Guy behind the counter helped me once I reached the queue. I asked him if there was anything he would suggest for someone who likes more of the dessert-ish type flavors. He did mention a couple, but the down side of this shop is that I cant sample the product. Long story short,, I took his word for it. Lemon Tart juice that's won awards, so he says, took me a bit to get used to. But its alright,, its not really my favorite thing in the world. I did also buy some vape wick for my head. Anyways I would buy stuff here again. Only if they carry the same exact brand and flavor juice I want to buy. It's tough when you can't sample and you're taking the associates word for it. Terrible customer service. Before this incident I was a regular customer most Friday's. I bought a…read moreglass piece on a Friday for a gift for a friend. When I got home, and was cleaning the smudged up piece they display on their shelves. I noticed a small crack in the glass. The store is close to work but far from home. So I waited until Tuesday to resolve the issue. Rather than take the product back and report damaged merchandise to their supplier. They blow smoke up you a$$ and tell you all sales are final. Their supplier won't return it or believe it was damaged on arrival. Blah blah blah. Offered me a discount on more of the cheap glass they sell. I declined and took the broken piece with me. The way I look at it. It only cost me a cheap $30 piece, that they pay $10 for. To realize what bad business is done here. I've spent hundreds of dollars in here since I worked in the area. From now on I'll take my business down the road to wild bills or the hazel park BDT. Better quality, because they have better buyers who know a thing or two about the products.

I've been a big fan of The Vapor Shoppe of Troy for a couple years, and when I saw that a new store was opening on Woodward, I thought to myself "well, no need to go to the City of Troy EVER anymore". Vaping shops may seem ubiquitous now and one might not expect much difference from one to another. However, I stick with The Vapor Shoppe because their house flavors are really good, the staff is very helpful when picking out mods/tanks, and their can-do friendly attitude. This new location is very clean, has the same feel as other locations, and has friendly staff and music. I implore you to get your next cloud chucking fuel from here.
