However, I stick with The Vapor Shoppe because their house flavors are really good, the staff is very helpful when picking out mods/tanks, and their can-do friendly attitude. The third one he gave me was a different brand and that one hit in the store but once I got home, proceeded to be defective as well. Once calling to sort out my issue, I was told that I could not receive a refund and that I would have to receive a credit or swap it out for something different. Refunds are not always suitable for certain issues which is understandable, but in this case I was sold defective products. Therefore I did not want to purchase anything else from them. I also don't live near this location and was just stopping in. Manager insist I come back to trade out my item, which would be going out of my way to fix their issue. They sell defective disposables from brands that I've never had issues with from any other dispensary. A faulty one is expected every one and again but three in a row? Employees are amazing and super helpful. Policy and faulty inventory is the issue. In the photo you can see how I had to smack it on my desk to get it to work.

The worker literally kicked him out the door and then followed him out to the parking lot and started trying to beat him with the store sign that's in front of the building.
