If I could give this place zero stars.. I would. This used to be my shop when I needed a CBD product or any thing in relation, but things changed yesterday. My girlfriend and I went to the shop to look around but when we got there we were not greeted, nor did they ask us if we needed help. (we did need help because they remodeled their store) They never even acknowledged us at all, but they were all quick to greet the (non poc) woman that entered the store after us. Five stars across the board. I've been to this location quite a few times, and I've got to say that the service is always great. Employees are attentive, and there is no tension in the shop. I never feel like i'm getting the "buy something or leave" look from anyone. They simply let me browse at my own pace and always serve me with patience. I was there this morning and was happy to see that they were open on time. Found a nice Sour Glass piece, and the owner even gave me a small discount to keep it within my budget. I told the man what my price range was and what I was looking for and he just started setting out pieces on the counter for me to look at. Didn't try to up-sell or pressure me, and If I would have stood there for an hour looking at pieces, I'm certain that I would have been helped with just as much patience. Hello out there. It saddens me to say that unfortunately BDT is not an upscale place. I have been there multiple times and purchased about 1000 dollars worth of merchandise last year alone from them. Two weeks ago I walked into the store to buy a new piece and the girl was very helpful. I ended up buying a Zong piece priced @ 340. When I returned home a couple hours later I immediately unwrapped my new treasure. As I sat in the middle of the rug in my carpeted living room, the piece tilted and shattered. When I contacted the owner of the store, I wasn't even dignified with a response. This was extremely upsetting as I always kind of felt at home in this place. I only hope that the owner will realize that he just lost a very good client. read more

used to get everything here but my last few purchases have been not so great, first a bong with a downspout that only goes about 3 inches in so it must be filled about 80% with water to cover the tube, and a bowlpiece that the hole was about the size of a pin, barely able to pull any smoke through such a tiny hole. read more
