My husband was torn about sides so he got a single bacon burger so he could stuff his face with his secondary stuff. He got chili cheese fries, onion rings and cheese curds after I told him I'd help out. Greedy greedy greedy but fun. He mostly ate the well topped fries, I helped most with the pretty tasty onion rings and we took home almost all of the cheese curds to my dad. We got big ol root beers to wash it all down with. The root beer always seems to taste so much better here than the stuff you buy at the store. It was all standard fare. Typical fast food but pretty good versions. The highlight here are the great smiley people bringing it out to you. Everything is hot and fresh and they manage to make you feel not a bit awkward about ordering half the menu. Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at Tim Hortons…read more Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at one of your locations yesterday. I visited Tim Hortons intending to purchase two donuts. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes before being acknowledged or served. During this time, I watched the employee complete three consecutive drive-thru orders without greeting me or taking my order. When I politely asked why in-store customers had to wait until drive-thru orders were finished, the employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner. She stated, "The people that drive in the drive-thru are more important than the people that actually come in." She further told me that if I didn't like it, I could go to another Tim Hortons down the street. I understand she may have been working alone, but that does not excuse the lack of courtesy or professionalism. The message I received was that my business was less valuable simply because I chose to come inside. I have always enjoyed Tim Hortons, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I believe it's important for all customers--whether using the drive-thru or coming inside--to be treated with the same respect and priority. I hope you will address this issue with the staff at this location so that future customers are not treated in the same manner.
