I love the coffee from this place. I prefer it over Dunkin and Starbucks. I get it whenever I'm in town. Their donuts are also very good. We got an apple fritter $1.43, 10 pack honey dipped timbits $3.69 and a #1 sausage, egg & cheese biscuit combo $7.20. The combo comes with a coffee and hash brown. It is my belief that all loyal subjects arriving at Detroit metro airport must stop at Middlebelt and Ecorse for a Tim Horton's coffee and a donut. It amazes me the shear accuracy with which they brew a cuppa joe. Im sure it's a Canadian thing. If I come back tomorrow or a year from tomorrow the coffee has the same remarkable flavour. I love consistency. A small secret: they put a bit more filling in their Angel Cream donut than the guy around the corner. The chili was delicious, but the bun was hard and cold. It's been a while since my last visit, and today I thought I would treat myself to their excellent croissant egg and bacon sandwich. The drive through line had about six cars in front of me, but it was ok, I wasn't in a hurry and actually by the time I pulled up to order my food and pulled up to pay only probably took no more than five minutes, service was quick and my sandwich came out really hot. My only complaint was the sandwich was burnt on one side. How do you burn a croissant and continue to make a sandwich with one side burnt? It was burnt so that when you go to take a bite you could smell the burn. So since I had already made it to work and took my first bite, it wasn't worth going back, so I took the one side off and continued to eat my breakfast sandwich. I guess next time before I pull away from the window I will double check my sandwich. I love their croissants, plain or as a sandwich. read more

I just stopped here to get some soup on my drive home. Parking lot was fairly empty and I didn't see very many people seated inside, but there were quite a few cars in line at the drive-through. I asked what kind of soup they had and was told to wait so they could check. I gave them my order, they gave me my total, and I pulled up. There were two cars in front of me - one at the window and one car behind them. I seen The cashier hand money to the driver at the window and then a few seconds later the driver gave the cashier money back. I drink came out, a small bag came out a couple seconds later, and then a drink attempted to come out but the driver gave it back. Then a small drink came out. there was some conversation and then the car pulled off. Second car pulls up, says something to the cashier, and then proceeds to put their vehicle in park! Once I seen that I knew it was time for me to leave. I pulled out of the line and drove right out of the parking lot! I guess I'll just eat when I get home. Crazy thing is - I used to go to this Tim Hortons all the time when I worked at the airport. Never had a bad experience. That was about 2 to 3 years ago. Just driving by and decided to use a coupon that I had for a bagel with cream cheese for $.99. I decided to go with the Everything bagel and regular cream cheese. It was toasted just right and tasted very good. I could taste all the flavors in the bagel. I had a cuo of water abd also got a hot chocolate with whip cream. It was right on point and they load you up with whip cream. The lady at the counter was friendly and explained in detail about the choices that were available at the time. The place was clean and not crowded. You can come in and sit at a table, a counter with pub height chairs, or one of the circular sofa seats that they have. I chose to sit at the table with chairs and a padded seat. It was comfortable sitting on the seat. They have added some new things to the menu. You can choose from bagels, croissants, donuts, sandwiches, a variety of coffee and tea drinks. They also have smoothies in Mango, Watermelon, Strawberry, and frozen coffee. Stop by and check out the new menu. Nice place to do a meet and great. And there is free WiFi to connect while enjoying your delicious treat. read more

I go this Tim Horton quite frequently because it's the closest location to my job. I always have a horrible experience from the staff and I never complain because I make excuses for why I receive such horrible treatment. Today was by far the worst of all. The manager who made my coffee spoke to me in a very demeaning disrespectful way simply because the young lady who took my order was not listening. I asked if they could remake the coffee and the manager went back forth with me about how I should have ordered the coffee right the first time. I will never give my business to this establishment. One of the reasons I like Tim Hortons is because they don't leave their coffee on the warmer, giving it that burnt flavor. That's not the case at this location. Check your receipts! I attempted to get breakfast here today. I ordered the sausage & cheese muffin, bagel w/ cream cheese, and large iced tea. I had a coupon to knock that bagel down to 99 cents. How much do you think that would cost? You said $8 something, right? No? I tried to correct them explaining the costs here: $1.49 for the sandwich / $.99 for the bagel / and $1.99? for the tea. They countered with "cheese is extra". OK, please explain that sign right above your head that says Sausage and Cheese Muffin $1.49. This was too complicated for the worker to comprehend (seriously!) and another person started over and rang up the same madness with the same explanations. I looked at the previous reviews after I drank the iced Capp. I guess te service and drinks, coffee and donuts qualities got better. My dad got hot chocolate and a chocolate glaze donut. Hot chocolate is good. Chocolate donut is "not too bad", he said. The donuts look ok to me, though I didn't try it this time. The staff were friendly, talking to my dad when he was getting drinks for us. Great atmosphere. Not too many people around. Plenty seats and parking.
