I consider myself a big critic of the dispensary game; especially with mobile dispensaries as I…read morehave invested alot of time and money with the local market. Snoops has an organized business; you can call or text to reach a bud tender. I'm very particular with my tastes and I have alot of questions generally -- not once have I felt like I was not being listened and every response I've received was considerate of my needs. The business runs late, no delivery fee, the bud is good, a good variety of products, the prices are realistic (in other words, great), calls are always answered, delivery estimates are accurate...

We were walking down this random street in Windsor, Ontario, and there it was before me. It wasn't added in yelp, so this was a double opportunity for me. Add the business and be the first to check in! Might as well be the first to review while I'm at it... The gentleman who greeted us at the door was very nice and the person who took care of us while shopping was incredibly knowledgeable and really friendly. There was an excellent selection and it was nice to see a good value for the money. HIGHly recommend stopping by to try some nice variety in products. Also awesome was the free lemonade and chocolate chip cookie for customers. Really delicious and the cookies were baked in the store!

Got there ordered my product for it to not be in the system and the personnel there couldn't put it in the system. According to them only a manager could do it and one was not there and wouldn't be there for another two hours and that was a maybe. Now I have drove all thus way for nothing with no remedy but to come back, like I live around the corner. To have product not in the system so it can not be sold defeats the purpose of a business. To leave your employees to handle such stupidity without support and no way of fixing the situation for the customer is crazy. Why was there not a manager on duty in the premises is crazy if you leave your employees with no remedy to operate without a manager. Please make it make sense.

Super inviting and answered all our questions ; we walked away very satisfied and intending to return However, we visited again for the second time and had a completely different experience. It was a different tender and he didn't seem to be interested in answering my bf's questions ; not saying you have to be ecstatic ; but it was around 10AM (they'd just opened) and he had the most off-putting demeanor. As if he wanted us to just hurry up and order and go? Customer service really does make or break an experience. We do not think this speaks for the entirety of the dispo but the one gentleman did not leave a great second impression.
