    Truffle Fries and Pretzles app

Absolutely love coming for the truffle fries and pretzel app! But nothing is more exciting than seeing our favorite waitress Megan Q!! Been coming for 10+ years then stopped when we she left and now came back because of her. Megan makes the place upbeat, knows her customers and is the best customer service ever.

I meet up with some folks at Brew Works probably once or twice a year and have always had a positive experience. Back in the old days I spent many Friday and Saturday nights downstairs at the Steelgaarden part of the joint--I can't share too many clear memories of those times! But the restaurant I can tell you is very nice, well-maintained, with the beer vats (right, that's what they are?) making for a fun backdrop. The waiter service is generally pretty good. And man, I love their soft pretzel bites with beer cheese. If you're a soft pretzel fan, you must give these a try! They make their own beers, of course. I'm a Miller Lite type of beer drinker, and their Valley Golden Ale works just great for me.

So good!!! Always a favorite! Came here for mother's day, food and service were great. Thank you Jade!

Meatloaf Sandwich & High Gravity Mac 'n' Cheese

One of our friends had recommended The Brew Works for some good food and great drinks and we can say we were happy to prove them right! There was a lot of fun items on the menu and it was actually fairly hard to decide what we would get! In the end we landed on the mac and cheese and the meatloaf sandwich. The mac and cheese was delicious, and had a great depth of flavor from the sharp cheeses used, and I struggle to rate a mac and cheese bad if it has a breadcrumb topping, this helps break up the texture and adds a lot to the dish. Possibly one of the best pasta dishes I've had in a while. The meatloaf sandwich was also fantastic, with a lot of different textures and tastes coming from the burger. It was so good I could have had a second one straight away!! The combination of the sauce, the onions, the patty and the bun were excellent. We also tried a couple of their drinks, and although there is a fun selection of cocktails (plus seasonal ones when we visited), we landed on the craft beers (available as a flight too). The highlight for us, again, seasonal, was the Rude Elf's Revenge, which gave a holiday twist to the craft beer adding in Christmas spices to make a unique brew. If there was anything I'd note as a blip, it would be the fact that everything was a great standard but the fries were you're run of the mill fries (which is not a bad thing at all). But by contrast, I think I would have preferred some seasoning options to elevate them to the same level as the other food items. The staff were attentive and helpful, and there was a good energy inside with a mix of families, friends, coworkers and dates. 10/10 would recommend.

Fegley's was the perfect place to grab lunch on our recent trip to Bethlehem. The atmosphere encourages you to sit back relax and have another. Our overworked server was also the bartender but he juggled his stations with precision and ease. Our sandwiches Buttermilk Chicken and French dip both blend flavor and texture to tantalize both the eye and palate. Fegley's effortless and memorable from the first step to the last bite.

Lively spot with a fun, energetic atmosphere and a solid beer list. The food hit the comfort-food mark and portions were generous. Service was friendly, but very slow, and it was hard to get the bartender's attention.

    Brewers' Grain-Fed Burger Whiskey Style

Service was just ok. Super nice woman but she didn't really know the answers to any of our questions and apologized a lot. Ordered 2 drinks separate times and they didn't have both so I just finally said screw it and got a water. The water had a nasty taste to it, like pool water. Stout soup 7/10 Good. Definitely too much bread though. The amount of cheese was great. The onions I think could have been cooked down a little longer. Burger, Whiskey style 7/10 I was not asked how I like my burgers cooked. It was a medium well, i would have loved it to be more of a medium rare/medium. As a whole it was a little dry. For the whiskey style, I swapped the cheese for the cooper cheese. Didn't really taste the caramelized onions at all. The whiskey sauce, if there was a good amount more, it probably wouldn't have been so dry. The side was a choice of fries or coleslaw. The waitress did not give me an option to choose, I just ended up with fries. Fries 3/10 They were kinda disgusting. Half of them were so light they barely even looked cooked, and they were super soggy. Meatloaf sandwich 7/10 It was juicy, bread was good. Could have used more meatloaf and definitely more secret sauce.

Brisket Grilled Cheese with Stout Bbq sauce. Tasty!

A solid 4, maybe 4.5. Service was a little slow at first, but caught up. Typical brewpub food and atmosphere. Good IPAs on tap. I had the Grilled Cheese Brisket and my wife had the Shrimp Tacos. Both were hearty and delicious. Others enjoyed their meals. We'll be back.

Truffle fries, Buffalo Wings, Cauliflower Wings
    Jordan S.

We came after eavesdropping at the hair salon that they have a great happy hour which was true! The chicken and cauliflower wings stole the show! However, we asked for them with ranch instead of blue cheese but were given blue cheese and charged for ranch. The brew-shetta tasted stale and day old. The truffle fries were just bad. The server also seemed like it might have been his first week at the job. He seemed confused about the quantity and size of to go boxes but then offered to bring lids for the sauces (which we paid for) but the sauce lids he brought were for the Cole slaw sized containers. It's safe to say we were underwhelmed with the food and general experience here.

They seem to try their best to have a cider from PA on rotation. They have a vinyl night (as in LPs) and the place is super cozy on a corner where there is a lot of parking available. The most amazing thing to me was hearing the bartender casually talking to someone and mentioning that all of their beer was gluten-reduced. Okay, what's that all about? Asking for further details, they use an enzyme to effectively drop the gluten out of the beer. It can't be called gluten-free because it comes from a gluten source. However, the amount of gluten left in the beer seems to fall below the standards for gulten content making it effectively gluten-free. Yeah, no promises from me -- or them, I believe, on that matter. I just found it fascinating with seemingly zero downside to taste! Amazing!

Our first visit to Bonn was moderately busy, but the staff took the time to answer questions, was friendly and knowledgeable, and was very attentive. Our second visit was slammed busy with a line practically out the door. I honestly didn't notice a difference or drop in service. Absolute all-stars. Beer: this place is a goldmine of English pub styles with outstanding milds and bitters. We worked our way through the tap list and couldn't find a beer that wasn't great. Parking: located next to two large parking lots (pay). Well lit. Food: none. Fuel up before you go. Atmosphere: small, quaint, but comfortable and welcoming. On our first visit, another patron at the bar told us, "I envy you...I wish I could experience this place again for the first time." It's that kind of place. You just click with the vibe and it feels good. On both visits here, we didn't want to leave. Overall: I brewed my first beer 25 years ago. I'm a certified beer judge. It is definitely a college town bar (I'm in my early 50's). The bartender was prompt and took our drink orders right away. The cook is right in front of you at the bar which is kind of cool. You could tell by speaking with him that he took pride in their menu. He let us sample some of the sauces which was great. I had the special of the day which was a grilled tomato/bacon cheese on Texas toast and a tomato soup with rice, ground beef, onions and peppers. It was fantastic! I also had the Cowboy bites which were jalapeños with cream cheese, bacon and corn - my goodness they were so good! My bro had the "what came first". Fried chicken sandwich with a fried egg and bacon. It came with fries and he said it was really good. My husband had Tri-tip cheese steak with no mushrooms. He said it was delicious. We were there on our own time without a schedule, so we didn't mind having to wait for our bartender. It started getting busy while we were there so the vibe was pretty cool. You walk in, you are at the bar area,But, there is a hostess stand there if you are interested in grabbing a booth to order food. Which is what we have always done and is what we will now never do again because service from this 1 particular shorter waitress is awful. After she dropped our food to the table we didn't see her for an hour despite trying our best to flag her down and asking the other waitress to get her for us so we could have our bill. The owner was working harder than this waitress collecting our empty dishes, asked us if we needed anything, cleaning tables( our waitress removed a used empty glass when she seated us) and I have no clue where she went or what she was doing that while time that she failed to see if everything was okay, we needed anything/refills or were ready to the check. Instead, since my daughter is a regular, she gave us a tip to sit at the bar and order food. Service is much better. Every time we've gone there the food has always been good. This time I got a chicken philly cheesesteak and it was delicious also! Can't say much about the crowd. It's definitely a spot for the younger groups to hang out since the college is so close. The bad thing about that is that they don't respect you at your booth if you are in one just for food. They stand right in front of your table in groups talking and you have zero privacy and it's actually a bit suffocating. When they finally did all move for a moment, I could finally feel the air circulation. This was only around 5:30pm. Service- still awful Food- great Atmosphere- depends what you're looking for

First time I visited was for lunch. As soon as I saw the menu, I knew I needed to order the Wild Scotch Egg (difficult to find). I also had the half portion of Fish and Chips. The Wild Scotch Egg consisted of hard boiled egg and sausage, which was panko fried, sitting on Guinness fondue and crisp arugula, topped with Parmesan crisps. I really enjoyed this. The outer breading was light and satisfyingly crispy, while the egg and sausage interior was expertly cooked, tender and well seasoned. Cheesy fondue sauce was rich and creamy. Parmesan crisp was a nice, tasty touch. The beer battered Fish and Chips were also yummy. Fish was succulent, perfectly flaky and flavorful, while the Steak Fries were wonderfully crunchy, full of true potato taste. I knew I needed to return in order to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding, one of my all time favorite desserts. This was served warm, with Earl Grey tea date sponge cake, paired with sweet sticky toffee sauce and clotted cream. So deliciously mouthwatering and decadent! Service was good.
