Very nice selection. Tonight was my first time going as I went after work and fortunately even though they were closed they were very nice to let me in a few minutes after 9 PM so I could get some juice. I will say that the prices on the juice were very competitive and that was extremely appreciative. The only time I get this specific juice at this price is when it's on sale so for them to carry it at this price is fabulous. I can't wait to have a little more time to spend so I can buy some more coils and cotton but the gentlemen were super cool and very polite. I will be returning as it is on my way home from work. I am very picky about which brick and mortar stores I shop at as I have been vaping for over four years and let's just say I have almost 60 tanks and 50 mods-kind of a major addiction for me LOL but there could be worse addictions. Anyhow this is definitely in my top five shops right now and I guarantee they will be getting more business from this chick! read more

Went here because it's very close to home. Walk in through a haze of vapor, like literally could barely see lol. Had quite a few 20 something's hanging around in there b.s.'ing with employees/owner. Had to interrupt their discussion about some video game, so I could have the honor of spending money there. Juice is behind the counter, so you have to get their attention, bother them to try different kinds. Definitely not knowledgeable, or perhaps just didn't give a crap in suggesting juices, after telling them my preference of flavors, basically had to go read all the tiny print to find one that sounded good. My opinion... It's run by unprofessional 20-somethings 'gamer-types', that wanted to have a place where they could hang out with their buddies and vape. Prices are pretty expensive, and seem arbitrary based on what they think you can pay. Wouldn't honor a coupon I brought in, but gave a discount to their buds. Had a problem with a stick that wouldn't take a charge after a couple of weeks, and they refused to offer a refund or exchange. read more

This place is great, don't listen to the one stars, they're employees of other vape shops trying to beat on the little guy. Bigger vape shops try to unload items that aren't selling and usually don't offer rewards.This place does offer rewards and has a weekly sale. The employees are friendly and helpful and won't try to oversell you. They have a small but cheap glass selection along with a great assortment of blunt wraps. "Professionals" like wild bills have sold me juice with the wrong nicotine content many times and wouldn't replace it and constantly tries to sell me items I know are trash. (summed up in 15 words at end of this poorly-edited review) Pretty helpful vape shop.... practically walked me through on how to wrap a coil right back when I bought my first tank for my box mod and had all the tools I needed to use sitting on one of the tables. E-liquid prices are decent, with a fucking insane amount of brands available to sample/buy. I usually stop by there on one of my off days, buy a few flavors, and hang out for a while... occasionally I'll use the ps4 and get my ass handed to me in Mortal Kombat X, but I usually just sit there and vape for a while before leaving.... the guys there are perfectly ok with it. Its pretty laid back there and they were cool with answering whatever questions I had about basically anything to do with vaping. I usually point new vapers to here if they're close to it...... mostly because one of the guys there encouraged me not to buy the cube RDA that I was looking at because it was garbage and pointed me to something else. That was pretty great... usually places would slap 2 parts together and sell it to you but I asked for the best RDA for flavor and it happened. TL;DR: cool, helpful, laid back, variety, decent prices.... stop by if you get a chance. read more

I went into this shop on a whim, just checking out some vape shops in the area. The guy working was maybe early 20s. The shop was dead silent - which is just awkward. He stared at my friend and I the whole time and wasn't very knowledgeable about anything we asked (I work at a smoke shop). And they're extremely overpriced. Won't be going back. read more

This place seems to cater to the underage high school crowd. The owner, Matt, is extremely arrogant and really could take some pointers on listening to his customers. I feel that he really doesn't care and the shop is for his personal gain rather than the enjoyment of his customer base. Stuck up vape snobs with much more important things to do than to help you. The only plus about this shop is that they sell Detroit Rock Candy juice, and if I can't get it via other means, this would be the ONLY reason I return. Insulted my setup just because they don't carry it, and did not try to explain anything about their products. Terrible customer service; just a bunch of kids trying to start a business that will inevitably fail. There are much better vape shops out there. read more

The guys were great, and I think it's awesome that you can just hang out there. Good prices/discounts, plus rewards program. Only problem I had was they gave me the wrong juice by accident so I had to go back there, but they were pretty good about exchanging it. read more

This shop is the best vape shop around and deserves far better than the two star rating it has. They've got a wide variety of product and have never failed me with my vape needs. The owner Leo is very professional and a cool. Logan is great as well. When I got my new vape Logan took the time to walk me through the new set up, so I could have the best experience possible. My money is always well spent here and you can tell they value their customers as they have a pretty sweet rewards set up, also unlike many other stores. read more

Completely unprofessional, bunch of kids trying to run a business. Cater to teenage kids. You get ignored as employees play on their phones, and will shit on your mods if they don't carry it themselves. If you're an adult or smoker and have turned to vaping THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU !!! These are all kids who vape for fun because it's "cool". * First experience - Walked in told them i was looking to quit smoking and start vaping and asked them to show me some stuff that i could use for a long time. They asked me what price range i was looking for (which blew me away because i assumed they would just start lobbing the most expensive shit at me!) I told them my price range was around 150 and they were like that is WAY more then you need. They ended up selling me an Atlantis and a MVP 3.0 which worked out perfectly because i was a chain smoker and let me tell you, I am a chain vaper! Yes, these are top of the line products but they showed me cheaper things too showing me how each would fit in my hand etc. * Second experience - I then got a friend to start vaping and he unfortunately had alot of problems ( NONE TO DO WITH THE STORE) His istick 50 watt was auto firing causing the tank to spill all over, which they refunded the Eleaf no problem and even cleaned his tank! *third experience - I ordered some shit vape juice that i didn't like (some 100vg) when i need a throat hit and flavor. They hooked me up with a free empty bottle and gave me some good recommendations on flavor and how to mix them to get a pretty accurate throat hit of what i was looking for! OVERALL ATMOSPHERE = VERY LAID BACK! they have a TV hooked up and let people come in and play video games and hang out telling jokes and an overall good time. It reminded me of walking into a tobacco store where they have the cigar lounge in the back. Customer Service / Attention = AWESOME, they tried to help me with everything. showed me how to use my mod when i got it. Told me what ratio works best for them and what wattage/voltage works best. this is my favorite vape shop by far. customer care is out of this world, and they don't attack you once you're in the door to buy something. always greeted with a friendly "hello !" and then they go above and beyond to try to help you purchase, guidance and trouble shooting your device even if you did not buy the product from them. highly recommended if you are just a beginner or a experienced Vaper !!! read more
