This place is great the customer service is always the same excellent. I've never had a issue with them. They treat you like family after a while. If your are not sure what to get they definitely have some great suggestions and options for you. They have orange heads, pineapple & grapefruit too. They sell awesome quality hookahs there as well as all the accessories that you can dream of! They have snacks there too because what's a hookah session without snacks! They do have a rewards program so make sure you sign up for it, totally worth it! They have hookah to go cups for when you're on the run so you don't have to endanger your actual glass hookah! Now the parking lot is usually a little congested most of the time that's because they are super busy but other than that it's worth the stop! read more

You have to be kidding me. I'm glad this place is around. Now I can get a 1 lb bag of loose tobacco and whatever else I need without having to drive to the burbs. Honestly, I'm not surprised they have a decent selection - what else would they fill up this space with? How else would they keep open in downtown Hamtramck? If you need something other than a crusty old pack of whatever, then go here. You won't be disappointed!

The worker literally kicked him out the door and then followed him out to the parking lot and started trying to beat him with the store sign that's in front of the building. He broke my friend's car fob in the process. Luckily my friend was not hurt. This is the way he was treated for wanting to get a trade for a faulty product. By the way, my friend is a real chill dude that would not start anything. I don't know what's up with this worker but beware.
