**Informational for ALL!!! I usually don't like to leave bad reviews for places but please be careful when you purchase something from here. Belle W. and Robert S. (reviews below) I can heavily relate to as the return policy for this place is absolutely terrible. I first looked up this place and did my research prior to my item purchase and went into the store later in the week as the store has somewhat good reviews but I'm suspicious. Anywho... I was also told by a very polite employee that I would be able to return an item that I purchased but after the following week, I was told by another work that all sales are final? My product was unused and wasn't even opened. I couldn't even return my product and I wasted so much money on it. As always do your research before you make any purchase, that's why you would be on Yelp right? I learned the hard way that store policy doesn't have to be set in stone because sometimes the store can claim that somethings are just assumed. I just really want to let any future potential customer to be wary of this stores return policy and their products. I bought an item from this store and I couldn't even return my item (that was unused) because of their wishy washy return policy. Service was also alright here and nothing special. So overall, my two cents for everyone is to please make sure to do your research and maybe even call ahead next time before you decide to purchase an item here! As vape shops go, I usually am happy if they have my favorite flavors, coils, mods and tanks. The day I walked into Vape N Chase, being blown away just doesn't say enough. The entry was both stylish and welcoming. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy at all and let me take my time while I decided what I wanted to buy. (they had such an amazing selection of all the latest devices). This is not only a great place to buy your vape goods, it's an amazing place to spend your free time. I stand behind with Robert S. regarding how this business is not reputable. I made a $70 purchase here and my product did not work. I attempted to reach out to the owner in regards to this and he gave me an attitude. In addition, he attempted to tell me that their return policy was "assumed" in the vaping community; that everything was final sale. I was told beforehand that I was able to come back and return it if it didn't work out. I wish I had read Robert S.'s review prior to my visit because I have now made a costly mistake. Vape N Chase is a great store with knowledgeable staff. Mike helped me out And I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes for years and years with prescription medicine patches the gum everything you name it I asked Mike for help and he set me up with a nice Vape and this actually works so glad I went to this place I highly recommend it to anybody that is into vapes or looking to buy a Vape for the first time go see Mike he knows his stuff and will totally help you out with anything once again highly recommended. Love the setup in there and the fantastic selection of juices. Could use a few more high end mods and rda's but I'm always pushing on to the next big thing. For any vaper I would highly recommend stopping in. The juice selection alone is enough to give them 4 stars and the awesome staff adds several stars but I'm limited to 5. Came in the morning, was really not familiar with vaping but the guy at the front counter really knew the products and there was a wide selection of flavors, the display was nice and the store smelled clean suprisingly was absent of the thick stale air found at most other vape shops. Overall a very nice store, lots of selection and great people. Looking forward to shopping here more! read more

This place has a great interior and was very clean. However, I agree with Devin and Robert. The customer service and return policy here is very poor. The return policy here is not clarified clearly. I would warn future customers who are reading this to do your research regarding purchases as return policies are very important and essential part to customer service. read more

I recently started going to this establishment. Great selection. The staff pretty knowledgeable and they have give or take a clearance section: liquids that would costs approx. $20 u can get for $10 / $14. They have pens as well. Really clean, inviting place.. I would recommend this place.. PS they also have a REWARDS program. read more

Store is amazing, very comfortable and inviting. Nice selection of E juice (30 different house juice to choose from and 50 more premiums juice that they carry,and mods and very reasonable in pricing. Vape N Chase makes me feel like home. The owner is extremely nice/friendly. It is now my go to shop for disposables and other necessities.

Best brick and mortar shop I been to thus far. Very helpful staff. I'm able to get in and out quickly which is a huge plus in my book.

This place apparently let's minors buy vapes as I just caught my 16 year old daughter using my credit card on her apple pay here.
