They offer a variety of frozen foods as well as the packaged ones. Cleaning products, bath, they carry those as well. They have a great selection of essential oils towards the front of the store. Overall this place has some hard to find items like canned Soursop and Zevia energy drinks. Not as many vegan options like I would expect but the grocery store is small so that way you're not wandering around for hours. Staff here was friendly and helpful. However, every time I walk in the store, I consistently find no less than 10 items that are well beyond their expiration date still sitting on the shelf. Not just canned foods, but things like dairy products and the prepared meals from the café in the back that are well past the sell by date. The first few times, I didn't check dates (I shouldn't have to do that) and ended up needing to throw over half of my groceries away. It can be frustrating sorting through all of the cartons of milk or yogurt to find one that isn't expired, and only sometimes getting lucky enough to find one. Do a better job of checking your inventory; items are consistently either sold out for weeks, or sitting stale on the shelf. Your inventory manager needs to be fired.

Grabbed an Elvis, PB&J smoothie, grabbed a cold press carrot juice, 12 ounce lentil soup and a chicken Shawarma sandwich from here. They didn't have any more container tops for the 12 ounce containers, had to put it into a 16 ounce container instead. The PB&J was okay, more fruity and jelly than PB for me. The Elvis is better. The lentil soup was okay, not much flavor for me, but tastes healthy. The cold pressed carrot juice is good, refreshing enough. They head out samples of their blueberry lemon muffin. I took a sample, was it for me. It was a little mushy yet crumbly and lacked flavor to me. The salad bar looks decent, but I would need their mushrooms and peppers to be cut down more, all in all the options are good for a salad bar.

It's great to come to a health food store that also sells incense , pistachio products, a large variety of dairy-free cheese and so much more! I thought it was cool that they sold bison meat here. I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. The staff was very friendly too! I want to give a shout out to a staff member that I saw escorting a elderly man with a cart full of groceries and helping him load his car too!
