Took forever to get our food. We got our appetizer 30 seconds before our entrees. The calamari was not good. Bland and overpriced. My mushroom burger was flavorless and in the middle it tasted weird so I could finish it. My husband did enjoy his burger, fries were ok. I don't usually write bad reviews anywhere, but this experience stands out as one of the worst. We had two waitresses, one who was a trainee who had no personality and the one who was training her. Trainee didn't smile. She was left alone to her own devices a few too many times even though she was being trained on their ordering system. We. I've been here plenty of times before and this was probably my least favorite visit! The service was good, however the food didn't taste the best. The wings were good, but some of the bacon on the burger was extremely undercooked. My fried chicken sandwich did not taste good either. The chicken didn't taste very fresh and it was a bit chewy, and there was a small piece of black hair in the slaw. I noticed the waiters were wearing hats, so I can only hope the kitchen staff is also wearing some kind of protective head gear to prevent this from happening again. I know accidents happen, so I will be returning here, I just hope the next experience is a bit better. Oktoberfest beer is delicious. And peach cider is delicious. I also wish they would bring out more than just a tiny bit of ketchup! read more

Not a bad place, if you don't mind surving yourself and being treated like an idiot. Sat in an area with a re-run NBA game. Having never been here, I asked the hostess how I can get the TV changed and she said "oh, I have nothing to do with that. You've got to ask the bartender. " Still no idea where anything is I asked were the bar was and she rolled her eyes and said "in the bar area. " Still no idea where that was, but I figured it out. A lovely brewery which has a really versatile assortment of brews. The "Wish" hazy IPA was my favorite. There is something for everyone, from ales to pilsners. The food selections is so so versatile from bar food such as pretzels to expertly done salmon which I have had for the main course. The fried cauliflower with mango-habanero sauce is a a treat when it comes to appetizers. The ambiance is inviting, with spaciousness, and enough room to unwind. Sophia waited on us, and she was nothing short of excellent. Sophia was attentive without being intrusive. She checked in at just the right moments, made sure everything was taken care of, and allowed us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or interrupted. The service was great, musician sounded amazing and the ambiance was welcoming and peaceful.

The food was delicious and the hostess was very friendly but absolutely everything else about our experience was terrible. My husband and I have both been in the industry for many years, and I have two years of general manager experience for a busy brewery and there are so many things that went wrong during our visit. First, if the servers are not responsible for bringing drinks and food to the tables because there's staff for that; they should at least be attentive. On more than one occasion we had the wrong items delivered to our table, and were gaslit by our server when our 8 year old was delivered a cauliflower crust impossible burger pizza instead of a kids ny style pizza. Our server rang our items in on the wrong table, having the other table pay for some of our items and then tried to blame the system for messing it up. Instead of correcting our check with the right items which should have been protocol, we were given a check with the other tables items and a "discount" which ended up actually being more than our check should have been. I ended up paying and overtipping for the terrible service because the system also registered a $30 tip on a $157 tab as 13% so pay attention to that if you do go here. If I wasn't so irritated I would have thought about the amount better and tipped accordingly. We had to wait forever for our server to come check on us and for boxes, and we had to request our check after sitting at the table for 10 minutes after desserts were cleared. I was discouraged by my experience. It wasn't clear how the self-service side of the restaurant worked and nobody bothered to help me, as a trivia game was happening on the other side. The garlic parmesan fries were good, but the chicken on the salad was completely inedible and there was only a small amount of dressing. The margarita didn't even taste right. New York doesn't make it easy for the RV lifers, passing a law that limits stays in rest areas and service plazas to just three hours. Thank goodness for one of the RV membership organizations I won't mention. Today, that worked out really well. I arrived pretty late - 7:30 pm after a day of working, driving and exploring. It's a big parking lot and after I parked my Sprinter van, I popped inside for beer, food and wifi. Warmly welcomed by the hostess, I had a comfortable high top table with a power outlet nearby. They have QR codes and ordering on the app so my first beer arrived after a few minutes and then my plate of boneless chicken arrived five minutes later. The beer was cold and fresh. The chicken was hot and crispy and just the right amount of sauce. It's a family place with lots of kids running about, a bit higher volume of music than I would ordinarily prefer but everyone here seemed to be having a grand time. Upon entering the decor is intriguing. I went with family after hiking. We shared their nachos. They were different flavors from the norm but amazingly delicious! My sister had a mimosa which was very fresh and light. I drank a summer ale that was like drinking a cool summer night. Our server was very friendly and helpful. He gave us samples of our drinks prior to committing to it! He was wonderful. Very efficient and professional. I highly recommend. read more

Went to celebrate by 21st birthday here with some friends. Honestly could've celebrated my 20th birthday here considering nobody checks ID's. You walk in and seat yourself, you scan a QR code for the menu to order online. Then they ask for a tip?!? It was four of us at the table and we all ordered within moments of each other. But one of our orders came out a good 10 minutes after the third order came out... it was also four different servers bringing stuff out. We came into Aspire on a Sunday at 2pm to watch the Bills game for the first time and had a great experience. We ordered drinks, apps, and entrees, everything we had was delicious. There was a small hiccup where one item we ordered was sold out on the menu, which we found out a bit later after the kitchen let our server, David, know. David handled it so well. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure everything was taken care of. Truly excellent service... attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Food was great, service was even better. I got here and the bar was packed, so I sat at a table. I had what I believe was a tangerine wheat beer that was good, but it was poured from a can. I had asked for a wheat or hefeweisen style beer on tap (had to repeat it), which I'm not sure if they didn't hear me or if it was a new employee or if they weren't familiar with this type of beer: this has never happened to me in all of CO or MI at any brewery, so it was weird. I cam get cans of beer anywhere, but I come to a place like this for something on tap. Overall I liked the atmosphere, seating, and beer I tried. I'll give them another chance if I can. read more

In the heart of Middleton NY you will find a newest brewery in the area. The build out is gorgeous and very open. They have games to enjoy, large tvs for viewing sports and couches for lounging and socializing. Although the menu is a little limited the items we did have lunch taco, pizza and sandwich were all good. We had good service and may go back with a larger group to enjoy the games onsite. read more

First time and had such a great time. So many beers to choose from. You service yourself from the many taps after they give you a card that you scan. You basically pay by the ounce. The food was really good, big menu and it comes out very fast! There's plenty of seating and there's also axe throwing and golf simulators. I'll be back here for sure. read more
