I like the fact that it has a lot more vegan options now and it has a deli counter where they serve baked goods and other prepared foods. They still have an extensive vitamin and supplement selection along with now having an expanded section for other home products like soaps and such. Also, they will have those sometimes hard to find products. I have always had good service and the manager has always been very friendly and helpful to get a product that they don't currently carry. The store is always well kept, clean, and is always well stocked. My only knock on it would be the prices. Some of the products can be a bit more expensive than other stores but if you are a member, have a weekly coupon, or catch the sales you can find some good deals (I always check the managers specials cart).

The majority of the time store associates are there to sell you a product and don't have much information other than what's on the label. The person that helped me here was named, Lydia. She was not only very courteous and friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable. She gave me the science and understanding on many of the products that I had questions about... When I was checking out I told her what a great experience I had. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the store manager. The floor is marked with arrows. I'm impressed with the wide selection of BCAA (for Aminocore BCAA they have at least 7 different flavours - other places like Superstore only have one flavour), whey protein and especially the vegan whey protein. As for herbal supplements they carry better brands like AOR and Herbal Factors. I was really surprised to find that they even had Saffron (good for depression) today as well as St. John's Wort. Every time I come in, one of their staff is quick to come to ask if I need assistance. Definitely a place I would choose to shop at (and support) for my health needs.
