This is my tipping point with McD. I will not be doing any business with them again. I stopped here after a flight into DTW. Had not eaten anything for nearly 12 hrs, so I was hungry. I order two double cheeseburgers, a medium fry and a medium coke. The fries were luke warm at best. But the burgers were so bad, I threw them out. One has two slices of cheese and one burger patty. I took a couple bites of that one before realizing somerthing was wrong. The other had two burger patties, no cheese and what looked like special sauce. Just gross. read more

We had stopped by early in the morning to pick up breakfast. I noticed that they had a Pumpkin & Cream Pie. I had to try it. I'm pretty sure it's seasonal and they don't offer it in Hawaii. OMG! It was so good. It was like a warm pumpkin pie with heavy cream, but so much better than a traditional pumpkin pie. I wanted to get more before we left, but I never got the chance. I also noticed that they had a frozen Sprite Lymonade (Sprite + Lemonade). I wish I had tried that, but it was too early in the morning. We were the only people in there and got our food in five minutes. I forgot what other people ordered, but the food came out fast. read more

Recently stopped in here to grab a small meal when I was in the area. Service was quick and swift. McChickens were great! It's a quiet store though the drive thru is more busy. Overall it's a casual location, thankfully I can make my order up front than being forced to use the kiosk. read more

I was staying at a nearby hotel and walked here to pick up a quick meal. I placed my order on the mobile app prior to arriving. When I arrived, I noticed that the dining area wasn't open and the line for the drive-thru was super long. I checked-in on the app and waited at a curbside spot even though I wasn't here with my car. Today was the worst day for them all McDonald's usually suck but coming here 3 times cause they kept messing something up was not in my plans. They had me pull over to a drive thru reserve because they were waiting on burritos that's fine super patient. They bring me my food 2 minutes later, super fast. I check it quickly my son doesn't have his syrup I go inside and grab a syrup. Cool, drive to my son school prepare to have breakfast with him he has no hash brown so now I gotta go back. The only reason this place gets one star is because my food came out promptly. I ordered two chicken sandwiches to go. I asked for two BBQ sauces to go. The lady gave me one and said the second one was going to be a charge. So; I guess she expected me to split the sauce for two sandwiches. She also had an attitude when I said no thank you on the second sauce. I weep for the future with these kind of people who are supposed to be in the service industry. McDonald's - Broken road and was sitting here for over 37 minutes - Burgers Near Me - Romulus, Michigan

The only reason this McDonald's is still open is because of the airport, plus neighborhood traffic. It's certainly not customer service and good food. 2 vehicles in drive thru and I swear it felt like 3 lifetimes went by. You're never greeted with a hi how are you today with a smile. When you pull up. A mumbling can I help you. I give my mobile app code. Pull up she says. I'm greeted with the back of her head on the cellphone. 10 seconds later she prints a receipt without looking at me and hands it to me. No eye contact. The managers are worse. One of them is a black lady with glasses with a black surgical mask half way on her face. She was asking me questions and I couldn't understand her because her mouth was covered and her back was turned to me. She seem to love her position even though she lacks leadership skills. No one says have a nice day after being serviced. It's like they can't wait for you to leave. One thing is for sure. They laugh and joke with each other. I waited 20 minutes for a frappe order that I ordered from app. When I get to the window, they're laughing and playing. Little girl ask what was your order? I replied frappe. She hands it to me and that was that. She went back to the laughter of her coworkers. I guess my being a customer assuring job security is irrelevant. The customer service, food handling and the overall atmosphere and attitude of not only employees but managers are HORRIBLE. If it wasn't for the airport they wouldn't even have any business to run. We approached to go into the dining room at 9:35pm when their sign clearly says dining room open until 10pm and doors were locked no one tried to help us in, say anything, or help. I was in town for my son's volleyball tournament, and we stayed a hotel across the street from this McDonald's. Wow! That's about all I can say. I was in the drive-thru, and when I pull up the young lady explains that they were out of a few items. No problem, it happens right? They had nothing but, lemonade, water, and chicken items. Never in my life had I seen or hear of a McDonald's that didn't have burgers and fries to sell. Our group alone had 100 families at this hotel across the street, and at 6 o'clock in the evening no burgers and fries. Can't imagine how much money they lost that night. The ladies at the window didn't seem to enjoy being there, they seem to have attitudes and in a hurry to take your money and have you move forward. I just called in to see if they allowed (walk-in To Go) at this place and when the lady answered she was being rude how they accept anyone in. I get that but some places are different. Some allowing one person at a time to order and then they bring your order out. Yet, she was horrible and rude! I asked if I could place my order through the drive through and pick up at the window. She continued to yell and be rude by cussing and telling me that I need to be in a car. I'm a flight attendant who's in a layover. I don't have a car and it's just across the street. About the best place to wait for delayed incoming flights with coffee and free parking! I mean, it's a McDonald's. But there is literally NOTHING better in the area and I had 1.5 hours to kill before a friend's flight arrived. The coffee was passable, and the wifi super fast. The "dining area" even had a lovely view of the setting sun the arriving aircraft. Not that I would've known--I was working diligently, of course, powered by the coffee. The people were very friendly, which is always a plus! So, while I wouldn't recommend coming here, unless you're in a situation like mine, it does fit the bill in a pinch! (And there is literally NOTHING else nearby except Big Boy and Bob Evans...I guess they have free refills, but then there's the tip. Alas.) read more

This place is fine; a standard-issue McDonald's. Food was of the normal quality, service was friendly and quick, interior was clean enough and adequate. No complaints. I added the hours of operation for the Drive-Thru to the Yelp listing; here are the dining room hours (since there is no way to list them separately on Yelp): Mon-Thurs: 6 AM - 10 PM Fri-Sat: 6 AM - 10 PM Sun: 7 AM - 10 PM Obviously, these are only of consequence if you don't have a car.
