This Starbucks is in the airport area by all the hotels. We got here around 7:30 pm , but the ordering area on the inside was already closed. The drive thru was open. Even though the area was sectioned off the barista let me in to look for a cup. I was looking for a tumbler that had Detroit on it. I looked at their selection, but didn't find what I was looking for. The hunt continues. read more

The coffee just never tastes right when I order from here, something is off. I used to love going to this Starbucks but the inconsistency in taste just isn't worth the effort anymore. I ordered a peppermint white mocha and it tasted so overwhelming like peppermint that I question their ability to add the correct amount here. read more

Clean, bright, welcoming, and well-staffed. Starbucks is Starbucks. But I was very pleased with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at this location. My coffee was made as I wanted and served with a smile. Quickly, too. I was able to work using the free WiFi and enjoy the ambiance a while. It was a Starbucks. What can I say! It was quite festively decorated and the drinks were what I expected.

I see why this location has a 3 Star rating. The mood and attitude of an individual which can fuq it up for the entire store. I have been ordering a Breve Latte for the last 20 years, so instantly I will know when it's just a regular latte. Not to mention the fact that I walked 15 minutes back to the hotel to have to walk back to point out that it was the wrong drink, the girl at the register took the long ass time to peel my name and order from the cup and then told me to throw it away. Muthrfqr the garbage can is right behind YOU. Why can't you have thrown it away you being difficult. You not going to get anywhere with that behavior. What I am noticing every time I am in this area/city, that there are a lot of unhappy/angry people here. Don't know what their story is but you may want to stay home and get your ....ISH together before you come out and interact with the public. read more

Back open (between gates 10 & 11), but a lot of "we don't have ___x___ " (out of both oat & skim milk options) and "I can't toast that for you", etc. No heat sleeves for hot coffees. So much for going with the known coffee option. read more

Nice shop located not to far from Detroit metropolitan Airport grounds. It be a nice decent amount of workers there so you don't really have to wait that long for your drink but...( you know how prissy Starbucks drinkers are) so it might take some time to get to the register lol But otherwise it's a nice spot, I get Starbucks 2-3times a week read more

This place is hit or miss. They have a couple of competent employees but most of them are clueless. It's took the gale 2 minutes to ring a coffee with skim milk because she didn't know skin milk is nonfat. Then she pours for me the bottom of the pot which was warm coffee and filled it to the rim. No room for milk. So instead of pouring a bit she literally pours a few drops of milk. I had to dump some of the coffee and ask for more milk. Later to find the coffee was warm, I took a sip and dumped it in the trash can. Unreal to see such incompetency serving and waiting our time and money. read more

My drink was amazing and so was my teammates! My sister wanted to sample a drink and they were more than welcome to help her. Terrible attitude from the girls there. They got my order wrong and when asked to fix it the girl that made my drink laugh and instead she made it correctly. She said she would redo it but it be the same thing. I just had them refund me my money. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. read more

Not friendly people. Asked for all of my coffee and to fill it to the proper line water was added to dilute my nitro. Fire everybody! I expect better which is why I choose Starbucks smh! It's a Starbucks in an airport. I was able to get my caffeine fix, but it was just okay. I actually stopped in here twice and the second time they were out of ice, so no cold drinks. That was a bummer, but they at least were announcing it loudly so the entire line could hear and decide on something else. Aside from having no ice with which to make drinks, they moved everyone through the line pretty quickly. While I wasn't blown away, my coffee was consistent with the rest of the Starbucks across the country, so it fit the bill. read more

I come to Starbucks everyday I work if I'm running late I'll do a mobile order and every time my order is ready I walk in and walk out. Most everyone there is great I always love to see DJ if it's later always has a smile. Then if I go in the morning Alyssa always has a smile and pretty much knows my order always have a great after seeing her. Some of the other employees are not on there game but the world can't be perfect. The older lady with the grey hair is always just walking around she needs to focus on people that are unaware how to work then the people that can. Discovering this new Starbucks has been an awesome experience for me. The staff are all amazing. They make you feel like they're your best friend on the rare chance you're actually waiting for your coffee to be made (usually you roll up and it's already ready!). They are kind and make good coffee quickly and with great service. Selfishly, I want no one to find this hidden gem. But, I am happy to see them picking up steam. read more
