Went here for a specific mitten extracts cart flavor, was told over the phone everything in my order was in stock, got to pick up and got home and found they changed the one thing I was looking for to a different hybrid cart i didn't even order. frustrating that I wasn't even told if it was out of stock or not. won't be going here again. read more

Tried the disposable I ordered online in front of the cashier and it was defective. He swapped it out for the same brand and that one was also defective. The third one he gave me was a different brand and that one hit in the store but once I got home, proceeded to be defective as well. Once calling to sort out my issue, I was told that I could not receive a refund and that I would have to receive a credit or swap it out for something different. Refunds are not always suitable for certain issues which is understandable, but in this case I was sold defective products. Therefore I did not want to purchase anything else from them. I also don't live near this location and was just stopping in. Manager insist I come back to trade out my item, which would be going out of my way to fix their issue. They sell defective disposables from brands that I've never had issues with from any other dispensary. A faulty one is expected every one and again but three in a row? I have been coming to this dispensary before it merged under it's new name. I typically have no issues, great customer service, great quality product, and a quick and easy in and out experience. Just recently I went in to pick up an order in which I often place pick up orders to be in and out. I'm just a person that doesn't like to really hang out in the store for long. I've been coming here for a long time so I already know what I want. I typically buy a few items of my choice each week. The gentleman that helped me this time I placed as a pick up order. He started to gather the order, every single item on my list was upcharged a few dollars to a new product that he was suggesting for some bs reason such as "it's an older date, I have a better product". At least have a good reason to up charge such as a better brand, better smoke. I've worked in cannabis, I understand sales and upselling your customer and your yield. I understand the game, but my issue is I feel that once a person is becoming too pushy with sales and is not honest about why he's trying to replace your product, that makes me start to have an issue with the service that I'm getting and not wanting to return. Not to mention I was on a lunch break, and ain't have time for all that extra stuff. I love this dispensary, but I'm not liking the pushing with sales, if I'm placing a pick up order for a certain item unless it's not available, that's all we should be talking about. Try to upsell the next person. Won't get me again! My mans was slick. Can't even be mad. Still a cool shop, just know what you're getting and that of course they will aim to upsell you somehow if they can. Not everyone just you know the pushy salesman lol read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL , SCAM SCAM SCAM at first glance and walkthrought gramz seems like the perfect home dispo. inviting , good selection and for the most part delightful staff. Dont let that fool you, the manager Brandon is corrupt along with his partner in crime Michelle the bud tender. I've had Michelle a few times and always a good conversation but I always leave feeling like I spent too much. Tracking back on my most recent purchases , I calculated my total once more when I was home and realized I was overcharged. This feeling of being overcharged only happens when Michelle budtends my order. As I noticed the issue I immediately called to hopefully resolve the issue. I was greeted and helped by ajai the receptionist and explained the situation. She was an amazing help in attempts to have Brandon resolve this. That would not be the case. After 15 minutes of trying to even get ahold/in contact of Brandon , I was notified I would be called back. Some moments pass and it's a call back. During the call back I didn't get to speak to Brandon personally, but got a message relayed to me that was said by Brandon "oh that's your problem, I'm not gonna do anything for you". it's my belief that he Is aware of Michelles actions , I was notified by multiple people she is the only one they have issues with or feel like they are over charged. Its clear that Brandon allows her to steal from people who dedicate loyalty to a storefront. I personally shopped nowhere besides Gramz for my daily/weekly needs. I will no longer be giving my money to theives or give money into a business that shows no gratitude/empathy to their loyal customers. I highly suggest you all do the same and remove your business untill Brandon and Michelle are removed from the company. It's truly quite a shame that all Brandon had to do was make right of the company wrongs and yet he holds a uptight and unempathetic attitude towards his customers and the correct choices. read more
