I was told I needed to drive back across town and bring the cake in for them to examine it--something that frankly should have been ensured before it was ever sold. For a large, pre-ordered cake tied to a major event, that level of quality control should be a given. I also spoke with Matthew, who was dismissive and unhelpful. There was little to no empathy for the situation, and my concerns were not taken seriously at all. The overall response felt like an inconvenience to them rather than an attempt to make things right. If you're considering ordering a cake for an important occasion, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Based on my experience, the quality and customer service at this location are simply not reliable.
