Snoops has an organized business; you can call or text to reach a bud tender. I'm very particular with my tastes and I have alot of questions generally -- not once have I felt like I was not being listened and every response I've received was considerate of my needs. My bf and I…read morevisited this place for the first time a few weeks ago and were attended to by Matt(?) who was really helpful! Super inviting and answered all our questions ; we walked away very satisfied and intending to return However, we visited again for the second time and had a completely different experience. It was a different tender and he didn't seem to be interested in answering my bf's questions ; not saying you have to be ecstatic ; but it was around 10AM (they'd just opened) and he had the most off-putting demeanor. As if he wanted us to just hurry up and order and go? Customer service really does make or break an experience. We do not think this speaks for the entirety of the dispo but the one gentleman did not leave a great second impression.
