I've been a loyal customer of Nature's Remedy Ferndale for a long time, regularly spending around $500 per visit. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their delivery service has been unacceptable and has left me questioning whether I'll return at all. I placed a delivery order that took over 5.5 hours to arrive. When it finally showed up, both jars of rosin were dry, warm, and clearly compromised. These are premium products that require proper storage and handling, and they were completely ruined by the time they reached me. I initially spoke to a manager who acknowledged the issue and said I would be contacted about a credit or refund when I called back in the morning. However, when I did follow up, I was met with a completely different tone. The second manager I spoke to was disrespectful, disorganized, and dismissive. They couldn't even find my order in their system and treated me as if I was making the entire situation up. Not only was there zero accountability, but the customer service was cold and unprofessional. For a business that prides itself on quality and customer care, this was a major letdown. I expect better communication, consistency, and respect -- especially from a company I've supported with substantial purchases.
