I live across the country but used Vanessa's Flowers to send an arrangement to my grandma on her birthday. I ordered Parisian Petal Symphony (size Deluxe). The flowers were fragrant and fresh and the arrangement was a very good size for the price, including same day delivery. Beautiful flowers, my grandma loved them. Highly recommend read more

I ordered a beautiful vase for the flowers for my mom's 95th birthday a couple of days ago. I asked for something tall and with white roses and pastel colors, preferably pink which my mom loves. The arrangement I received was approximately 28 inches tall in a lovely bubble vase. The photos I posted doesn't do the arrangement justice because it is absolutely lovely. I told the woman I wanted a taller vase and something pretty and different. It's hard to tell in the photograph but the bubble vase is beautiful. The arrangement was packed with beautiful flowers and greenery. The quality of the flowers was great. The roses were really beautiful and fresh and so were the hydrangeas and other items in the arrangement. Because this was a large and heavy arrangement, they carefully packaged it in a box to contain the vase so I could more easily get it in my car and transport it over to my mom. That worked out great. This flower shop is beautiful to walk around inside as well. They have so many options to choose from and a variety of accessories as well as other plants for summertime. When I called to place my order the woman I spoke to explained different options for me according to my budget and she help me decide what would be the best option for me given what I had in mind for my mom. The only glitch was I was supposed to pick my order up after 3 PM on Friday and they had it marked for Saturday so it wasn't ready when I got there around 4 PM. That said, the woman who was there handled it professionally and put together the arrangement on the spot for me. I'm not discounting any stars in my rating for this just mentioning to be sure if you're placing an order that you confirm the date and time pick up that's all. My mom was so surprised and thrilled to see this big beautiful arrangement come through the door when I brought them to her. I haven't bought her flowers in a long time and my dad used to purchase them for her before he passed away a few years ago. I was so happy my mom was happy. I will definitely shop here again given the good experience I had for this special occasion. read more

I was introduced to Vanessa's when my girlfriend sent the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. They were so bright and fresh! I couldn't stop smiling! To top that off, these beauties lasted for 1 month. Now this is my favorite small business flower shop! I had the opportunity to go back to shop for a girlfriend's birthday. The shop is sooo cute! I selected what my friend ordered for me since they brought me so much joy. I was able to add special touches which include green tissue paper and ribbon, her favorite colors! So many nice touches you can add. I got a birthday balloon for her too! Everyone is so friendly. You can walk in or call ahead. I had fun walking in and seeing all the bright blooms. I can't confirm or deny if I got a few blooms for the house! Shop local! read more

My wife called me to see if I could order a flower arrangement in remembrance of a very good friends sister who died all too soon. We are familiar with Vanessa's so I stopped in around noon to see if they could put something together by end of day. Trina said she would be happy to help. She showed me a few examples of flowers and styles. Asked a few questions about colors and types of flowers. AND IT WAS READY BY 2PM. Great service. Great communication. Very happy with the arrangement. This is definitely a go to place in my book. read more

I called several florists for a floral arrangement to be sent to a friend who has been in an accident, I needed the arrangement delivered the same day. I called by 11:15, Vanessa's flowers stated they would be able to deliver within a few hours. It was a special order item, but they had all the flowers and vase needed. I ordered immediately, also ordered candy to be sent with the arrangement. The recipient received the package by 1:30, and was extremely happy. It made his day in the hospital a lot brighter. The bouquet Vanessa's did for my sister's birthday was fantastic! I gave them an idea what I wanted based on an arrangement on their website. They did the rest. I asked them to use what they had fresh, nice bright colors, etc.. It's very similar to the picture but much better. They used a type of rose I've never seen before. My sister has sent me several pictures. I can't thank Vanessa's enough. We are both SO happy with their service and gorgeous flowers! read more

I have been using Vanessa's for the past 8 years. They are amazing! They have done our prom corsages, our sons wedding flowers, and most recently a beautiful arrangement for my dads memorial. I am a huge lover of flowers, so I often come with certain expectations and vision for what I want. They have ALWAYS exceeded my expectation! As an example, when I entered the chapel yesterday to look at the arrangement I ordered, I broke down in tears! It was beyond what I imagined. We live on the west side of the state now, but whenever we have floral needs in the Plymouth/canton area, I will absolutely trust Vanessa's to take care of our floral needs. Posting a picture of the lovely arrangement from my dads memorial, as well as a beautiful corsage that they made for my daughters prom almost 6 years ago for reference! read more

I have been very pleased with the arrangements I've received and given from Vanessa's. Prices are reasonable too. They are not afraid to use vibrant colored blooms (vs boring old pink or white). Agree with Liz W - I've also dropped in after work for a spur of the moment bouquet (for Ken), and they put together an amazing, may I even say 'manly', arrangement on the spot. The owner works well with local businesses too. read more

I've used Vanessa's Flowers, in the past, for my Sister who lives in Plymouth - always happy with service and Sister always loves the floral. My 92 year old Mom was to move to Assisted Living in Plymouth on Friday. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for the family to assist in welcoming her to her new apartment there. Unfortunately, today - her health declined and she will be heading to the hospital and won't check in to her new place tomorrow. I called Vanessa's this morning and they were so helpful and advised they would cancel the order. My refund was processed in sheer moments. I want to thank Sherri at Vanessa's for the assistance in this stressful time. We will definitely be re-ordering in the future. Hopefully soon! read more

Locally owned shop, I love the owner Victor and have been using them for years for all my floral needs as has my mom. Flowers are always fresh and beautiful and last longer than others. They did my wedding flowers and I loved my bouquet of sterling roses and various shades of purple as accents, it was perfect. This store is equally good for dropping by to get flowers on the spur of the moment or pre planning arrangements. My husband knows if he gets me flowers from here I am sure to like them. read more

Look no further. My Sister and I sought out a florist over 10 mos ago to handle our Mother's funeral flowers. My Sister and I are researchers and very picky about choosing anything, especially when it involves our Mother. Vanessa's was the first stop and became our first choice after meeting with two other florists, including the one recommended by the funeral home. We met with Katrina and we both came away knowing she was our floral Gal. Katrina had compassion and patience as she listened to my Sister and I describe our Mother's taste in floral design and what we envisioned for Mom. As we looked through the standard book designs and further discussed the colors and types of flowers Mom liked, Katrina made detailed notes and kindly acknowledged us as we verbalized our ideas to change the typical book designs. Well, needless to say, although the hospital predicted Mom's passing imminently, Mom bounced back and stayed with us another 10 months! Fast forward, upon Mom passing last week, we called Vanessa's, spoke with Katrina, and she not only remembered us but still had her notes saved from our meeting 10 mos ago, as well as saving a memorial plaque we had wanted but not paid for! When we met with Katrina for the second time to review our previous choices we told her we had the utmost confidence and trust in her choosing and making Mom's flowers tastefully and to our liking. Wow! We were overwhelmed with the freshness and beauty of all Mom's arrangements, they were beyond our expectations! It was obvious Katrina had taken the time and interest to listen to our wants and desires and applied her creativity and experience to design the perfect flowers for our beloved Mother. Do not hesitate to choose Vanessa's florist, you will be thoroughly pleased. read more

Finally a winner!!! After years of ordering online or by phone from various flower vendors around the country (only to be sadly disappointed by the quality of product or delivery) I've found someplace I will make my "go to" for all occasions. A few short days before Valentine's Day I did the unthinkable. I hopped on my computer to search for any random local shop that would deliver a bouquet to my much deserving wife. I accidentally happened upon Vanessa's Flowers and clicked on photos of Valentines arrangements. Reluctantly I chose one that looked great with no hopes of receiving anything even close in quality. I set up delivery day and time, again with no hopes of the goods getting to me anywhere near on time. Well... not only did a smiling and courteous driver show up at our door right on schedule but the bouquet was even more beautiful than pictured. Yes, more beautiful. Needless to say my wife was thrilled and surprised and now, thanks to VF, I'm somewhat of a hero in my house. While I'm sure my hero status will be short-lived I can assure you that Vanessa's Flowers will become a permanent part of future celebrations. Thanks. read more

I'm new to the area and really needed a florist for something quick on this side of town . I happened to get my nails done next door and ventured in to see the most beautiful flowers on display , Kinda a pick and make your own bouquet although the staff does it for you . I asked for what I needed with out much instruction and holy mother was it delivered . Stunning , gorgeous , breathtaking . I had only been in there one time but my second time inside they all said hello and remembered me by name . Pricing is on par with other flower shops , i would even argue it's a slight better value for the quality here . They went out of their way to deliver Mother's Day flowers that were specific to her tastes and did it so eloquently . If you live near by and need an arrangement for anyone or anything I highly suggest you stop in and let them create something gorgeous . It doesn't compare to using floral websites even in the slightest . read more
