Got there ordered my product for it to not be in the system and the personnel there couldn't put it in the system. According to them only a manager could do it and one was not there and wouldn't be there for another two hours and that was a maybe. Now I have drove all thus way for nothing with no remedy but to come back, like I live around the corner. To have product not in the system so it can not be sold defeats the purpose of a business. To leave your employees to handle such stupidity without support and no way of fixing the situation for the customer is crazy. Why was there not a manager on duty in the premises is crazy if you leave your employees with no remedy to operate without a manager. Please make it make sense.

Budtenders make this place stand out…read more Pleasantrees Hamtramck is great, but what really sets this place apart is the budtenders. Seriously some of the coolest, most down-to-earth staff I've met at a dispensary. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and never pushy. They actually take the time to talk with you, ask what you're looking for, and make thoughtful recommendations instead of just pointing at the most expensive thing. You can tell they know their products and genuinely care about making sure you leave happy. The whole experience feels relaxed and welcoming because of them -- like you're being helped by people who love what they do. Add that to the solid selection and good deals, and it's an easy 5 stars. If you're going to Pleasantrees Hamtramck, the budtenders alone are worth the visit.

After two weeks of not being able to sleep due to the pain my sister and I talked mom into getting her card. My mom went in for her visit earlier this week and had nothing but positive things to say. The front office personnel were helpful and very nice in helping her figure out her paper work. The Dr. she saw was very professional and friendly. They were also very conscious of my mom's very limited budget and helped her figure out the most cost effective options. I think my mom expected the shop to be a seedy dive. She mentioned several time how nice the offices were and how clean. I really appreciate that they took the time to help my mother get through the paperwork and really explained the whole process to her. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that my mom called them twice over several days to get in and no one picked up or called her back. She finally was desperate enough to just show up to see if they could help her. Once she showed up though they were nothing but excellent.
