On top of supplements and vitamins they have a great area perfect for those of us looking for healthy food products. Gluten free, low fodmap like me, vegan, etc. You can probably find it here. They offer a variety of frozen foods as well as the packaged ones. Cleaning products, bath, they carry those as well. They have a great selection of essential oils towards the front of the store. They even offer smoothies in case you need a quick snack or afternoon pick me up. They have convenient parking in the back of the store. Definitely a Brighton gem!

I love the knowledge of the staff as well. I also get my favorite free magazine from this place. I love all the free magazines in the back entrance of the store, and I usually take time to browse through them. I just bought lipsticks from this place, and I love them! They have a large variety of frozen meats and a small fridge of fresh meats. I didn't venture too deep, but they have many organ meats as well. I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. It seems to be keeping up with the various health food options and dietary preferences. I was pleased to see some of my favorite foods, snacks, and products in stock. Most of the prices are comparable to what I'd expect for these types of items. Although I've yet to try it, the cafe and juice bar looks like a nice edition to the store since the days of being located downtown. The store is generally always neat, clean, and organized. Someone will typically say hello when you walk in. I'm glad to see that this store is still in business after many decades, and I wish the family much success in running the store for generations to come.
