The people working there are nice. The owners and managers, business not good. They need a good IT person to run their website and system. I've been a customer for over at least a year. They constantly keep changing their website and don't know what they're doing. One day you have a service and the next day you don't. So you never know what to expect. I'm available for IT help you all, Today I ordered since 9am. The delivery person come at noon and asked me for money. I had already paid for my products so this ticked me off. Poor delivery guy didn't know what to do. They do not have there business together and I highly recommend that you find a new and better solution to get your products. read more

Posting for my neighbor Katy: Wow, I have to agree with Melissa C. The first time I came to this establishment there was a math issue for my order. They also didn't know their own sales posted online. I mean medical patients come in and even CVS or Rite aid knows their own sales. The younger woman asked me to show her. lol I told her I don't work here and I don't carry my laptop. Did she think I was on staff for her training on your sales. I did the math in my head to speed things up as I am a 4.5 decade abuse survivor and had a lot of pain in my legs. An older man was helping me and a young woman covered in tattoos was laughing behind my back because I was wise and voiced the total. She thought a person in pain was some kind of joke. She was immature to say the least and should NEVER be working with people who come for medical and may be in pain. She should have a Bachelors degree like a pharmacist so she could learn how to treat others. Professors will do this for her. I asked for a chair and they said they don't have any. If people come for medical reasons, why no chair like a rite aid or cvs? They finally get it right after 30 mins where I didn't get paid. You really need to hire professionals who can do basic 1st grade math. I just called to place an order and the YOUNG female answered and in the middle ordered me to hang on instead of asking me if I can hold and then puts me on hold with music blaring in my ear. Do you think complex PTSD needs this?????? What in the world is this woman thinking? This place is a disaster when it comes to customer service, patient service, empathy and basic math skills. Don't mind the Karen's in the reviews this place is top tier when it comes to customers service. Not only do they put the customer first but they have deals for everyone. I wasn't able to stack my medical discount on already discounted items (their discounts are better than 10 percent) but I still saved more than I expected. I would recommend jars to anyone unless you're a jerk then feel free to pass cause this joint isn't for you ! read more
