The staff here are so friendly, and chill. The ambiance is clean and relaxed. They have house blends to sample at the mini bar, and top grade liquids to browse. You can find some of the newest MODS and tanks, great for beginners or pros. I got the Juice Hog Chester White, Whip'd Vanilla and the house blend Rabbit Revenge. Mmmmm. Great deal on their house blends, three 15ml for $40. Located right in the Canton Golden Gate plaza, it's definitely worth checking out. read more

This is not a reputable business. They do not stand behind their products. If you purchase a vaporizer & it doesn't work - YOU"RE STUCK with IT. Save yourself the time, money & blood pressure - I learned this the hard way - from personal experience. Don't make my mistake. read more

I stopped in here today for the first time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a lot of juices and devices. They took their time with me and helped me find something that would be good for me. They didn't try to sell me their most expensive only what I would be happy with. Their shop is very clean and nicely set up. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great experience Tommy and Mike! read more

I recently quit smoking after 23 years of cigg after cigg, took up vape and what a difference, Tommy @ Vape N' Chase explained in detail on how to use my mod and juice. For me it was an eye opener, should of quit cigg's a long time ago! read more

I agree with Robert S. and Belle W. as I have had a similar experience at this store with my product I purchased. The store does not clarify that everything even unused products are final sale because I also called the owner and he said it's assumed in the vape industry which is absolutely ridiculous. Are return policies supposed to be filled with assumptions? No, absolutely not. This is not a reputable business. Please save your time and resources and visit a business who has a well clarified return policy. read more

This place is amazing. They have the biggest selection of juice I've seen at a vape shop in Michigan at very reasonable prices. I like a lot of juices you usually can only find on line, but I was able to find them here for the same price. Highly recommend these guys. read more

I bought 2 Smok - Nord Kits for them and in 2 weeks the rubber stopper broke off and I went back and they wouldn't do anything but sell me a new one. I suggest if buying one of these to check out Amazon they are half the price. The only reason I give them 2 stars is that at the time of purchase they were friendly and helpful. Other than that I would go somewhere else! read more

WARNING TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS, THIS IS A FINAL SALE VAPE SHOP! I purchased a mod here which was recommended by an employee who politely and courteously handled my purchase and told me I was able to bring it back if I encountered any issues and return it. However a two weeks later I called in to return it after attempting to use it for the first time and it didn't work and had spoken with the owner who rudely answered my phone call. He told me to read the e-reciept in regards to the return policy which was suppose to say that everything was final sale. However after reading the return policy again, it did not say anything regarding final sale and the owner then told me, "well everything in the vape industry it's assumed that everything is final sale. My store doesn't sell used products." Thus, I didn't get my issue handled at all and I'm stuck with a mod that doesn't work, so save your money and do your research and visit a vape shop with a good return policy! read more

Probably the most humble people i ever met. I'm from Cali and Mike and Tommy are cool enough to show me around. I rated this shop a 5 star cause customer comes first for them. What's more, the prices are 1/3 of what you would pay in CA, and 1/2 of what you would pay in NYC! Also bought cauliflower, cabbage, two onions, and a cucumber. All were absolutely delicious for a perfect summer dinner. Sautéed one onion and the cabbage with some bacon. Steamed then Sautéed the cauliflower with some butter. Chunked up the other onion with tomatoes and cucumber and added some dressing for a great little salad. Served it all with some steaks off the grill, and it made for an awesome combo for the dads. I also took advantage of their 6 for 25 jams, preserves, and salsa jars. Got a hot chunky salsa, orange marmalade, blackberry jam, raspberry jam, strawberry jam, and hot pepper jelly. I already used the pepper jelly with some brie for an appetizer today. It would rock pared with any soft cheese, even cream cheese. I can't wait to use the other jams. Super quality for super cheap. Stop in. You are bound to find something delightful.

**Informational for ALL!!! I usually don't like to leave bad reviews for places but please be careful when you purchase something from here. Belle W. and Robert S. (reviews below) I can heavily relate to as the return policy for this place is absolutely terrible. I first looked up this place and did my research prior to my item purchase and went into the store later in the week as the store has somewhat good reviews but I'm suspicious. Anywho... I was also told by a very polite employee that I would be able to return an item that I purchased but after the following week, I was told by another work that all sales are final? My product was unused and wasn't even opened. I couldn't even return my product and I wasted so much money on it. Please go to a more reputable vape shop with a return policy to get your moneys worth. read more

As always do your research before you make any purchase, that's why you would be on Yelp right? I learned the hard way that store policy doesn't have to be set in stone because sometimes the store can claim that somethings are just assumed. I just really want to let any future potential customer to be wary of this stores return policy and their products. I bought an item from this store and I couldn't even return my item (that was unused) because of their wishy washy return policy. Service was also alright here and nothing special. So overall, my two cents for everyone is to please make sure to do your research and maybe even call ahead next time before you decide to purchase an item here! I don't think I'll be coming back soon as their are better stores around with better return policies read more

As vape shops go, I usually am happy if they have my favorite flavors, coils, mods and tanks. The day I walked into Vape N Chase, being blown away just doesn't say enough. The entry was both stylish and welcoming. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy at all and let me take my time while I decided what I wanted to buy. (they had such an amazing selection of all the latest devices). This is not only a great place to buy your vape goods, it's an amazing place to spend your free time. I stand behind with Robert S. regarding how this business is not reputable. I made a $70 purchase here and my product did not work. I attempted to reach out to the owner in regards to this and he gave me an attitude. In addition, he attempted to tell me that their return policy was "assumed" in the vaping community; that everything was final sale. I was told beforehand that I was able to come back and return it if it didn't work out. I wish I had read Robert S.'s review prior to my visit because I have now made a costly mistake. Mike helped me out And I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes for years and years with prescription medicine patches the gum everything you name it I asked Mike for help and he set me up with a nice Vape and this actually works so glad I went to this place I highly recommend it to anybody that is into vapes or looking to buy a Vape for the first time go see Mike he knows his stuff and will totally help you out with anything once again highly recommended. Love the setup in there and the fantastic selection of juices. Could use a few more high end mods and rda's but I'm always pushing on to the next big thing. For any vaper I would highly recommend stopping in. The juice selection alone is enough to give them 4 stars and the awesome staff adds several stars but I'm limited to 5. Came in the morning, was really not familiar with vaping but the guy at the front counter really knew the products and there was a wide selection of flavors, the display was nice and the store smelled clean suprisingly was absent of the thick stale air found at most other vape shops. I recently started going to this establishment. Great selection. The staff pretty knowledgeable and they have give or take a clearance section: liquids that would costs approx. $20 u can get for $10 / $14. They have pens as well. Really clean, inviting place.. I would recommend this place.. PS they also have a REWARDS program. read more
