Thrifty Florist - Beautiful red and white arrangement for a Red Wings fan! - Florists Near Me - Dearborn, Michigan

Well, I don't mean to keep writing updates around loss but here we are! Last weekend would have been my grandma's birthday so my mom and I wanted to bring some fresh flowers to her gravesite which is near this Thrifty. It was the first birthday without her since she passed so stopping in was hard but the staff here was very kind. We picked out a lovely bouquet and they trimmed the flowers and gave us the cone for the site. The flowers were in beautiful condition and priced really reasonably. They also have a large selection of artificial flowers, too, plus decorative pieces for home and garden, and lovely gifts for special occasions like baptism, communions, weddings, birthdays, etc. I definitely will be regularly stopping in for some fresh blooms when going to spend some time at the cemetery. read more

One of the best Florists in Wayne county, highly recommend! They went above and beyond with helping me put together an arrangement last minute. Thank you sooo much! I will not go anywhere else! You ladies are the best! You helped me brighten a loved one's day! Priceless! read more

The delivery was made as requested. However, I paid for a premium bouquet for my nieces 30th birthday and what was delivered to her barely qualifies as a standard arrangement. I had her send a pic to me upon delivery and was highly disappointed in the final product. I immediately sent an email using the "contact us" link on their website and received a notification the next day that the link was invalid. I tried again and the same thing happened. I guess I was duped by Thrifty Flowers but it won't happen again. read more

Had a great experience here today. Stopped in just before close to pick up a double-poinsettia basket to use table centerpiece. And Something for the mantle above the fireplace, and then finally another small houseplant to go on the end table. The flashes of red really made the house more festive!. read more

Suzanne or Suzy is an Angel! she helped me so much today. I want able to come into the shop, becayse my baby was asleep in the car. so I called to see if someone could bring an arrangement or two out to the car. I didn't know what they had, so Suzy brought out two incredible living plant arrangements for me to see. I ended up getting both, one for my cousin and one for my Aunt. She is so friendly and helpful! Ive been coming to Thirfty for as long as I can remember, tho I have always accompanied my parents on their endeavors. This is the first time that I came myself, and I continue to see (This time for myself) why we have frequented this business for decades as a family. thank you, Suzy, you made it possible for me to purchase the perfect arrangement for my family members going through a difficult time. you are lovely! -Kira read more

I am very pleased with how they arranged the flowers. They are absolutely stunning and put a smile on my granddaughter's face and this even with her being in Children's Hospital. They customized her arrangement adding extra lilies, her favorite flower both blooming and ready to bloom. Thank-you so much, Thrifty Florist. Many Blessings. read more

I live in Chicago but my 90 something year old Granny lives in Dearborn. I don't think I have ever physically been to their store but I did find them on Yelp. When I can't make it home to see my Granny for important occasions like mothers day, birthdays, ect ect I almost always order from these guys. Since my Grandma is home alone most of the day, I have always been concerned about her being able to receive the deliveries- with Thirty, we have never had a problem. Orders always arrive when they say they will and my Grandma always love the bouquets. They honestly have the best selection for each occasion and they're prices are extremely fair. With the exception of big holidays like mother days, they can always accommodate same day delivery. Also their website is on point making it easy to see their inventory and place your order with out ever have to call or talk to a person, which I personally love. Did I mention their prices? Their prices are extremely fair for the quality of work. I love this place and will continue to keep ordering flowers from them. read more

Recently we sadly lost my mother and my sister heard about Thrifty Florists in Dearborn. Knowing that I prefer to call a local florist and avoid the 1 800 BigBucks chain, I contacted Thrifty for a floral arrangement. Remembering that my mother liked to watch the birds with me at our house in El Cerrito, California, I was so happy to see their birdbath arrangement with two birds and lovely living plants and some flowers. Ordering online was very very easy and their site was user friendly. My family confirmed that the delivery occurred as assigned to the funeral home and my sister in Dearborn Heights has now placed the birdbath in her garden in memory of our Mom. I was so impressed with the service I recommend them for a rapid response, confirmation of delivery and beautiful flowers. Thank you Thrifty!! read more

Thanks for the georgous last minute arrangement for my Aunt's funeral. They delivered and did a beautiful job.

I love Thrifty Florist. I too had purchased the bird bath planter on more than one ocassion and will only order this centerpiece when available..When possible I give advice on how to use it when the plants die or just get tired of having a planter..Clean it out and use it for a table setting for fruits, or breads at a party or change arrangement for Holiday Table settings..This planter has 9 lives and it is only your imagination that can keep it going..The owner and his wife put in the extra effort always and the shopping experience is always interesting and cordial. Oh yes I always order baby's breath and a personal poem to add to the beauty of this beautiful piece.. Thank-you Thrifty in Dearborn for helping me bring joy to others on a sad or happy occasion... read more
