I am generally not a big fan of Tim Hortons I have had serval terrible experiences at other Tim Hortons. This place is inside a gas station, and I was with my buddy and decided to give it a shot. The lady who took my order was very nice. I got a breakfast wrap. The wrap was good. Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at Tim Hortons Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at one of your locations yesterday. I visited Tim Hortons intending to purchase two donuts. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes before being acknowledged or served. During this time, I watched the employee complete three consecutive drive-thru orders without greeting me or taking my order. When I politely asked why in-store customers had to wait until drive-thru orders were finished, the employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner. She stated, "The people that drive in the drive-thru are more important than the people that actually come in." She further told me that if I didn't like it, I could go to another Tim Hortons down the street. I understand she may have been working alone, but that does not excuse the lack of courtesy or professionalism. The message I received was that my business was less valuable simply because I chose to come inside. I have always enjoyed Tim Hortons, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I believe it's important for all customers--whether using the drive-thru or coming inside--to be treated with the same respect and priority. I hope you will address this issue with the staff at this location so that future customers are not treated in the same manner. After taking care of other guests he took our order with a smile and his customer service went above and beyond when we asked for an item they were out of! Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place. Workers have horrible customer service every time. Food will be incorrectly made, rushed. Never has the proper packaging. Get to the window to pay and be met with attitude. Not the best interaction to start your day, especially going to work with food poisoning. read more

Avoid this place! 20 minute wait- I ordered a farmer's wrap, but I received a burnt bacon and egg wrap. I ordered a coffee, but I had to ask twice before receiving it. They handed me the wrap with no bag and no hash brown. That's when I was told they were out. I had to remind them that I paid for it already before they offered a solution. I've been going to this place regularly for ten years. Charlie is the only good thing to remain. I had heard some really bad things about this location this summer but decided to keep going and make my own decisions based on my own experiences. I was standing at the counter late fall and a boy comes on with a sandwich and tells the man at the counter there's a stinkbug in his sandwich. The guy asks him if he wants a new sandwich. After witnessing this, I continued to go back. Things can happen I suppose. Today, I had the RUDEST drive through experience I have ever had. I'm not going into details but this smaller incident is the one that will keep me from ever going back. This is the most convenient exit to get on and off on my way to work. They always get order done super fast. I go through the drive thru, employees always have masks and gloves on during COVID. Which puts me at ease. My coffee is always fresh and they make the best grilled cheese sandwiches. Mac & cheese is very good too! Attached to a Bp gas station so very convenient stop. This is location has consistently had the worst customer service of any I've been to. I may not like to admit this, but I frequent Tim Hortons daily, some days twice, and without fail my coffee is wrong, food is wrong or I deal with terrible attitudes from the employees. They're always out of something. Lettuce and biscuits are commonly sold out multiple days in a row, they blame the shipping company. The employees change often which begs the question of why are you hiring bad workers. Most are very young high school students with no cares about the customer but that they get a pay check. I go here because of convenience and proximity to my home and work. I'll now drive out of my way to go to the Rawsonville Rd location. Awful way to represent the company. read more

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons that I've ever experienced,I asked for a large coffee with 4 creams on the side because their one cream is like 4 of the small packs of cream on the side they did give me 4 creams on the side bot they also put 4 creams in from their dispenser creating a cup of white ice milk.Then I went in to try and get a new cup waited 20 min one person got so frustrated that he just walked out the 2 women that were there didn't know what they were doing and when they finally got to me she took my cup all I wanted was a cup of black decaf she disappeared with my cup and then reappeared & poured about 1/4 of a cup of caffeinated in the cup then disappeared again so after 10 more minutes I just left without the coffee that I paid for this was last Saturday or Sunday late morning or early afternoon don't go here! read more

I don't think the workers at this Tim Hortons understand the concept of a mobile order. This is the only place with coffee on my way to work and I like to treat myself once a week or every 2 weeks. I have placed several mobile orders (very simple ones) on multiple occasions 5-20 minutes ahead of time always choosing the option in the app that says "prepare now" rather than in 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Of the several times I've placed an order hoping to stop in, grab my coffee, and be on my way to work down the road, my order has never been ready. Every single time I go inside and have to wait in a line to finally tell someone working that I have a mobile order. Then they ask for my name, rip off the receipt that went through (usually 10-15 minutes earlier), and prepare my order. I just simply wish they would understand that the reason people place a mobile order is so that they can grab their order and go. I've realized there's no point to ordering ahead of time because I will have to wait in a line and then wait for my order to be prepared regardless. read more
