Log Tavern is currently our favorite place in the Poconos (after the Dairy Twist of course). Three of us came here for drinks and pop-up pizza on early Saturday evening and had such a great time. AND the food and drink is delicious?? We have found ourselves a Milford unicorn! The taproom inside feels cozy, and the two young women working were super sweet about getting us samples and drinks. Get the Endless Summer! It's a light, refreshing beer with the perfect hints of cucumber and watermelon and it is absolute heaven on a hot day. The lime lager was also excellent. We took our drinks and went out to the patio area under the tent where they were doing the pizza vending. There was a nice vibe in the air: a mix of folks and ages, but everyone just chilling and having a fun time. Bugs weren't too bad! The outdoor pizza set up is John's of Arthur Ave, which we have always had as to-go, but wow, they are bringing their A-game here with the outdoor ovens! The pizzas are INSANELY GOOD! Like, Razza-style impressive. We were seriously blown away because it's nothing like what we've had in the past from there. We ordered their white pie with ricotta and the "Bronx Bomber." DAMN. Perfect char and chew on the dough, and while we know that the ricotta on the first pie wasn't homemade, it practically tasted it. The BB pizza was outrageously delicious as well: loved the meat and banana peppers with the hot honey, which we're normally not a fan of, but it was perfect here. Cannot say enough good things about the pizza! Overall, a wonderful visit despite a heated conversation about world events at our table! Four very happy stars and we hope to have just as good of a visit next time, which will hopefully be soon. read more

I had a great time here today - friendly staff, great selection of beers, and good light bites for food. It was a bit too cold for the outdoor patio but with the view outside, it's something to consider for the summer. read more

It's a fairly new place- opened in the late spring of '24, friendly staff, good selection of beers. Visited today for the first time and I'm sure I'll be back. Can't wait for the somewhat colder nights to have a nice beer by the cozy outdoor fire place which looks so inviting. read more

Great brewery up in Milford. I originally found it on Instagram and it appeared to be a legit place to stop in and try. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon got a flight and sat outside on the patio which was fantastic. Although they have a small selection of food, they were perfectly fine with us bringing in sandwiches we grabbed up the street. We both went for the same flight (I know, rookie mistake). All four beers were really good. My wife, not a huge beer drinker, enjoyed the all. We tried the Strawberry Feels, Lit Wit, AllDay Slay and YES. Again, we enjoyed all four, so much that we walked out with a 4-pack of both the YES and Strawberry Feels. It is a good thing we have an EZPass, I have a feeling we will be headed over to Milford quite a bit now. read more

Visited their new Tafton location. Great vibe. The building is beautiful, cozy, very comfortable. Great draft selection. Something for every beer taster. I appreciate the lower ABV on most of their beers. My favorites were the Czech style Pilsner and the Harford Haze. The Smashed Apples hard cider was really good also. We like this place a lot my husband had some good beers and I had a really yummy cider. The food truck was there that day that served Mexican food. Ambience was great. Cute little place. Finally stopped by the Log Tavern Brewing Co. I happened to pass it on a weekend drive a little while back. Today I decided it would be on my list of stops and I'm glad I did. They have a decent variety of brew and some good quality brew at that. Their Hazy IPA (Yeti Exp. V.11) is nice hoppy and refreshing for any IPA drinker. Their Peanut Butter Sawkill Stout has some nice chocolate, coffee aroma and taste. There's plenty to choose from. They offer some basic pub food options. While providing a nice atmosphere inside they also have an outside seating area for the wamer months along with a beer tent. Pretty sure i'll be spending a good portion of the summer here. read more

Excellent fall weekend find! We were going to dinner at the Walpack inn and had time to kill so we turned to yelp for some brewery recommendations and found this great place! I loved the scenery it was great to sit back in a Adirondack chair in front of a fire pit and stare out at the woods that are there. It was always so cool to see a bunch of dogs being able to hang out with their owners . The beer was really good . I tried three of them and enjoyed them so much I can't remember the names . Really good beer, which is why we visit. Stout, NEIPA, kolsch. Deck with fire pit over looking brook with waterfall so you get whole relaxing nature vibe. We had the best time here. We came on a Saturday in July and it was surprisingly calm. I was a bit worried about bringing my 10 month old, but there were 4 other babies there during our time there. The YES sour was excellent. Some basic hot snacks (pretzel, personal pizza, mozzarella sticks, tenders). Quite a lot of beer options. Large space outside, both a tent and patio area seating. It backs up against woods and is such a pleasant setting. Dog friendly. I very much wish we lived around here - we would come all the time! read more

My husband and I came here for a beer a few weeks ago and loved the small brewery vibe. Awesome large outdoor space overlooking the river with lots of fire pits and places to sit. I had a flight and all of the beers were tasty--lots of New England IPAs to choose from if that's your thing! Only downside was having such a limited food menu--just pretzels and some small frozen pizzas. Hope they expand that so you can eat a meal with the great beers! Would come again for sure! read more

Great decor that matches the location in Milford along the Sawkill creek. Everyone there is extremely friendly and welcoming. I had their Sawkill Sweet Stout that had notes of chocolate and coffee and it was delicious. Also tried the Yeti IPA which was very good. Was not over poweringly bitter but inside had complimenting balance of floral, citrus and bitterness. Don't forget to ask for your. The service was good. Wish they had food made on site, not frozen that is heated up there. The rustic environment is great but be careful of the nails on the spool tables - they almost snagged my down jacket. Everything started out great - the seasonal flavors in our flight were tasty- but some families came in with children ranging in age from infant through grade school. It's okay if the place was larger and if the parents could keep the toddler from walking around my table- literally around my feet. If I wanted that atmosphere I could get a pizza at Chuckie Cheese - at least it would be fresh and hey I would put earplugs in ahead of time. We would have stayed longer but when I asked the Mom nicely to keep her child in her area she didn't take that too well. It would be nice if staff had a policy that children shouldn't roam away from the parental zone. Also, a sign stated no dogs allowed inside and a customer walked in with a medium-sized dog to buy some beer so I guess if there were rules it really wouldn't matter. Not going back. read more
