Flight of beer and chocolate espresso martini

On a trip to Middletown, we decided to stop in for a few rounds of axe throwing along with some food and drinks--and it turned out to be a great call. The place has a lively, modern vibe, with live music adding to the energy. We went with the self-serve option, though there's also full table service if you prefer a more traditional dining experience. The drink selection is impressive, with over 40 beers on tap plus ciders and spirits, so there's something for just about everyone. It's the kind of spot that's easy to enjoy, and I'd gladly go back again. #aspirebrewing @aspirebrewing #buzzybooth

Honey bbq boneless wings and Steakhouse burger with fries.

I've been here plenty of times before and this was probably my least favorite visit! The service was good, however the food didn't taste the best. The wings were good, but some of the bacon on the burger was extremely undercooked. My fried chicken sandwich did not taste good either. The chicken didn't taste very fresh and it was a bit chewy, and there was a small piece of black hair in the slaw. I noticed the waiters were wearing hats, so I can only hope the kitchen staff is also wearing some kind of protective head gear to prevent this from happening again. I know accidents happen, so I will be returning here, I just hope the next experience is a bit better. Oktoberfest beer is delicious. And peach cider is delicious. I also wish they would bring out more than just a tiny bit of ketchup!

A lovely brewery which has a really versatile assortment of brews. The "Wish" hazy IPA was my favorite. There is something for everyone, from ales to pilsners. The food selections is so so versatile from bar food such as pretzels to expertly done salmon which I have had for the main course. The fried cauliflower with mango-habanero sauce is a a treat when it comes to appetizers. The ambiance is inviting, with spaciousness, and enough room to unwind. Sophia waited on us, and she was nothing short of excellent. Sophia was attentive without being intrusive. She checked in at just the right moments, made sure everything was taken care of, and allowed us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or interrupted. Professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. Service like this really elevates the dining experience.

Chicken on salad was dry and very overcooked

I was discouraged by my experience. It wasn't clear how the self-service side of the restaurant worked and nobody bothered to help me, as a trivia game was happening on the other side. The garlic parmesan fries were good, but the chicken on the salad was completely inedible and there was only a small amount of dressing. The margarita didn't even taste right. For a $50 dinner (salad, fries, 1 drink), it was wildly disappointing.

New York doesn't make it easy for the RV lifers, passing a law that limits stays in rest areas and service plazas to just three hours. Thank goodness for one of the RV membership organizations I won't mention. Today, that worked out really well. I arrived pretty late - 7:30 pm after a day of working, driving and exploring. It's a big parking lot and after I parked my Sprinter van, I popped inside for beer, food and wifi. Warmly welcomed by the hostess, I had a comfortable high top table with a power outlet nearby. They have QR codes and ordering on the app so my first beer arrived after a few minutes and then my plate of boneless chicken arrived five minutes later. The beer was cold and fresh. The chicken was hot and crispy and just the right amount of sauce. It's a family place with lots of kids running about, a bit higher volume of music than I would ordinarily prefer but everyone here seemed to be having a grand time. I would definitely stop here if I'm passing by on I-84 again. [Review 1707 of 2024 - 552 in New York - 22730 overall]

The space is amazing! So big and great for groups. We appreciated the self serve option (order via QR code) so we didn't feel rushed and could post up for awhile. We didn't try too many of the beers but enjoyed the Hef and Pilsner

((Full disclosure it does get sweltering hot as it's right in the sun around 2/3pm)). The service was perfect and the food/drinks were delicious. I had the hotdog (low-key delicious), and hubby had the Signature Burger (devoured the entire thing!). We also shared baskets of regular fries and Chipotle Cheese Fries. Let me tell you -- these fries are DELISH to begin with. Reminds me of the Boardwalk (IYKYK), and then it's topped with more wonderfully flavorful toppings?!? Sign. Me. Up. ((Quick nod to the antiques in the bathrooms - the mirrors are gorgeous!!)) We will definitely be back!

I ordered a flight that included a Hef (slightly more bitter than expected), a Rye IPA (exquisitely balanced), a Munich Dunkle (nicely toasted in aroma and flavor), and the Imperial Stout (big chocolate and roasted but body thinned as the beer warmed). The stellar service continued when we ordered food. My wife had the stuffed grape leaves which were surprisingly tasty and I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was delectable. Highly recommended.

The taproom inside feels cozy, and the two young women working were super sweet about getting us samples and drinks. Get the Endless Summer! It's a light, refreshing beer with the perfect hints of cucumber and watermelon and it is absolute heaven on a hot day. The lime lager was also excellent. We took our drinks and went out to the patio area under the tent where they were doing the pizza vending. There was a nice vibe in the air: a mix of folks and ages, but everyone just chilling and having a fun time. Bugs weren't too bad! The outdoor pizza set up is John's of Arthur Ave, which we have always had as to-go, but wow, they are bringing their A-game here with the outdoor ovens! The pizzas are INSANELY GOOD! Like, Razza-style impressive. We were seriously blown away because it's nothing like what we've had in the past from there. We ordered their white pie with ricotta and the "Bronx Bomber." DAMN. Perfect char and chew on the dough, and while we know that the ricotta on the first pie wasn't homemade, it practically tasted it. The BB pizza was outrageously delicious as well: loved the meat and banana peppers with the hot honey, which we're normally not a fan of, but it was perfect here. Cannot say enough good things about the pizza! Overall, a wonderful visit despite a heated conversation about world events at our table! Four very happy stars and we hope to have just as good of a visit next time, which will hopefully be soon.

Solid beers; good variety,, chill place, nice outdoorsy vibes with plenty of outdoor seating.read more

The excitement was unmatched walking into the building. Peeking in the back where the beer is made, so cool. The open room of the venue itself was nice as well. Lots of merch, lots of beer to go. We purchased two crew necks, a hat, and some beer. The staff behind the bar were able to help answer any and all questions that we gave to them. THEN we sat down to eat. Juice Bomb pint (obviously) and a Happier Hours pint. Started with the chilequiles tater tots and holy heck those were delicious.
