Nice outdoor setting, as it was with the previous owners, some great beer options (obviously). This round, I'm giving a 4/5, but I will give them another try. We were curious and not especially hungry, but got a shrimp quesadilla and honey barbecue wings. Each were decent. They deserve another chance because a friend tried the cheesesteak the day before and stated it was the best he'd ever had in his life. I really liked finding a yummy stout on the beer selection! We might have just hit it wrong, place had a bridal shower. We were hoping for a Taco truck as their website said but not until 2 or 3. Beer was fine. Didn't have most advertised. 2 people behind bar but we didn't know what we were expected to do so we waited. Went up and they called me dearie but that didn't help. If you want a night out with great music and awesome drinks this is definitely the spot for you. Walking into this place you know your in for a good time . Amazing lighting everywhere, tons of seating to chill out and they even have some games around you can place . When I was there the audio files band was playing and they are freaking amazing . One of the front singers gave me goosebumps. Her voice was insane and her energy unmatched. Drinks were phenomenal. People complaining about waiting for drinks and ordering. This is a nice brewery with a very nice taproom. We were here with a friend last month and we enjoyed coming here. The taproom is spacious and can definitely accommodate a large group, which is always good for a brewery. We got a flight of their draught beers and they were quite tasty; we particularly liked the Triple Berry and the bourbon barrel aged stout conditioned on cherries and figs. Our bartender was awesome as well and he was great to talk to and provided great service. This is a fun brewery with good beer and we'd definitely recommend coming here. read more

WARNING! DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT HERE. I called and booked a 21st birthday party at their venue in Bethlehem. I should have predicted how this would go when I had to text, email and call the event person because I didn't have a contract 10 days prior to the party and he wasn't responding. During our contract related call, we talked about time and set-up. I live out of state and have never been to this establishment so all I know is what this man told me. He said, "You can set-up at 4pm. They usually set-up parties toward the front BUT since this is a 21st birthday you can set up in the back so you can be near the bar." Upon arrival the day of the party, I explained what I was told to the bartender, she said, " ok, you can take these 4 tables. (in front of the bar)" I spent an hour setting up for my 5pm - 8pm party. At 5:07pm a man stating he's the manager says, "You can't set up here. We had a change in schedule last week and our music bingo that usually happens at 8pm is at 6pm and this is where it takes place." I said, "Excuse me. You must be joking. I was told to set up here and I've been here since 4pm." After a lot of back and forth he said, "You have no choice. You have to move." At 5:15pm my daughter waited outside while her guests helped me move our entire setup - a table of catered food, a cake and 3 tables of decorations. I had to wipe down dirty tables while the manager cleared dirty drink glasses. He said, I'll give a your daughter a "shot-ski" for your trouble. I don't know what that is but he gave us nothing. To top it off, they moved a party with 25 guests for a last-minute change in schedule music bingo that had less than 12 people attend. I guess when you have your fee and guaranteed drinks sold you don't have to care how you treat the people who bought them. NOTE: The Seven Sirens group just bought another establishment in town so be careful where you book. If it's related to this company you want to seriously consider going somewhere else. read more

Awesome location, great service and some pretty solid beers. My buddy and I needed to kill time so we asked some young locals on the sidewalk where to go, and they recommended Seven Sirens. It's a college town, so I typically like to know where the hip and up and coming spots are. When we walked in, I immediately liked the vibe, decor and style of the brewery. The thing I hate the most is when a brewery is generic and this place had character. Service was friendly, super chill and really personable. The beers, while not spectacular were better than the quality of beers on tap at your local bar or beer house. Just not on the level of the better places I've been. If I was in town again, I would stop back for a beer! read more

We decided to try this place out on a Friday night, it was not quite what we were expecting but we had a good time anyway. This is the latest and newest brew pub/ micro brewery in the Lehigh valley. The place is interesting on the inside, they converted a old parking garage into this brewery. It looks great on the inside, but they removed all the old charm from the building. They also have a bunch of old school games to play, they have a ping pong table, a shuffle board table, a few arcade games, and even some random board games. The beer was excellent, everybody in our group enjoyed the selections. All of the beers are unique and different. I enjoyed the sour ale. The food situation here is a little odd, they do not have a kitchen, you have to go up to a window and order from a "food truck", in our case it was a few guys in a pop up canopy with a smoker and some deep fryers. The food was good, but the wait in line took 40 min on a Friday night. I don't know how often the food changes here so I can't recommend coming for it. That leads me to what was unexpected, most brew pubs I have been to tend to be laid back establishments, this place was loud and happening, it was a struggle to even find a table. Overall a good place to come for some beers with friends. You just may want to grab food first. read more

UPDATE: The owner mentioned below was professional and kind enough to reach out in an attempt to make things right. He asked us to give him a second chance, and we were willing to do so. We stopped by and had a great conversation - turns out it was largely a misunderstanding but he was still more than willing to self-reflect, apologize and let us know that we were always welcome here. He also let us know that one of their goals as a business is to be open and welcoming to EVERYBODY. They definitely proved that to be true this time around and we've definitely found our new place to walk to and bring our friends! While we had a FANTASTIC experience our first time here, when we came back around 5pm this past Monday (7/26/2021), it was the complete opposite. We sat at the bar, had some delicious beer, and the bartender was lovely. Then one of the owners came behind the bar and started chatting with a man two seats down from my fiancée and I. They started spouting off about a whole host of controversial topics quite loudly, but what really killed the vibe was when the owner said "those f***ing f***ots" loud enough for the whole bar to hear. Stumbled into this brewery while walking Bethlehem after checking out Christkindlemarkt. They had a HUGE selection of house brews and they were surprisingly good. In my experience breweries with this many options get a lot of them wrong. That's not the case here. There are also some old school arcade games, bord games, a shuffleboard, and live music. If you're a seltzer fan, you might find that a little underwhelming. It was plain seltzer with some fruit purée poured in- not my favorite. Everything else was fantastic. I'll be back. read more

I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to our new house and 100% dog friendly. But... We pulled up and it was PACKED. Like rubbing shoulders packed outside. No possible way to social distance and no one wearing masks. We sat down at a table inside and didn't get served for over 20 minutes. Other parties starting sitting closely around us without masks on , and we did not feel safe at all. Wasn't looking like anyone was going to come service us anytime soon, so we ultimately just got up and left. We might try and head back after the pandemic but staying clear till then. Flavorful, not too hoppy, not too sweet. The space is large and great for a big group (when we can play together again). This is an awesome spot for beer! They have a wide selection of different beers. It is also very spacious and modern. They also have a food truck with a window to access food directly inside the brewery so you don't have to go outside. There was also a live band when we went. Cool vibe but when it comes to liquor they only have tequila. Hear me out: a few of my friends and I order mixed drinks some got gin, I got vodka and one even ordered rum but when we started to sip on these cocktails we quickly realized it was all tequila. This is one of the best spots in the Lehigh Valley! Great beers, great employees, and a super cool vibe. The food trucks are ALWAYS amazing. There's live entertainment, game nights, trivia nights karaoke etc. The owner is a Navy veteran, and an amazing guy and a patriot. It's been super nice knowing that freedom still rings and a guy/gal can go somewhere to socialize and have a cold beer.
