Last night, I ordered an egg and cheese wrap and specifically stated that I do not eat meat. Not once, but twice, they brought it out with ham in it. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Nearly every time I order a salad that doesn't include chicken, they add chicken anyway. When I send it back and specifically ask for it to be remade because I do not eat meat, they have actually just picked the chicken out by hand and returned the salad to me, leaving pieces of chicken behind. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly explain their dietary needs or worry about whether their food has been prepared correctly. If I ask for a meal without meat, I expect it to be made correctly--not for someone to pick the meat out and send it back to me. On top of that, the cooks in the back have been rude, and the overall service and attention to detail seem to be getting worse every time I visit. It feels like no one is communicating or taking responsibility for getting orders right. I understand that mistakes happen, but when the same issues keep happening despite clear instructions, it becomes a pattern of poor service and a lack of respect for customers. Leo's needs to seriously address its food preparation, staff attitudes, and overall service. At this point, I'm very disappointed with the experience and have much less confidence in ordering here.

The staff greeted us promptly and was kind. Everything in her was spotless. Which I always look for in a restaurant. Their smoothies are so yummy. Definitely more of a thicker milkshake style because they add ice. But it's still so good. I enjoy the lemon ice they use for it. If you never go to Culver's definitely go for their custard treats.
