Came here with friends on Memorial Day, place was absolutely packed to no surprise. Food : we ordered a peach bruschetta with goat cheese, and German pretzel, which were both very good appetizers. The peach bruschetta was especially nice for comfortable spring day. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which was actually perfectly balanced flavor wise. I also really enjoyed the fries Service: because they were absolutely packed, we didn't get helped immediately with ordering, but our waitress was super kind and constantly checking in on us telling that she would be there and saying that she apologizes, which is a sign of great service me but she did not have to apologize for anything. Ambiance: this is a great place to sit outside and eat at on a nice day. Plenty of patio seating, I was only briefly inside, but look like there was a lot of seating inside as well.

Nice outdoor seating area, great menu full of items that aren't your run of the mill tavern faire. Loved the Blushing Flamingo cocktail. Tequila, lime, pineapple juice, Oj, guava puree and Prosecco. Ordered their version of Bangers & Mash, venison sausages, mash, spinach, cranberries, onion frizzles and a delicious cream sauce. Service was good and my party was very happy with their choices. The restaurant itself is gorgeously finished wood with a beautiful bar. Definitely a great spot, lots of parking. Happy to come back.

Lovely rustic place, I've been a half dozen times over the last few years. Both the food and the beer have improved since previous visits but they only rank average for the area on both. The service was hot and cold, and was quite curt during the settling of the check. Slightly regretting leaving a 20% tip on a 4 top! Will probably be back because of the location, hope they improve as it has so much potential.

What an unexpected stop! We visited another bar close by and decided to give this place a try after. Walking in they have plenty of outdoor seating- which seemed to be popular- staff meets you at the door. The bar tender was quick and kind. The pub is beautiful, found myself constantly looking around. We saw a ton of Rueben sandwiches flying out of the kitchen so of course we had to try one. Very good! We also had the side of warm German potato salad. Can't wait to go back for the Sunday game specials! Def recommend

LONG VALLEY: Long Valley Brew Pub is a restaurant and brewery located in an area with a lot of history and beauty! A dog friendly outdoor patio overlooks a 200+ year old barn and surrounding countryside with an American-style menu, craft beers, and a full bar! The patio has a lot tables, with some under a big tent, and live music and outdoor bar when the weather is nice. Our server was awesome and attentive!

Service was fantastic. We arrived late on a Saturday night and when we got to the host stand inside we were told that they had just ended dinner service. The manager on duty heard that and said he would check with Kitchen if they hadn't started cleaning down, if they could still cook for us. He came back and said we could eat but just not get certain items on the menu. We ate and drank and were happy. The food was good as was the beer. Thank you for getting us in and for the nice dining experience.

What a hidden gem this place is! Beautiful old tavern with indoor and outdoor seating. There was an Old stone fireplace inside too. The service was friendly and he recommended beers for the flight we had. Great selection of beers and the food was fantastic. I would definitely come back and take my family and friends here.

Consistently good food, very friendly service, and dog friendly! Plenty of outdoor seating.

Best of the Wurst with a beer flight.

So, because of New Jersey's brewery laws, we ordered from this place and took it to this place…read more The beer? Excellent. We had the Oktoberfest, and it was really good. This is a place worthy of visiting again.

There are certain characteristics of a good brewery:…read more - Plenty of room, lots of seating inside and out - Clean bathrooms - Good parking situation - Friendly staff - Plenty of beers in cans that can be bought to go - Cool merch - A wide variety of beer - Excellent beer - Dog friendly That last one may not be on everyone's list, but I love dogs and love seeing them at breweries. Czig Meister hit everything on my list. My girlfriend and I visited on a late Saturday afternoon in September and it was pleasantly crowded so the atmosphere was nice but not crowded to the point where it was obnoxious and hard to order beers. The building itself is a repurposed carriage house from the early 1900's, lending the operation an air of historical, progressive-era American ingenuity and quality. I loved the beer. We tried several beers in the few hours we spent there, and everything we tried was a perfect rendition of its style. Favorites were the Prospector (amber ale), the Lawman Sweet Justice (Hefeweizen with peach and cinnamon), and the Boom Haka Rakau (New England IPA). Another good indicator of a quality brewery? When I'm inspired to buy the beer to go and bring it back home. We bought a pint glass and two four packs to bring home with us, and look forward to enjoying them soon.

UPDATE: The owner mentioned below was professional and kind enough to reach out in an attempt to…read moremake things right. He asked us to give him a second chance, and we were willing to do so. We stopped by and had a great conversation - turns out it was largely a misunderstanding but he was still more than willing to self-reflect, apologize and let us know that we were always welcome here. He also let us know that one of their goals as a business is to be open and welcoming to EVERYBODY. They definitely proved that to be true this time around and we've definitely found our new place to walk to and bring our friends! While we had a FANTASTIC experience our first time here, when we came back around 5pm this past Monday (7/26/2021), it was the complete opposite. We sat at the bar, had some delicious beer, and the bartender was lovely. Then one of the owners came behind the bar and started chatting with a man two seats down from my fiancée and I. They started spouting off about a whole host of controversial topics quite loudly, but what really killed the vibe was when the owner said "those f***ing f***ots" loud enough for the whole bar to hear. My fiancée and I are a queer couple and felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

If you're super-organized, Seven Sirens Bethlehem is a decent value, but don't expect the level of…read moreservice you see at The Blendery in Easton. Our 100 guests brought in huge bar revenue on a holiday weekend while keeping the space open to the public, yet we felt like an unwanted burden. Bait-and-Switch Pricing: I laid out a very basic party plan that was much more like a birthday than a wedding, and Rob gave me a quote. Hours after agreeing to the price and securing our date, he called back claiming his "partner" said they couldn't do a "wedding" for that price, raising it by several hundred dollars with no other explanation or change in my basic plan. Nickel-and-Diming: Rob initially pitched add-ons like a chocolate fountain and a coffee bar - I loved both ideas until it turned out they'd cost more than my caterer charged for our whole dinner service. In hindsight, I have no idea where he would have even put these in the space we were given. He also wanted to charge $150 to set out 10 centerpieces, $150 for servers, and extra fees for tables he wasn't even sure if he had. I declined and found help with these things elsewhere. Lost Payments (DO NOT PAY CASH): I dropped off my 50% deposit check on June 25 (cleared July 1). Rob confirmed by text that he had received it. On Aug 10, Rob texted (in the same text thread) asking if I had ever paid a deposit or sent the contract. I had to text him a photo of the cleared check because he also forgot the amount. Ignored Messages & Sarcasm: A week before the wedding, Rob read my FB message and texts across two days with zero response. I had to ask my DJ to nudge him (they're friends). When Rob finally called back, he was sarcastic and hid behind being "off." A simple "I'm off, I'll call Friday" would have sufficed. Music Caps: Rob wasn't sure he could accommodate my request to play some Greek music for my family between dinner and the DJ starting, claiming it "impeded normal operations." When he finally agreed, he capped it to 15 minutes. If you've ever been to Seven Sirens on a Saturday evening, you know there's never much going on before 8pm; not sure why this was even an issue when I was renting out the space and providing a normal DJ & karaoke for the remainder of everyone's entertainment. Dirty Venue: When I arrived to decorate a couple hours before the reception, the tables and seats were dirty. I had to wipe them down myself (in my wedding hair & makeup) and remove a messy extension cord left across the booths where my guests would be eating. They also failed to set up our 4 catering tables. The poor single bartender on duty was completely uninformed and had to haul heavy tables out by herself. Mid-Reception Interruptions: The first time I ever met Rob was while I was trying to enjoy dinner with my guests. He interrupted to say I could play my Greek music after all because--exactly as I'd predicted--there were no outside patrons there anyway. By then, dealing with music logistics wasn't something I wanted to manage mid-reception, and so I said 'forget it.' He also asked how I was going to pay the remaining balance, and I had to inform him that his bar manager already received my check the night before. The Bright Spots: Bar Staff: The bar manager, Sam, and the bartenders were fantastic and kept the many tabs for all our guests very well-managed. We're still trying to figure out how one couple ended up with a $400 tab for only two of them, but we think they stuck to their signage that you'll buy the bar a round if you don't close your tab before you leave (they returned to retrieve their forgotten credit card the next day). DJ Dave Waldron: Their preferred DJ was amazing and made our party a fantastic time. Bottom Line: Management misplaces financial records, leaves the space dirty, dumps setup on single bar staff, and nickel-and-dimes clients. I have screenshots and photos to back up my statements if management wants to try and dispute this review. Look elsewhere in the Lehigh Valley if you want a stress-free event that you don't have to micromanage.
