As a non caffeine consumer, I finally decided to visit Starbucks for the first time in 20 years. I forgot how cool the vibe is here, especially for those of us already moving and shaking at 7 am on a Sunday. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions . I got the largest brown sugar oat milk iced espresso w / decaf. It was a little bitter, but still delicious. I'll def return to try the iced matchas. read more

Shoutout to Sophia at Starbucks! Had an amazing first-time experience at this location, all thanks to a wonderful employee named Sophia. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and kindness that it felt like we were talking to an old friend. My wife was feeling a bit uneasy and couldn't decide what to order that would be gentle on her stomach. Sophia took the time to ask questions, offer thoughtful suggestions, and made sure we found something safe and satisfying. She genuinely cared--and it showed. Her work ethic, attitude, and energy were top-tier. People like Sophia are rare, and we're grateful to have crossed paths with her. I rarely order drinks for myself - always for my daughter but the staff at this location is THE best I've ever encountered in a service atmosphere. They're friendly (and beyond!) professional, and they are always hustling. I truly have not encountered a better service experience from a food/drink establishment. The customer service was terrible. A girl at the drive-through was very rude and made us wait for no reason, even though the place was empty inside and outside. When I called to speak to the manager, she answered and act like she is the manager and when I tried to speak she just hung up on me without letting me talk. Her mistake should not have to charge me for the solution, it should have been fixed. I love a Starbucks moment as much as the next basic, and I have to say their cold brew is pretty good. This location is nice and spacious. And it never feels super packed so it's a nice place to chill However I must say this is probably the loudest cafe I've ever been in. I don't know if it's the acoustics or something but every noise feels super amplified and I am usually the last person to complain about noise but it gets intensely loud. Another minus is that there were quite a few flies in the building. Overall still a convenient spot and I'd give it 5 stars if the noise and flies issues were addressed. read more

The line was wrapped around the the building for drive thru to the main rd. The line inside was just people waiting for their drinks. The manager with bright pink hair did not assist her staff at all with making drinks or decreasing the line. She was doing random things with her clip board or doing absolutely nothing. I hate Starbucks coffee. It tastes burnt to me. Tea here, however, is delightful. I love it both hot and iced. Hot earl grey and royal english as well as the green emperors cloud and mist. The matcha green tea latte is awesome when in the mood for something a little more indulgent. On the cold side you cannot go wrong with the black tea lemonade or the blackberry black iced tea, just make sure to tell them to skip the sugar syrup pumps or you'll end up in a diabetic coma. FOUR pumps is standard but you don't need them. If you must do sugar get it with just one or two pumps, I swear it's still tasty and you will not need self injections later. I also love the bottled teavana unsweetened stuff The food is tasty but too expensive. Skip it unless you really have a need to burn hard earned money. If you're having a fat girl spree (don't judge me) I'd recommend wasting your coins and flirting with pancreatitis with the stellar vanilla bean creme frappuccino with the real caramel drizzle and whipped cream. That's the evil you want. Trust. This Starbucks has a better setup than most for hanging out. Staff has been decent to shiny star. read more

If time is on your hands, this place is for you. If you want to be rudely asked to wait to even order and let five minutes pass, this is your go-to place! If you want to wait a half hour for a simple coffee, then go here. If you really want a pastry, for them to tell you they're ALL OUT.. come here. This location used to have great customer service and drinks in a timely manner. My last few visits have been terribly long and rude customer service. I frequent this Starbucks regularly, today I was in the store and we handed the cashier a grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich needs work served hot so the cashier throws the sandwich next to the warmer. I said to him did you just throw that sandwich and he says oh it's in a wrapper it's fine. No sir you do not THROW people's food. He could have easily just turned around and took a step or two and put it on the counter. That's unacceptable. Unfortunately this store is poorly managed and understaffed. They often close early or don't open at all. They have not had mobile ordering in weeks. The staff is generally friendly but, with the inconsistent hours and product shortages I can't recommend this location. read more

I want to preface this as thisis the only Starbucks in my area, we visit here often and the staff is always very nice and friendly. I don't bash places on FB as a norm. However, this has happened many times with this location. This is what was given out as a Venti today and most of the time this has to go back in the window to have them fill it, but today was just ridiculous. There is no excuse for this to happen, you can see by the time stamp on the cup that it wasn't ordered at rush hour, although the time spent in line was over 25 minutes. When spending $5 for a premium beverage you shouldn't be shorted like this. We ordered two of these drinks today and both of them were filled to the same level. We let it go this time so I could document it here. Maybe the management will see this and address the staff to make sure the drinks that go out are the correct amount. read more

Belleville has a Starbucks and it's pretty great! I came here for Wi-Fi to connect to a work meeting and was pleasantly surprised with everything. The drive-thru was crowded but the inside service was still pretty quick. They have a big menu of food items and it was also very clean inside. A great coffee pit stop that won't draw you miles from the freeway (like some Starbucks hawked on freeway signs). This location tends not to be busy when I'm there, which usually is around midday. The service has been friendly and quick. I'm sure it's a nice place to lounge or settle in for some work, but since Belleville for me is just a place between places I need to be, I can't vouch for that. The only potential down side of this location is that you need to turn left out of its driveway, across busy Belleville Road, to get back to I-94. But: if you drive into the parking lot of the CVS next door you can turn right from it onto the I-94 service drive into a lane with a left-hand turn light, avoiding any left-turn frustrations. And really, you don't want your coffee to get cold before you're even back on the highway. read more

New Starbucks just opened up in Belleville Michigan. Located in a small strip mall location off Belleville Road NB, on the right, right past CVS pharmacy and across from Walmart Belleville. Belleville McDonalds is right across from them. Where the old Big Boy's restaurant used to be. Location has its own off street parking. And a drive thru. Well lit interior, fast and friendly service. Free wifi. Clean interior. Coffee is unmistakably Starbucks. Am giving a 5 star rating on first review. Its now entirely up to them to keep that rating as more yelpers visit this location and review them. The Belleville Starbucks has not been taking mobile orders. Doesn't it seem this would be ideal during the pandemic? But no, they stopped taking mobile orders. And, although their hours say they open at 6am, they do not. They are always closed when we go at 6am, and have gotten there early and waited until 6, only to find that the store remains dark. Last time, about a week ago, there was a sandwich sign blocking the drive-through lane, but no explanation at all as to why they were not allowing customers, and not open. It was such a happy day when this Starbucks location opened. For all it's faults, the ability to order and consistently receive excellent coffee drinks, nothing can compare. We had McDonald's and Tim Hortons, between them I have received a ice cold latte, a latte that tasted like pure milk, and an employee once not even knowing what a latte WAS. I have never been handed a bad drink. Maybe not exactly what I ordered, but by God was that drink heavenly delicious. I even spilled my drink in my sisters car once, so when I went inside ask for napkins and a new lid, not only did they give me a lot of napkins, they remade the drink. read more

By far the worst location I've been to while traveling. Clean but service sucks. Her communication skills are non existent. First I asked for a everything bagel with cheese and a peach tranquility hot tea (which she said they have). Put it in the system, leaves for few (assuming to check if they have bagels) comes back and tells me no. Ok fine, what about bantam bagels? Put that in the computer, walks off without saying anything at all. Comes back, nothing. So I say ok, just the tea then, charges me for it. I received the WORST service from someone who claimed to be a manager named Emily. I was there on Saturday, hadn't been there for 10 minutes and was told by her that "she called my name 10 mins ago, that she didn't like my attitude & that I rolled my eyes at her" She was VERY CONFRONTATIONAL and proceeded to argue with me. This was totally disrespectful and unprofessional! Once I received my order I sat down only to realize my receipt confirmed I had not been there for 10 mins STILL. I approached Emily in a calm & civil manner, showed her my receipt and asked that she apologize for her outbursts & behavior because my receipt states that I still hadn't been there for 10 mins. She began to argue again saying that "I rolled my eyes and that she didn't like my body language" If this is the behavior that your management team (whom I feel should be held to a higher standard) displays, I'm not interested in seeing what behavior comes from the rest of your staff and will NEVER patronize this establishment again! read more

I was absolutely astounded when a Starbucks opened in Belleville, across from the McDonalds, down the road apiece from the Tim Hortons, not to mention the Dunkin Donuts on the other side of the road. Add to all of that and this location was built after the long-time, Big Boy's there was torn down. Talk about progress! I would give this very clean establishment with a very perky, efficient staff five stars, but when I went inside and inquired about the prices of food items that were not coffee, none of the staff knew the prices. I previously managed a retail cafe' and I was very surprised by this. The answer may be as simple as putting the prices next to the items or on an overhead board. But it should not be a discussion amongst the staff if one of them knows how much something they sell, every day, might cost. Other than that, I certainly wish them well. read more
