Tina did a horrible job on my eyebrows still uneven
    Jamie F.

Tina was recommended by a friend so I went to her. My eyebrows are still uneven and she didn't even trim the wild hairs. When I asked her can she trim them up, she told me no and thats just how my hair is and I will never be satisfied. She became rude once I told her I didn't like them. She refuse to fix them. Also the back room she use is not clean. I paid the $10 and left. I will never go back

This is absolutely the worst job I've ever had in nail services and I've been to a few select places. Let me take you into my experience. I walk in at 4:50pm. They close at 6. The seats are filled with customers. Nobody speaks. I sign in to covert interaction, sit down and after 5 whole minutes I finally get asked what I want done. I reply "an acrylic fill in and toe color change"... the nail techs talk amongst each other most likely against the notion that I told them I wanted acrylic instead of gel. Whatever... it happens. I'm assuming this because of the looks I was given from the two communicating about it in the first place. Another customer walks in following two others who walk in. There was no communication about appointments, however two others (who I'm assuming frequent there) were sat before me. I wait about 20 minutes beside two other older ladies who sat and weren't asked about appointments. Two more ladies come in and go straight to the back to sit in seats they were told to go to. Now, I'm thinking they're playing the "regulars" game. Whatever again. I wait until my name is called and Lo and behold, the lady who was originally sitting there wasn't finished so she had to come back. Apparently they allowed her a cigarette break I sit another 20 minutes and finally get called to the original male tech who wanted to do my nails. I said wanted because it seemed as though the elite techs who sat at the front seemed uninterested in doing my nails all together. So I was placed in the back with the shitty one. I sit down and even with the services I asked for on the sign in sheet and with the first tech who asked, I was asked AGAIN about the services I wanted.... this is where shit gets tricky. He started my fill in by using the smallest piece of cotton filled with nail polish remover.. ever. Most of it wasn't cleaned off when he was done. I touched my nail and it felt like polish was still there. He then grabs the auto file with polish still glossy over my nails and only uses it on the unfilled parts of my nail. Rush job. To make this review any less cringeworthy, I'm just gonna cut to the chase... don't go here to get your nails done. I don't even want to tell you about the color change experience you just might die laughing. Even with me switching to gel polish right before I got in the chair, he didn't have the courtesy to take his time and actually do my nails. Instead, my nails look like fucking chiclets. My 8 y.o. niece could've done a better job. Go somewhere where they at least act nice and talk shit and actually DO GOOD NAILS unoriginal ass name. Long Nails is shitty.

Great gel mani at a fantastic price.

Just had a nice, very well priced gel mani with the owner Kevin. The salon is no frills, but staffed with lovely people who do a great job. Time will tell how long it lasts, but he put three coats of color on to ensure it was opaque and won't chip. Will definitely be back! Street parking was easy for mid day. It's smack dab in the middle of the Waverly business district, and they were busy getting everyone ready for the weekend. Can't beat $22 for a gel mani!

It is only two people that I like to do my nails in this shop and that is Joe or Kevin.

I found this salon on Yelp, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. From the very beginning, everything was so easy. Booking our appointments over text was effortless, and they took the time to help my daughter and me choose colors we absolutely loved. Their attention to detail and skill were incredible, and we left feeling so happy with our nails. What made this visit truly special, though, was how they treated us. They welcomed us with such genuine kindness and made us feel like family. As travelers, finding a place where you feel so cared for is rare, and it meant more than I can express. We'll be looking forward to coming back every time we're in Baltimore. Thank you for making us feel so welcome--you've earned lifelong customers whenever we're in town!

Wish I lived in Baltimore because I could have excellent nail care provided by either Chin or An,…read morethe husband & wife team who own and operate this neighborhood gem of a nail salon and spa, on a consistent basis. My nails were in horrible shape when I landed at BWI so, within my first few hours of getting settled into the row home where I was cat sitting for a few days, I began searching through local nail salons and reading their reviews. Enchanted caught me hook, line, and sinker! The team here has a true and steady local following, and now I know why firsthand. Chin believes only in soaking off the existing nails and will not hurry the visit by using the grinder most places use. He explained to me that it wears away at the strength of my natural nail and that I should insist my nail salon back home takes the time to soak off my nails. With that being said, Chin took great care in getting my very damaged and very short nails back to looking really nice, and we agreed only one tip for a nail that I had bit off so short it was painful. An chimed in on the color selection, and the two of them got me to a beautiful shade of champagne. As I sat in their salon, I lost sight of the fact that I was right off Eastern Avenue. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing. Good conversation was shared between the owners, another team member, and two regulars of theirs who were super pleasant. In fact, An was kind enough to text me that they were running a little behind for my appointment and also mentioned to look for the blue awning off of Ann Street. If you are fortunate enough to live near Enchanted I highly recommend you get there soon. And if you are visiting Baltimore and in need of nail care as I was last Saturday then call them up for an appointment!

She insisted she could do it and it would be fine, but I could tell she wasn't confident so I just kept saying I can get something else it's no worries because I would rather it look good than get a design that doesn't look good. She did it anyway, and it was not at all what I asked for. But it was still fine whatever I paid and left. But exactly 2 days later, two of my nails had already chipped. So I went back to get them soaked off, and a new tech did them. He asked if I wanted gels again and I was hesitant. But he said I didn't have to pay for them, so I said okay sure. Then while doing my nails, he told me that I probably chipped them from opening soda cans. I was like huh ?? First, I don't drink soda, and second gel nails should be strong enough to open a soda can with lol but whatever. Then he told me that because it's so cold out it takes the gel longer to cure so I need to wait a couple days before opening soda cans (?!??) what's up with this guys soda can obsession? Anyway I tell him again that I don't drink soda but okay sure. He does my nails, they're fine, I go to leave and he charges me $27 for the soak off. Like wtf?????????? But I don't feel like arguing so I just did it and left. I kid you not 3 days later like half of my nails have chipped or peeled off already. Literally a waste of $160 and 3 hours of my time.
