Did a drive thru order, and boy was it eventful. Placed our order with the person working, who was obviously impatient and we felt extremely rushed. Got our order, and moved forward to check it. Of course, my chicken sandwich was missing. Had to make a u-turn in their one way exit, then had to stand at the drive thru window in the sun freezing cold waiting for my sandwich. Once we got home, which is less than a 3 minute drive, we found our fries to be over cooked and cold, and my crispy chicken sandwich was a soggy pile of blah. One employee was not wearing a mask. The drive-thru employee had her mask over her mouth only & not on her nose. Which defeats the whole purpose of a mask. I ordered a BBQ Mother Cruncher with no bacon & no pickles. The website description said there would be crispy onions in there but none were to be found. Also they barely put any sauce in there. I came here because it looked like an old place that had been here since the 40's or something. I didn't realize it was a Rally's and had to-go food only, no place to sit down inside. I went thru the drive thru and got a little discombobulated because I needed a minute to study the menu and was thrown by the snow blowing in the window while I read it, LOL. I decided to get a burger and fries, plus a dollar side of chicken bites. Everything was fine as far as fast food goes, in fact the chicken was pretty good and well worth the dollar and the fries were better than average too. The girl at the window was pretty nice and I had her laughing about me not being used to being snowed upon while ordering at a drive thru. I probably wouldn't eat here too often because I don't eat much fast food but I can see it being fast and easy on occasion--as long as it isn't snowing outside too much! (December 2011) read more

We ate here tonight for dinner. They got the order wrong. The food was really good especially their chicken sandwich. We also got the Texas toast sandwich which was okay expecting the toast to be crispy but it was soft. The champ burger I ordered was supposed to be no onion and no cheese but when I got home discovered both were on it. I know it was dinner rush busy I can tell drive through cashier was stressed out. When to checkers at 11:30 and we order and get our food and they gave us the wrong order then the blond hair girl was super disrespectful to us then she was walking back in and smoking inside the restaurant then the manager with a blue shirt drop a spatula and I think they reused it and probably spit in our food if I could get one of those people fired that would great read more

I've been coming here for years, I've had several bad experiences not even with the food but with the service . I remember a few years back my order was wrong & I attempted to communicate that when the lady at the window proceeded to argue with me & told me I would have to come back around & sit in the line again because of how busy they were (I sat in it for atleast 25 minutes the first time around) when I asked for a manager he came , however when he went to correct my order the window was left open & I overheard him call me a bitch to another employee because I refused to go around again after spending so long in line to begin with. After hearing that I confronted him and asked for his name however he refused to give it to me. I called corporate & nothing was done because I've seen him several times since then . Aside from that I love checkers so I continued to go there for the food rather then the customer service. Fast forward , the past 3 times I've been here I've gotten the same lady at the drive thru window (middle aged white woman with a bun) an as I was raised to be polite I always say thank you whether I'm getting my card handed back, drink, food etc. she never says your welcome in fact doesn't say a word back but Ive never made a big deal out of it. I went again this morning & not only did they make my burger incorrectly which I didn't notice until already being home but I said thank you THREE times throughout being at the window, once when getting my card handed back, another when getting my drink, & a third time when getting my food. Once again, this lady says NOTHING. She awkwardly stood at the window while I was waiting & I kept catching her side eyeing me (don't know her would have no reason for there to be an issue) , & blatantly ignored my manners an gave 0 in return. Honestly, it's unfortunate someone who works there so often creates the opposite of a friendly & inviting environment. Moral of the story, lady I hope you see this. Learn some manners, if you don't like your job find another one rather then spoiling my mood because I'm sticking my arm out to be polite & your basically saying f*** you . An I'm positive I'm not the only one who's had this sort of encounter maybe just the only one who is fed up enough to speak up. Please, learn some customer service because for customers who have been coming there so long it creates an uncomfortable, and extremely unwelcoming environment. It took everything in me not to snap on her & remind her of simple customer service. It's one thing for maybe just one time , but THREE times I said thank you ... DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. awful service. employees were so rude. messed up our order. AND when we got to the window two girls were arguing about how much they can't stand eachother and that how they're not doing any more shifts with eachother. we were sitting at the window waiting for our fries they forgot, they handed us someone's order (i figured it was our fries), realized after pulling up it wasn't so we pulled into a parking spot, and my boyfriend walked up to the window to tell them they gave us the wrong thing. they were rude to the person behind us who was at the window at the time, and told them they couldn't do a discount or add on and for them to go back in line (would not pay any attention to my boyfriend waiting at the window so he walked back to my car and we left). read more

We went through the drive through on a Saturday. We had not even ordered yet we sat in the line for approximately ten minutes. Isn't this fast food? Just your basic fast food grease, grab, & go. Went and had one of their new "BIG Chicken Sandwiches". It was chicken, and it was between bread, but not big and nothing new about the concept. Fries were average too, and the prices were nothing I can't get in a better sit-down place. One up side, even though 1 out of 3 of my items was the wrong thing, the staff seemed pretty friendly. read more

On the five times I've been there, four times they didn't have salt. I was told three times they were out, once that they dont give salt anymore and once i did receive salt. The person that did give me salt said they have it, but some employees are too lazy to get or stock it. This doesn't give me confidence in their cooking abilities. Won't be eating there anymore. First and foremost I can-for the most part- accept the inconsistency when it comes to the quality of the food at this particular location but what I can't accept is the attitude of the employees working there. It seems that they have a bad speaker, which whatever, that's no fault of the employees or my own. I was placing my order when I was rudely cut off and told my total (hello? wasn't done ordering.. but ok) I proceed to try and get the attention of the employee while still at the speaker, hoping to finish my order... No luck. We get to the window and I calmly tell them that I wasn't finished with my order and I'd like to please finish it. The response I got was honestly so shitty. I was told that I shouldn't be adding on food at the window and that I needed to hurry up because their line was getting long, in the rudest tone ever. What?! Finished my order when deep down I wanted to pull off. Said a few choice words to the drive thru employee that was BEYOND rude to me. Got home only to realize that not only was our order wrong but it was disgusting, soggy cold fries, cold burger, hard buns. I have been here when the food is hot and fresh and it is great the fries are so good and I love their buns but if you don't go there at the right time of day with the right employees you will be treated like shit and like you are an annoyance to their day and you will receive a disgusting meal that isn't worth eating let alone money. read more

We have been coming here since it opened. A few times a year we treat ourselves to a burger. The last 3 time we have been here our burgers and fries are always cold. The burgers taste like they just came out of the frig. We won't be going back. It's a shame it has to be this way. This was one of our favor places to get a good fast burger. read more

Worst fast food experience EVER! Asked for a min. to read the menu at drive thru. Employee never came back. After calling out several times and waiting 6-7 min with cars backing up behind me, I realized she forgot I was even there. I had to call inside the store to get their attention. Got home and realized they messed up my order, overcharged me, and didn't give me everything I had paid for. Tried calling for 20 min. with no answer. Called back 2 hrs later and manager said the only way I could get the $ they overcharged me back was to come back in that night. It was already 9:45 by then and my house is a 1/2 hr. round trip. I had to argue the point just to get her to agree to give me my $ back the following day. When I tried telling her how frustrating my service had been she told me that she had other customers to take care of. Unbelievable!! When I asked for their district manager's phone # I think she gave me a fax # because everytime I tried calling it would ring then make a screeching sound. Was not surprised to see how horribly they are rated when I came on here to write my review. Just wish I would've know 1st. Too many other places to go to.
