Went there yesterday with my granddaughter they got my order wrong then I had to wait in line 5 minutes for someone to eventually come out and get the right order for me then I realized we had no napkins so I had to wait in line again for someone to eventually come out so I could get some napkins for me . I want for the first time since the rebuild thinking things would have changed. They put lipstick on a pig. I placed an order that included pie. Got there and was told the pie would be 10 mins. No problem. They must have filled the order while the pie was cooking because the fries were cold and the ice in the drink melted and now my drink was 1/2 to 3/4 full. I am done with them again. First time coming here, wanted to grab something small to eat. It's a small but modernized location that has everything you expect from a McDonald's. Drive thru is backed up, dining room is empty but it is really dirty. Prices are okay here, only wanted a few McChickens too and the service wasn't too bad but the wait time was astronomically long. read more

Orders for me and my friend I personally do not drink pop and we get our food soaking wet and covered in pop, and all the food was thrown into the bag and all over the place. I rarely even order food and this is the last time I will be. read more

The only McDonald I've been to that refuses to take your order for a cash sale. They want you to use the kiosk just to have to go to the counter and pay anyway. They were rude about it also, I just wanted a drink. I'm not spending time at a kiosk to just get a cup for a rude employee. read more

I stop by Saturday night to get food. Using the app, took some time which is fine. I worked in fast food before so I know how it goes with dealing with customers and also trying to get your out times . But i haven't been well since I ate the cold nuggets I received. I received hot fresh fries but cold card nuggets. I was fully aware on that they were cold but having some knowledge in working in fast food myself . Food that's left sitting can get others sick. Please , focus on giving out fresh food to paying customers, I'm not the type to complain but at the same time. I know if this was your own food you wouldn't want it cold. Pulled into the drive through a bit past 1PM on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to find only two cars ahead of me. Got to the speaker and was asked if I knew about the day's specials. I said no, then two minutes of silence followed. The order taker was a bit giggly when she finally came back on, specials apparently forgotten. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which came quickly enough, though I found it easily the worst of the half-dozen or so I've eaten. Dry, with a scorched bun. The coffee I got with it was weak. Service is extremely slow. First ya had one lane open and only letting one car completely through at a time. Ya wait in line to order then ya wait at the speaker to order then no body in front of ya and ya wait to pay. Then you can only get a receipt at the second window if they can find it. Be worn! About 11:30pm I waited in line 15 min at the speaker before someone said hello. I asked for a chicken sandwich and shake. I can hear the employees laughing and playing around, My mind said leave my stomach said stay bad decision. The guy taking my order said and I quote " we don't even have any ice cream as he busted out laughing. When I came to the window the 2 male employees preparing the food were playing around with each other cracking up. Why did I stay ??? The chicken didn't look anything like the commercial it was burnt as well as the bread. I was too tired to return that trash. Yes, I should've checked before I left, but I was tired & hungry. Horrible experience. The owner has to notice his business takes a dramatic dip during this time. At least 5 cars left after waiting so long. read more

I went to the drive through window here today. Everyone was very friendly and my food was fast and very fresh! Even my German Shepherd loved the beef patties! The only thing Negetive at all that I can say is that one of my sandwiches was messy and Not as uniform as I like it. That is the Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5! Maybe they had New people working . I will leave another rating next time. Maybe they can earn 5 stars then! I am hopeful! Great job anyway overall it was Good! read more

I'm gonna be completely honest, I am so surprised that McDonalds has took it upon themselves to start hiring sloths dressed as humans, I waited at the order screen for 10 minutes just to be treated like I was not supposed to be there? Anyway I Gave her the order she goes "okay go to the window" so I guess I'll just guess how much it is, I made my awkward car shuffle to the next freaking window and was greeted to a tidal wave of confusion, I felt bad for the girl in the window, she went all roomba mode and started just spinning and walking around because there was nothing for her to do but the sad part about this? I watched this lady just hover over her the whole time this was happening. It felt like a episode of pranked but to my disappointment, it was not, this is Belleville Michigan where the frogs croak and the bridges stay broke, after this we finally get our food and this must be a new thing? my double quarter pounder with cheese had mustard and ketchup up dabbed on it with nothing else and that was the same way with the other burgers. High noon on a FRIDAY and the place is almost deserted inside this McDonalds. Okay, there were maybe 2 or 3 other patrons in here. They fenced off the front counter to ensure NOBODY would dare interact with any new customers placing orders. You HAD to use the kiosk, and anyone that you did try to make eye contact with quickly averted their eyes for fear they'll turn into stone. This particular McD's went out of their way to make sure that nobody could make a simple cash order, or do anything "short". You HAD to use the kiosk and what's worse is that you HAD to use the McD's app on your phone. I used the kiosk, but it was not intuitive and took me about 10 minutes of futzing with the app, going back and forth with the kiosk, and finally just getting a single bloody chicken sandwich ordered. THIS IS NOT EASY. THIS IS CLUMSY AF. I overheard a couple of patrons (that is, would be "ex"patrons) attempt to make a cash order for a BigMac at the counter, and couldn't get anyone's attention. This is a very sorry-operating McD's. The place was clean, because it's my opinion that the place as a reputation for being hostile to inside dining. This is in contract to my local McD's in my home town close to me, where they have a (very unused) kiosk, you just rolled up to the counter and it was like 5 years ago. Give your order to a real human being, throw money at them, and they produce food. FINE. THAT's how it SHOULD be. But this Belleville McD's? They were really made to only handle drive-through and app orders. I have not tried to see what they would do with a standard cash order here, but I'm not about to experiment and do that and waste another 10 minutes of figuring things out. I'm not complaining because I'm some old fart that can't handle technology. But this is a step backwards and customer convenience has been tossed out the window here. Would I come back here? They just redid this place. It looks better but it's still a MickieD's so do not get all excited or anything. Silk purse and sow's ear comes to mind. This drive through is only good early in the morning (oatmeal is surprisingly tasty here as is a yogurt parfait) or around midnight. These two time periods you will get hot food and accuracy. Every other time of day is not a star when you are taking out. Soggy fries more often than not and frankly that's all I am coming for. I think they are what half the planet comes to Mc Donald's for, duh. Luckily the double cheeseburgers are always decent, not a buck anymore as they should be but they are tasty-ish in a pinch. Skip salads at this particular locale as they always suck (think edible plastic flavor) except for the fruit and walnut one. Sadly McD's got rid of that one :( so yeah just skip salads. Come enjoy the remodelling and be sure to eat those fries dine in style because to go they will suck. At least if you stick around you can bitch until they tire of you and get it right. This is Covid season and percussions should be taken as such. I am not a picky person but this incident made me concerned. I understand mistakes happen but the drive thru employee gave the vehicle in front of me my order. The passenger in the car went through the bag and the driver stated it was the wrong order. When I approached the window I asked if I could get another set of fries because they were on top and exposed to the passenger hands. The employee huffed and puffed and said I don't think we can give you another order of fries. I said it shouldn't be a problem since the vehicle in front of me passenger rummaged through the bag. He stated I watched her and she did not. WHAT, I literally saw her. He got the manager and she made a snide remark and told me to pull around. When I received the fries I figured they were flashed fried again and given to me because they were burnt to a crisp. I am highly dissatisfied and disgusted. read more
