Which it seemed like they didnt know it, nor my name... odd, as it was required to put in on the kiosk, and generated a ticket number. So, i cant speak directly to the service. She said her burger needed some seasoning on it, as it was pretty bland. Had hoped for some real bacon pieces, but it was chopped or bits. Her fries were pretty good. My burger, i ordered with an egg and some grilled onions. I am pretty certain after tearing apart the burger, they forgot the onions. But its all good. The mac and cheese balls, were alright at best. The sauce was the best part of the burger. It wasnt anything special. My south side fries were also the better part of my meal. Would probably go back to try something outside of a burger, but would definitely need fries, as they were a highlight. Wouldve been 2 stars if not for the fries.

We both ordered their New York Strip entree and got two sides with the meals. We never really think to get steak at places that aren't specifically steakhouses, but we were so glad we did here! The flavor was amazing and we both agreed they were cooked exactly how we wanted them. We also had the mac n cheese, fries, asparagus, and caesar salad for sides. The portion sizes were huge and super tasty! I would love to go back and get an entire entree of mac n cheese. We also LOVED the zip sauce that came on the side of the steak and were happy to find out that it didn't have egg so Aidan could have it!
