Had the Nutella Bubble Waffle and my boyfriend had the Chunky Monkey. I had the choice of having mine in a cone or a bowl. Knowing how messy I was, bowl it was. OMG! This is definitely a shareable dish in a bowl. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his Chunky Monkey which is perfect for one. Plenty of space to enjoy our treats there. Food was terrible, and it took about 25 mins for two things. There was only one worker and she was just talking to her friends the WHOLE time. My pancakes were BURNT, tasted horrible and customer service wasn't good. Customers where coming in and out, because they where not being helped at all. Horrible. read more

So delicious from beginning to end, when you need the fork!! Based on other reviews, I ordered the Lotus. It was so uniquely delicious! As I waited for my order to be filled in the back, I watched other treats coming out and vowed that I'd be back to try other things. There are a few small table to sit in to eat, but the store is set up for take-out. The ordering process is a bit disconcerting. You can order from off from a giant touchscreen, or flip through a big spiral notebook to choose your dessert. It was a bit pricey, but for an occasional indulgence, it was so WORTH IT! Love the sweet treats here !! But I'm concerned with the service of this place is starting to go downhill. The advancement they made to this dessert shop just doesn't quite add up. They have taken away the menu on the TVs and replaced with one lousy kisok. The finishing on the counter is becoming wore down just as on the bricks on the left when you walk inside. It gives no ambiance, no music, and no change in decoration of seating arrangement. I don't want to forget to mention the peeling vinyl cheap floor that is currently peeling due to the weather change and a trail of wet snow prints due to the lack of runners. Wow what a fantastic little desert spot! I stumbled across it as I was going into another store, and I thought I saw some sort of ice cream waffle cone so I stopped in. The first thing you'll notice is the amazing aroma! It really smells lovely. Since I've never visited this place I took a minute to view their selection. They have mini pancakes, bubbles waffles, fruit cups and more. I was really impressed with their selection. I had to step to the side because I was having a really hard time deciding because there was so much to choose from! I had my sights set on the bubble waffle, and I saw flavors like Oreo, Superman, strawberry shortcake, Nutella and much more. I ended up going with s'mores and I'm glad I did. It was DELICIOUS! This place is it! If you're unsure about anything, the staff is very helpful. They even gave one lady a sample, which helped her make a decision on what to order. If you prefer pictures, they have a photo menu available. It was a really hard decision, but I chose the chunky monkey mini pancakes with a scoop of strawberry ice cream!! Not a single regret!! One of my worst experiences. Saturday I placed an order online for the mini pancake platter. I arrived about 20 min after ordering. When I walked in I got a cold can I help you. I said yes I placed an online order and gave her my name. After that she attended to the lady behind me but she was still deciding so she asked my name again. She went in back and came out with a tray and set it on the freezer next to the door going to the back. She handed out an order then helped the girl that was after me. Then helped another coupler and another couple came in and ordered on the kiosk. They all appeared to be having a good time as they were working back there. I watched as a couple more orders came out and even the people that came in after me were starting to get their food. I had been standing there almost a half hour. Finally after the lady that was behind me got her food the lady behind the counter asks me what I ordered. I told her the pancake platter and gave my name again. She went in the back again to check on it and walks back out, then hands me the platter that was sitting there this entire time. No apologies, like it was no big deal. Then when I get it back home, it's missing the churros. It was steady but not at all what I would consider busy. The platter was okay but had a flavor I wasn't familiar with. The owner suggested the pistachio one as well however it would have been too much to get 2 separate ones so he made my order half original and half pistachio. In my opinion, it was mediocre. The service was phenomenal and the man at the cash register was beyond friendly and helpful. However, it's a bit over-priced in my opinion and the pancakes themselves weren't as fluffy as I imagined. The ice cream wasn't anything special. I don't know, I guess I may have went in there with high hopes but I do think there are better dessert options at other places, especially for the price point.
