The majority of the time store associates are there to sell you a product and don't have much information other than what's on the label. The person that helped me here was named, Lydia. She was not only very courteous and friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable. She gave me the science and understanding on many of the products that I had questions about... When I was checking out I told her what a great experience I had. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the store manager.
