Waited,... Waited more... I called, and the lady said it was there & ready, but by that time I couldn't wait any longer. I said I will run my other errands and come back... When I did, I thought it best to just walk in. Although I was the first at the counter the young lady said I had a couple options. I could wait, because there were other customers ahead of me OR I could go around back myself and pick it up. She commented that it's quick in & out. She was just matter-of-fact. I am standing there walking cane in hand. I very recently had surgery. 7 cuts to my left leg. Pain probably showing on my face and in how I am moving around. I said just cancel it..... Here I will mention that as I turn to walk out. She says "BYYYYYYYYYYYE!" as if don't let the door hit you on the way out! Well, I won't and I won't be back..... I am sure some of the employees there would recognize me. I am a frequent curbside customer and I always take care of the person bringing out my order with cash tips- ALWAYS a Pleasant Experience and I am Always grateful to have someone deliver right to my car! BUT Your sharp tongued receptionist on the other hand, could learn some empathy and keep her tone, body language and demeanor in check. I definitely won't be recommending Lake Orion Joyology, anymore.

Pretty much what I have expected since the first time I went there. But I have to comment about my last visit and purchase, regarding how I paid. When I was ready to pay, I asked the salesperson who helped me if I could pay by tapping my phone on the terminal (I know how that question may sound to some, but I still ask anyways), and was told that yes, I could. When I did, the next screen that popped up asked if it was a debit or credit card, and the salesperson said I should use credit (the card I was using is a debit card, but whatever...). The purchase was being processed while I noticed a slight difference in what I thought was the total price and what I saw that I was paying. I didn't think about too much at that moment, figuring I'd look at the receipt later to see what the difference was. When I did check the receipt, I noticed an unexpected charge included into the bill, called a "LeisurePay Fee (Credit)" of $5.16. While I realise that 5 bucks as a fee is probably trivial to most people, what pisses me off about it is this: If by using a credit method of payment also includes a fee, then I should have been told about that before finalizing the payment, and then I could have maybe paid differently, and not feel like I was hustled into paying credit to incur that fee. The result of this is that I blame myself for not being a bit more aware of what was occurring at the time, and that now I won't go to PUFF Utica again. Thanks for the overall experience.

I took it back today saying I used it for a couple days, and I'd like store credit instead of a return because it's used, but I'm unhappy. The cashier texted the manager and kept saying he won't allow it because it's opened and used. I explained the store isn't refunding me, but I just don't want this product anymore in exchange for something else. The manager - who doesn't even show up to the store by the way - was just worried about making money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I used to come here for years for vapes and then they jacked up the prices, so I went to the gas station next door. This is my first experience back after 2 years of not being a customer, and I'm glad they reminded me why I don't shop there. Their only concern is money, and it's obvious. Typical for these types of managers, but disappointing nonetheless.
