He said there was nothing they could do about it that his hands were tied really you're gonna lose a customer over a $19 vape and argue with me and my mom not only that my mom called back today to try to talk to the owner, Steve, but I guess he's never there and the manager is never there either only on Fridays so the fact of the matter is put his mouth on my vape whether it was through a T-shirt or when he put a little plastic thing on the end of it, that's got to be against Michigan regulations. And to tap it off the guy that I talked to today said well how do I know that you didn't walk out and try to return a used one seriously I'm 73 years old. I went in to buy a vape and ended up buying some Float Shrooms shooters since he was just restocking them and had them on the counter. A few days go by, and I decided I was going to finally drink this shroom shooter, turns out it expired in NOVEMBER. I called the store just letting them know and expecting I could bring the expired one back and get a new one, the guy on the phone was trying to explain how shrooms don't expire and pretty much telling me it was fine and that he'd call the owner to let him know and I can come back up there, so I did, and instead of replacing it he wanted to charge me "with a discount" I was shocked. He then proceeded to tell me they're a small business and times are hard and I get that, I do. But why would you try telling someone something doesn't expire if there's an expiration date, or give it to me half price like all the other expired vapes? He also begins to tell me the owner told him on the phone that night that it was MY fault I grabbed an expired one, even when they were sitting at the register and the owner is telling me he just got them in. I'm posting this review because mushrooms DO EXPIRE. And the fact that he wasn't at all trying to understand me just shows how shady of a business this is. I wish this didn't happen.
