We came into Aspire on a Sunday at 2pm to watch the Bills game for the first time and had a great experience. We ordered drinks, apps, and entrees, everything we had was delicious. There was a small hiccup where one item we ordered was sold out on the menu, which we found out a bit later after the kitchen let our server, David, know. David handled it so well. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure everything was taken care of. Truly excellent service... attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Food was great, service was even better. The atmosphere is great the food is ok but every-time I have been there they are ALWAYS out of Vodka and White wine????? If you go to a bar you would expect them to maybe be out of something, I get that if they are busy but I went this past Saturday at 5:30 and they were out of all mixed drinks and White wine. I'm not a beer drinker so for me this was a little annoying. I mean you can door dash liquor now..... Stock up and do better for the people who don't like craft beer. read more

The food was delicious and the hostess was very friendly but absolutely everything else about our experience was terrible. My husband and I have both been in the industry for many years, and I have two years of general manager experience for a busy brewery and there are so many things that went wrong during our visit. First, if the servers are not responsible for bringing drinks and food to the tables because there's staff for that; they should at least be attentive. On more than one occasion we had the wrong items delivered to our table, and were gaslit by our server when our 8 year old was delivered a cauliflower crust impossible burger pizza instead of a kids ny style pizza. Our server rang our items in on the wrong table, having the other table pay for some of our items and then tried to blame the system for messing it up. Instead of correcting our check with the right items which should have been protocol, we were given a check with the other tables items and a "discount" which ended up actually being more than our check should have been. I ended up paying and overtipping for the terrible service because the system also registered a $30 tip on a $157 tab as 13% so pay attention to that if you do go here. If I wasn't so irritated I would have thought about the amount better and tipped accordingly. We had to wait forever for our server to come check on us and for boxes, and we had to request our check after sitting at the table for 10 minutes after desserts were cleared. First time and had such a great time. So many beers to choose from. You service yourself from the many taps after they give you a card that you scan. You basically pay by the ounce. The food was really good, big menu and it comes out very fast! There's plenty of seating and there's also axe throwing and golf simulators. I'll be back here for sure. read more

Not my 1st time here. I've come to axe throw with friends & just hang out, the place is perfect for a get together with friends. This time we went for apps&beer. Our server Michelle is knowledgeable & great to talk to. We ordered a bunch of apps, and that was enough. Cauliflower, wings in Buffalo&Thai, truffle fries to die for, alot of food just in apps. We couldn't order anything else. It was really good. I like dark beers, they have 2 delicious stouts, and my friends where all over the pilsner. The cocktails I stay away from bcuz I'm pretty sure they are premixed, and I don't like that. First time coming here and I really enjoyed it. When you walk in you seat yourself which is nice since it's such a big place. You order and pay over your phone which I always like because you never feel rushed. I did feel it's hard to get a server to your table because they only come to deliver your order and I didn't have anyone check in while we were eating and we needed extra napkins. But really it's a cool place. The food is very good in my experience. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza with truffle fries, they were so good definitely recommend them both. Also I enjoyed a sangria (Warwick Valley Sangria) which was the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. Overall good experience and will return. read more

I've been there three times. First time was a miss. Second time was ok. Third time a really big miss. 15 minutes to get a menu. Waitress came to the table and askes "what can I get you guys?"..to which i replied a menu. Ordered beers and then ordered burgers. Firstly, they only cook the burgers one way, medium to well. The atmosphere is fun, inviting, and immediately I walked in and said "I can't wait to come back". Food is good, a little pricey but it's a brewery so I'm here for the drinks. They have automated taps so you purchase a card and tap which drink you want and fill it yourself. The food service is via QR code and our food arrived relatively quickly. Our group participated in axe throwing. Small section but it's a bonus of the establishment. The tutorial eats into some of your time so you might want to throw fast in the beginning to make up for it. We decided to go to Aspire as it's new and not a chain. The place is enormous with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We were greeted by a friendly young lady who explained to us that we could go to the section where we would order with a QR code or, tables with a green tag were full service. We opted for full service. We found a table and we were warmly greeted by what I think may have been a manager. She brought us menus and within a few minutes our server asked if we'd like water and also took our drinks order. I asked if they had a diet cola and was informed the only diet soda was root beer. I asked what other soft drinks were available as they're not listed anywhere. I opted for "Coca Cola" but, it's not name brand. It's a private label with an Aspire label. Reminded me of RC Cola which wasn't bad, just not sure she would list name brands if that's not what is served. We ordered a Bavarian pretzel to start and a meat lovers and margherita pizza. 25 minutes later, everything came out all once. The food was very good. I like that the pizza has a crispy bottom. We also ordered the flight of donut holes which were served warm. All were delicious. The only issue seems to be timing. Waiting for a second round of drinks that were served after we finished eating was a little strange- but, no biggie. Appetizers should be served before the meals but, still, no biggie. The waitstaff are friendly and the food was good. We will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu. read more

Had lunch here with my husband yesterday. We're from Monroe and don't usually come to Middletown, but we were shopping for our Anniversary. The lady at the store we were at was RAVING about the Lunch here. Boy was she right. I don't drink beer but they had tasty seltzers. Hubby had a beer. Pizza was great. A seltzer, beer, and Pizza big enough to share with leftovers was under $39! A perfect lunch. Our Waitress was polite and friendly. This place is HUGE. I love this new place. Great hangout for you and your friends to have fun and drink. The workers are friendly and if youre sitting at a table, you can order drinks and food from the app which are delivered pretty quick. They also have taps all around the room that you can use a card to access. We ordered pizza and chicken tenders with French fries.
