One budtender in particular, tall dude with blond dreadlocks, has a b.s. attitude and acts like he doesn't give a damn about you and just wants to get you out. Just order a bunch of doobies, like 20+, and some issue, stuffed filters! Some weren't but they most of them were. I don't know what's going on with the machine or if they think they're giving us extra weed but it defeats the purpose of smoking. I wish this place would change. read more

Price is way too high. Man, you guys are way too expensive. I literally can go to the puff in Utica and get like the same product for like $20 cheaper 15 or $20 cheaper that is pretty crazy and it's constant too l I used to love coming into Madison Heights location now I don't even dare drive down there or make the drive down there and then another thing is the staff in there are very unwelcoming compared to other places so yeah overall I'm not coming back not because of the price, but probably because how unwelcoming I feel when I walk up in there every single time the only person that is welcoming is the person that you see right when you walk in besides that they don't even want to help you find what you're looking for they just kind of trying to get you out the door read more

Staff is extremely rude, talks bad about "previous management", and is unaccommodating. Check those bags before you leave the store, even if the employees treat you shitty for wanting to make sure you're getting what you're paying for. Pick up dude is specifically rude. read more

Had an absolute awful experience with staff member Ravion. She was very rude and short with us. She did not explain the deals, was very impatient with my friend and I (my friend even works at another Puff location!) and did not create a welcoming environment. Employees were on their phones and, along with their co-worker that helped us, stared us down and were not welcoming. Front desk reception was very nice so we expected to have that positive energy reflected inside with budtenders... sadly mistaken. Won't be back any time soon. It's the worst weed I've ever seen in my life. Full of rotten and crushed bits like it was peeled apart from a brick and not grown legally. Faint smell of hay and nothing else. I was at Puff today, and noticed my budtender was wearing a crop top revealing her belly button piercing, and leggings, which seemed very casual. When I went to the counter, another budtender was also wearing a white crop top without a bra, revealing her nipples. I looked around, and noticed that all the employees appeared to be under the age of 30. The overall vibe felt like a frat party/ social scene, rather than a business. I hope management considers creating a less uncomfortable atmosphere in the future. I personally won't be coming back to the Madison heights location anymore after this experience. read more

I visited from NJ and stopped by Puff on Fri evening at 8:00. The parking lot was active and I could tell they were gonna be busy. However, the wait was short. The selection is the largest I've seen on the east coast. Prices are much better than in NJ. They have ounces at $100 and up. Carts for $10 and up... and everything else too. Tons of deal packages. Overall great pricing. Once through the short wait, your bud tender meets you as you enter the retail space and stays with you through the purchase. Beyond the above - the team seemed to have a good thing going. All happy and working, lots of unique individuals behind the counter. They were helpful and engaging. I think they always hook up first timers with a pre roll too. I met the managing partner / owner by chance and he was very professional and kind as well. On first take - I was skeptical - huge building - tons of customers- a wait time ... But they have created a really cool store and vibe. read more
