If I wasn't careful, I would have been T-boned on two different occasions. If you opt to go through the drive thru, it could take a few mins to an extreme of 20 mins or more. If an order is going to take more then a few mins, they really need to have the vehicle park. They don't do that because the design of this Panera is bad.

The staff, specifically the young lady working the front counter, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and worked fast while still making sure everything was perfect. My sub was fresh, delicious, and exactly how I ordered it. You can tell the team here really cares about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. It's always nice to walk into a place where the employees are positive and helpful.
