They said they could deliver the flowers the same day. I was not near a computer to pick out an arrangement and described what I would like to send her. Not only did the flowers arrive by the time she got back to the hotel, she absolutely loved them. When I got a call from her, she was so happy to see them and said they were just beautiful. CONSUMERS BEWARE- I bought a $500.00 funeral arrangement and it started wilting in just 1 1/2 days…read more The mourning family took the arrangement home to hopefully brighten up and bring warmth into their home , but instead the flowers were TOTALLY dead in under 3 complete days (see photo attached) while All THE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS they brought home lasted considerably longer , as they should ! Quite obvious they made my arrangement with OLDER and POORER QUALITY FLOWERS !!! What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem ! If you bought an appliance and it doesn't work they refund the money !!! In this case THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL AS THEY HAD MY MONEY !!!
