I only noticed it when I inhaled half the weed in the bowl. I never found the chip, maybe I inhaled or swallowed it? I went to the store to show them and get a replacement pipe, but the staff wouldn't replace it. They said heat makes glass pipes break. They didn't care if the broken glass ended up in my body. 30+ years experience with glass pipes and never had one break. It is obviously a thin, poorly made pipe. Even the bottom is bad, the flat part is just a dot, so the pipe tips over whenever I set it down. I paid about $25 for the defective pipe and got no customer service to stand behind what they sell there. The staff is too young and unknowledgeable. They also sold me some cleaner for $10. that is simply Acetone, you know, nail polish remover. Don't go there!!

The best vape shop I've come across…read more I'm not an experienced vaper by any means, but the staff here were amazingly accommodating to all of my questions. Dave and Nick were very knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable through my shopping experience! The juice selection is huge (which may be intimidating to a first timer), but they have a perfect setup where they give you a battery and you can walk around and test the flavors (as many as you want!) on your own! You don't have to bug the staff to continuously fill samples for you like you do in other shops - this has lead me to rush to selecting subpar tasting juices in other shops. Not here though! You can take as much time as you like and sample as many flavors as you want until you find one that's perfect for you! Really impressed with the place. I'll definitely shop here for all my future vapor needs.

I handed him my card, he looked it over for a very long time then said to me "Actually I can't take this, I need cash". So I told him, "Okay thanks anyway" and started to leave. Then he said, "Okay fine, I'll do it for you this one time." I said, "Thank you so much." While he processed my card, he continued to berate me about how he's going to get a huge fine for this and that I need to be more prepared next time and bring cash. I actually left the store in tears over how he spoke to me. I was happy to just leave and not buy anything, but he insisted on taking my card. If you didn't want to take my card, then why did you tell me you could, then continue to insult me through the whole process? No thanks, will go to Wild Bill's from now on.
