Overall, really enjoy Moody Brews and the environment they have created. The service is almost perfect; some are just a little friendlier than others. I've tried many of their drinks and this is my rating: Mango sticky rice matcha: 2/5 (honestly pretty disappointing. It tasted more floral than fruity and lacked the texture I was hoping for.) Strawberry matcha: 3/5 (decent but not enough strawberry flavor. Maybe a strawberry cold foam would bring out those flavors more) Tiramisu latte: 5/5 (the thickness and the flavor is perfect) Bischoff matcha: 5/5 (so good! Definitely not for people with a texture issue but I didn't mind the bischoff cookie in there at all) Raspberry cheesecake latte: 3/5 (wasn't creamy enough, seems a little watery but overall I liked the flavor idea; I kept getting raspberry seeds in my teeth) Food: underrated (you should definitely try it) A really spacious place to study, play games, or have small get togethers! Overall, the most important thing to remember is to STIR YOUR DRINK THOROUGHLY! I've seen some reviews online where people thought it was too bitter or too sweet but I really recommend stirring it with a spoon really well before drinking; their drinks are balanced, they just make them layered so they are better presented. 10/10 would come here again and again.
The staff are always super friendly. The cafe has ample seating for work and a cozy area if you want to read a book. The garlic herbed stuffed bagel is chefs kiss!! So fluffy and the cream cheese is light but super flavorful!! Stopping in and grab you one before they run out. They also changed their food options regularly.
Ever had a place you like so much you want to keep it a secret so others don't make it too busy? That's Moody Brews. The girls at work had been raving about the coffees and I decided to take my kids. There is a variety of different coffees, hot and cold, teas, juices, smoothies, and matchas. Their coffee menu also rotates some seasonal drinks in. Service is great. We did not try any breakfast items or snacks but I did see a case of different items. The drinks are amazing and also look pretty. The interior is spacious and they also have an order ahead feature on their app so your drink is ready when you get there. I highly suggest dropping in!
Moody Brews is a definitely a place to stop, enjoy a latte, talk with people or even study. I've been coming here almost everyday this summer because I'm studying for my state boards exams. The workers are always the nicest people. I've never felt unwelcomed or uncomfortable here! And their s'mores latte is the best, (I hope it doesn't go away after summer). I love it here!
Fun cute little place down in Belleville it's by the bait shop restaurant. Had a great mocha and a super sugary macaroon!!!! Pretty big place, quiet and cozy. Definitely get some work done here or chat with some friends!!!!!
Very happy to see that another coffee shop has quickly replaced Gloria Jean. They have some pretty big shoes to fill! I went to give them a try and I tried their moody brew latte, hot honey pizza bagels and pistachio muffin. The hot honey really made the bagel stand out, otherwise it would've been a flavorless cheese bagel. The latte was good, it was a caramel brown sugar flavor. The pistachio muffin was surprisingly good, not too sweet with pistachios baked into it. The customer service was very sweet and healthful for all the things that I had questions on. I plan on going back because I want the business to succeed!
SO GOOD! Moody brews team- if you read this, please continue making these chocolate chip cookie pop tarts regularly. It tasted like eating a warm cookie straight from the oven. I also had an iced chai which was also delicious. I will definitely keep going here!!

This coffee house is even better!! They now offer macaroons. Every day they seem to offer different flavors. The day visited they had blueberry lemonade and birthday cake ones!! They were done with perfection!! I even got to meet and compliment the baker in which I heard recently got promoted to Supervisor of Moody Brews! The macaroons were done with perfection and totally 100% homemade! She did say it is a two day process to make them! They are perfectly rounded! The filling is light, fluffy, very good and overall done with perfection! They also have these huge homemade pop tarts she also makes that are done by scratch with her own receipe! If you want either the macaroons or chocolate strawberry pop tart you need to come early because they do tend to sell out fast!! So try to get there before 11am to try one out! You won't regret it! Right now they even have a fall menu of new coffee drinks that's are a must try as well! They even have a new coffee distributor they buy coffee from which tastes even better than the first coffee company they used!! The atmosphere is very friendly and great music taste! The music kind of reminds me of Olive Garden but it's not blaring loud which is very considerate of them since most customers that come into the coffee bistro are actually working there instead of at their company or home office. If you love coffee, I totally recommend you to try it out and give your own review of this wonderful coffee shop in which every day seems to be getting even more visits! The staff here are very friendly, amazing, helpful, and accommodating to their customers.

Moody Brews was such a cute little find! The garlic parmesan chive cream cheese stuffed bagel was delicious, and the caramel coconut latte was so good too -- sweet, smooth, and really well balanced. The whole setup is adorable and super inviting. I loved the little trinket trading area they have for people to swap things -- such a cute touch. The entire place is honestly just a vibe, and I'd definitely come back! read more

moody brews is a must stop for us whenever we are in the belleville area visiting family. we come from grand rapids which is full of local (non-chain) coffee shops which is not so common here. moody brews fits that need perfectly. moody brews has tons of creative drinks and house made syrups to choose from (some being vegan). there is food as well but no vegan food/pastry options unfortunately. the cherry vanilla, mocha, and carrot cake syrups are all dairy free and the staff are very knowledgeable when asked about the syrups. the few times we've been, i've gotten a cherry chip matcha (cherry and mocha), a cherry matcha, and a carrot cake matcha. the cherry syrup is not strong enough. the few times I've gotten it, I can barely taste it in my drink. the carrot cake syrup had much more flavor though. my partner really enjoys the brown sugar shaken espresso but wishes as a vegan he could participate in some of the cooler specialty drinks. it's a cute space with plenty of seating options. overall moody brews is a great stop when we're away from home. read more

I love this place! Delicious coffees and very friendly staff. It's also really cute inside and very spacious. It's actually ~20 minutes out of the way for me, but I have gone back multiple times since they've opened because I love it so much! I definitely recommend giving it a try :) read more
