meatballs. For breakfast, we had eggs and sausage. You can make your own açaí bowl with all the fresh fruit toppings. The food selection rotated but well worth if you're staying at Alohilani. Service is amazing.

The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable, choosing to dine inside or outside patio. The service was attentive and friendly. To eat here, it'll cost $175 per night which includes using AYCE light breakfast from 6am-10am and light dinner from 4pm-8. Since there were three of us in the party, we got it for $125 but only did two nights. The downside is that it's open in those between slot times and technically it's not a full buffet style. The first night we tried their pasta, which was okay. Wonton dumplings was hard Unlimited wine, champagne, and beer while the stronger cocktails will cost more. Next morning we tried their breakfast. The scrambled eggs tasted gritty but the bacon was cooked w perfection. Crispy! My fav was chia pudding w adding different fruits to it. I must've had 6 mini cups of it. (So good!) Kinda disappointed they there wasn't any acai. There's canned sodas, coffee, and tea too! Overall, it's NOT a good deal if there's a family of three like us and we hardly drink and eat. Won't do this deal in the future.

The amazing fresh fruit at the longboard club.

This is an absolutely perfect spot for breakfast and dinner with a buffet in the morning and the main course for dinner changes every night. I highly recommend this club to everyone!

The best way to stay in Waikiki Came to stay at the Alohilani after staying in Maui a few days. Not only is the Longboard Club filled with great selections of wine beer and great eats by executive Chef William. The best thing about this place is the level of service that is provided by their staff. Followed by the level of lounge and relaxation you can get compared to the other pool area. Also, It's a great alternative for those looking for a elevated all inclusive experience while not being 100% all inclusive. I will definitely be back whenever staying in Waikiki Honolulu. The Longboard club is essential.

Recently booked a two night stay at Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach as a mini staycation while the house was being fumigated. This hotel is pet (dog and cat) friendly with some conditions and a few fees. My boyfriend and I brought along our two pet dogs for the stay. We made our booking through American Express, so a nice little upgrade was the complementary addition of access to the Longboard Club during our stay. It also came with cool wristbands for room/lounge access. This lounge on the 5th floor serves a buffet breakfast from 6:00am-10:00am, buffet dinner from 4:00pm-8:00pm (with select wines and beers on tap for 21+), and beverage station throughout the day. They have a sparkling, room and still water refilling station along with canned drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, oolong tea and assorted juices), coffee and tea with accompaniments. Dinners on both nights had a made to order pasta station which offered alfredo and tomato sauce with broccoli and a meat (first night was shrimp, second was meatballs). It seems like a hot soup, assorted charcuterie, rotating salad and assorted desserts are typical here. For breakfast, similar fashion with a hot soup, assorted meats and egg, toasts etc. No hot station for breakfast. The seating areas are gorgeous and very comfortable, I can see why guests pay a little extra to gain entry to this lounge. Seating outside is breezy, covered and offers a few types of chairs and tables. At night, the outside seating has a couch area with a small fireplace. Inside, its nice and ACd, with varying types of chairs and tables as well. They have tvs with English and Japanese channels, a bunch of charging stations and USB ports if you need to do work and such. During the few times I visited the lounge, I did not see any children in the lounge.

Pasta

Nice quiet place to have a quick meal and drink. Great service from front desk, pasta chef and table staff. Will definitely be back.

I don't like pâté (my wife) but I'm now a fan. The grilled octopus was heavenly, like a steak, but more delicate. Our final main was the seafood Paella. Amazing. Tip: scrape that disk to get the burned bits of rice on the side. It really brings out the flavor. Service-wise - our server was amazing. Always there, but never intrusive. Thank you for a great meal, and great experience!

Located in Waikiki along Lewers Street near Kuhio Ave. It's on the first floor sharing the same building with Oyster Hale and Genius Lounge. They don't have any affiliation with any parking garages, you're on your own. The inside is surprisingly big and spacious with bar and outdoor seatings, and high ceilings in the main dining room. The main theme is Spanish Tapas with mostly small or bite size dishes with a few paella and main entrees. Everything sounded good! "Pinchos" dishes is really just one bite. The Smoked Salmon was nothing special. It ate like a normal salmon with cream cheese. The other flavors such as dill, pink peppercorn, and orange did not come out. The Buñuelos Butterfish Fritter were good. Light, airy, doughy! nicely fried and seasoned. Didn't really taste much butterfish. The Tapas were a generous amount! The Shrimp Ajillo was flavorful with paprika and garlic. Shrimp was cooked well. The spice didn't come out from the dried chili peppers. The best was the Housemade Baguette! Warm, soft inside, crunchy outside. Better than at Vietnamese restaurants! Unfortunately, the dish and sauce was too salty--even for a person who likes more taste. The Octopus Ala Gallega was very good. Nicely grilled octopus to tender with a nice charred taste. Just needed some salt. Potatoes were good. Chimichurri sauce was flavorful. Generous amount of olive oil. The Uni & Crab Pasta was all right. I've had better. The spaghetti was a touch too Al dente. The flavor was very one note with the rich cream sauce and uni. There wasn't the sweetness from the crab. The cherry tomato was just there to be there for a bite. Would have been nice to get some acidity and sweetness throughout the dish. The Seafood Paella was very basic. Very disappointed with zero char on the rice. What's the point of the pan? It definitely needed higher heat. Everything ate like it was covered and simmered on low heat until the seafood was cooked. Very simple. The Ube Basque Cheesecake was good. Not too sweet, not too much Ube flavor with a light custard-like interior. Overall, this was a decent meal. All the dishes were beautifully presented, but needed some seasoning adjustments. Don't think I'll order the same dishes next time. The service was excellent. Very friendly, information, and attentive server. Comfortable dining area. Unfortunate it has no parking affiliation. I'll definitely comeback for their Housemade Baguette!

We started with the portobello fries that were perfectly flash fried. The mushrooms were crispy on the outside, while tender on the inside, paired with the flavorful pesto aioli. We ordered the mushroom cheese risotto, which was creamy, rich, and full of earthy mushroom flavor. The homemade Bolognese with pappardelle was hearty with flavorful beef ragu over perfectly cooked pasta. My daughter also ordered the watermelon lime mojito mocktail that was light, refreshing, and perfect for a warm Waikiki afternoon. What made the experience even more memorable was the thoughtful complimentary tiramisu they gave for Mother's Day. This was such a sweet and unexpected touch that was appreciated and welcomed. The service throughout our meal was attentive, welcoming, and friendly. The restaurant has a cozy, casual, and inviting atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating.

The…read morebartenders are cool, I wouldn't say there's much in the way of vibes as like there's no music playing or anything, but honestly just chilling in the middle of an upscale grocery store and drinking some wine and eating cheese is kind of an experience of its own that I wouldn't mind recommending to people. I've never had any of their "real" food outside of the charcuterie, so that just gives me a reason to come back some time and try. After you're finished at the bar, you're conveniently located in a cool grocery store with a ton of snack options and fine foods, so kind of a two birds with one stone! Check this place out sometime.

The Gouda added this rich, slightly smoky creaminess that made it feel a little more elevated than your standard burger. Every bite was messy in the best way, and the bun held up like a champ. The fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and impossible to stop eating. You know they're good when you keep reaching for "just one more" and suddenly they're gone. We also got the fried calamari and it was perfectly golden and tender, not rubbery at all. Light, crispy coating and super snackable -- especially dipped in the sauce. But the sleeper hit? The smoked ahi with lavosh. So flavorful and fresh, with that smoky richness balanced by the crisp lavosh. It felt light but still packed with taste -- a perfect contrast to the heavier fried stuff. Honestly, everything hit. Great mix of indulgent and fresh, and I'd order this exact combo again without hesitation.

We stopped in during their happy hour from 3-5 PM, and it immediately stood out as an ideal after-work pau hana or easy date-night spot. The space is relaxed and inviting, with a calm, tucked-away feel that makes you forget you're inside a hotel. The happy hour menu is impressively priced, with starters beginning at just $6, yet everything feels thoughtfully prepared and elevated. Highlights included the toasted bread with sun-dried tomato pistou -- warm, crisp toast paired with a deeply savory, herbaceous spread that's simple but incredibly satisfying. The mini poke bowl was fresh and well-balanced, showcasing clean flavors and quality fish without being overly heavy. The fish tacos delivered exactly what you want: crispy island fish, bright flavors, and a great balance of texture. We also tried the fish and chips, featuring lightly fried island fish, hot fries, and a creamy house remoulade that tied the dish together beautifully. The standout for us was the empanadas -- flaky, crisp pastry filled with tender braised beef and potato, finished with a bold aji rojo sauce that added just the right amount of depth and gentle heat. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, and the overall vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Whether you're looking for a low-key happy hour, a casual date spot, or a place to unwind after work, this is a hidden gem worth seeking out. Pro tip: Arrive early for happy hour -- once more people discover this spot, it won't stay quiet for long.
