Beautiful place. We drove 1.5 hours to check it out. Horrible service took 5 minutes to get a beer. There were only 2 other patrons and two bartenders. Not my 1st time here. I've come to axe throw with friends & just hang out, the place is perfect for a get together with friends. This time we went for apps&beer. Our server Michelle is knowledgeable & great to talk to. We ordered a bunch of apps, and that was enough. Cauliflower, wings in Buffalo&Thai, truffle fries to die for, alot of food just in apps. We couldn't order anything else. It was really good. I like dark beers, they have 2 delicious stouts, and my friends where all over the pilsner. The cocktails I stay away from bcuz I'm pretty sure they are premixed, and I don't like that. Had lunch here with my husband yesterday. We're from Monroe and don't usually come to Middletown, but we were shopping for our Anniversary. The lady at the store we were at was RAVING about the Lunch here. Boy was she right. I don't drink beer but they had tasty seltzers. Hubby had a beer. Pizza was great. A seltzer, beer, and Pizza big enough to share with leftovers was under $39! A perfect lunch. Our Waitress was polite and friendly. This place is HUGE. First time coming here and I really enjoyed it. When you walk in you seat yourself which is nice since it's such a big place. You order and pay over your phone which I always like because you never feel rushed. I did feel it's hard to get a server to your table because they only come to deliver your order and I didn't have anyone check in while we were eating and we needed extra napkins. But really it's a cool place. The food is very good in my experience. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza with truffle fries, they were so good definitely recommend them both. The atmosphere is fun, inviting, and immediately I walked in and said "I can't wait to come back". Food is good, a little pricey but it's a brewery so I'm here for the drinks. They have automated taps so you purchase a card and tap which drink you want and fill it yourself. The food service is via QR code and our food arrived relatively quickly. Our group participated in axe throwing. Small section but it's a bonus of the establishment. The tutorial eats into some of your time so you might want to throw fast in the beginning to make up for it. We love axe throwing and have been to other places, so we may just come only for beer next time. All in all a great experience. read more

We decided to go to Aspire as it's new and not a chain. The place is enormous with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We were greeted by a friendly young lady who explained to us that we could go to the section where we would order with a QR code or, tables with a green tag were full service. We opted for full service. We found a table and we were warmly greeted by what I think may have been a manager. She brought us menus and within a few minutes our server asked if we'd like water and also took our drinks order. I asked if they had a diet cola and was informed the only diet soda was root beer. I asked what other soft drinks were available as they're not listed anywhere. I opted for "Coca Cola" but, it's not name brand. It's a private label with an Aspire label. Reminded me of RC Cola which wasn't bad, just not sure she would list name brands if that's not what is served. We ordered a Bavarian pretzel to start and a meat lovers and margherita pizza. 25 minutes later, everything came out all once. The food was very good. I like that the pizza has a crispy bottom. We also ordered the flight of donut holes which were served warm. All were delicious. The only issue seems to be timing. Waiting for a second round of drinks that were served after we finished eating was a little strange- but, no biggie. Appetizers should be served before the meals but, still, no biggie. The waitstaff are friendly and the food was good. We will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu. read more

I'm giving five stars because I want this place to stick around. Food was good, came out super fast. Wings in particular were on point, cooked well and seasoned well. I can't attest to their beers because I had a delicious Maple Vanilla Penning's cider, they put out great stuff. The place is gorgeous and all the little details inside and out are noted! I will try the self serve area next time. My one complaint was the inattentive service. Young staff, our waitress seemed more focused on the other staff members than her tables (there were a whopping total of 2, us being one of them). Overall, very impressive and I will definitely go back to explore the entire place, as it seems to have something for everyone. read more

The workers are friendly and if youre sitting at a table, you can order drinks and food from the app which are delivered pretty quick. When you walk up to the entrance it's a very welcoming foyer, elegant . You can choose to have full service which we did and it was pleasant with lots of space between the tables . So many drink choices to make , we went with the handcrafted type seltzers which were light,refreshing & and flavorful , not like canned, watery or artificial tasting. The pizza and chicken sandwich were excellent as well as the pretzel which was fun& enjoyable to eat . Service was really great ! Closed on Mondays. I love the atmosphere, and the vibe here. The staff was friendly, and attentive to the big group we had. You can scan the code, order on your phone, and pay the bill on your phone if you choose. The wings are amazing. I highly recommend the Garlic Parmesan, & the Lemon Pepper. I didn't order The Buffalo wings because it is on the spicy side, and they don't have a mild option. The pizza is very good as well. They give you alot of French Fries with your order. I am not a beer drinker, but if you are, they do have plenty of IPA beer options you can choose from. Their home brewed Ice Tea wasn't bad at all. They also have an area to play Corn Hole. Ax Throwing is available at a cost, and you can rent out a room for simulated golf. I went on a Saturday night. The, DJ they had was very good, blended his tracks very well. I like this spot. I visited aspire brewery today at 5 o'clock for their carnival anniversary party. I wrote a review that the place was horrible. The owner replied and contradicted what I had said and I'm unable to reach back out to him to have a conversation and thus I'm writing this. I had mentioned that the AC was not working. He responded That The AC was working all day. When we got there at 5 o'clock, we were informed that there was a power Outage and the AC was off, but it was coming back on. It did not come back on. So the owner's statement that it was working all day is not correct. I had ordered a drink and was told that it was unavailable because the tap was broken. I had mentioned this to one of the assistant managers( I believe her name was Jessica) and she had confirmed and apologized. So again the owner statement that everything was working is in fact false. Additionally, There was a young family sitting next to me that was finishing up some kind of party. They had two small children and one was screaming and crying and throwing toy cars the entire time we were there . Now I understand that it was a carnival theme and it was catered to families with small children. However, as an older adult, I feel an Area should have been designated for families with small children and not the bar area. I wish this establishment the best of luck but I will not be visiting again and I will not recommend this if asked . read more

The ambiance was just what we were looking for. A nice variety of places to sit and hangout. Bar, table, couches and a gaming area in the back with corn hole and axe throwing. The food and beer were both top notch. The staff were attentive and friendly. We were traveling from Long Island and stopped in on our way to our destination. Checked this out for the first time on Friday night. Really nice atmosphere. But that's all. The beer was not tasty. I did a flight of 2 sours, a cream ale and a seltzer. Not one solid tasting drink unfortunately. Food was hit or miss. Wings were good. Pretzel was so overcooked I couldn't believe they even served it looking that way. Dried out. Half of it was hard as a rock. It was as though it had been overcooked and then microwaved afterwards. Disgusting. My friend enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I wouldn't go back here. read more

I normally do not review a place I haven't been to. However, that said, I will be going the first chance I get. I bought two of their beers at a retail establishment: a hazy IPA (Seek) at 7.8 abv, and a double dry hopped hazy (Ambition) 6.8 abv. I have to say that they were both on the list of best beers I have ever had. I can't wait to check this place out. Straight from the keg. I'm very glad upper NY is turning into a craft haven.
