I appreciate a lot of their morning crew workers because they're really nice and welcoming the majority of the time when I come in!! but I'm super disappointed that their order ahead has been off for maybe a month now? I can't even remember how long it's been. I used to place orders on the way to work every day just about, and I keep checking daily to see if maybe they'll turn them back on and it doesn't seem like it. I've also noticed last time I went in and successfully was able to make a mobile order, that they had significantly shortened their hours, but I've heard people say that it's pretty random when they're open. I know there's many causes to certain things such as staffing issues, etc. and I know you can ask why I don't just go in and make an order there? Well half the time unfortunately their door is locked and there's a sign that says the inside is closed, and with the lot being the size it is, the drive thru line in that case is usually around the lot almost to the street, and the last time I waited in line with only maybe 6 cars ahead of me? I was there for maybe 40 minutes. I wouldn't really recommend this location at the moment due to things being the way they are, but the staff have always been nice and welcoming, and of course it's not their fault the way things are, they're just doing their jobs at the end of the day. read more

This Starbucks location is one of the best I've been to in awhile. The staff are all great! They are super friendly and engaged. They appear to actually care about the Coffee they make. They have consistency down! They are efficient, when the drive through is backed up I still know I'll have time before work because they move quickly. Highly recommend this location! read more

Was not impressed by the staff whatsoever! As I walked in I noticed that a group of the staff were at a table talking about what they did over the weekend, loud enough where they could of caused a annoyance to the other customers in the lobby. Still standing at the register waiting for the cashier when I realized that she appeared out of the "staff meeting". Paid for my drink when I realized that I forgot to ask for raw sugar to be added, I asked the manager who was standing near the pick up your drink stand by now, mind you no one has ordered a drink within that 6 min time frame, when she asked "what did you have?" Seriously? There's not a soul in the drive thru or the counter, then god forbid my request started another unprofessional conversation at the counter. This is ridiculous, 10 minutes later and still no drink, hate to see how long it would of taken when they were busy. It's about time that Belleville got a Starbucks, great location, clean, but I'll never stop there again! read more

I was excited when they opened this new location on Belleville. Prior to that all we had to choose from was Tim Horton's (not a bad choice). I've got to say the customer service here leaves MUCH to be desired. It seems that unless you're going through the drive through you're of no priority whatsoever. It took 15 minutes to get my drink on a slow Sunday with just me and one other person in the store. Unacceptable! read more

I love this location! The baristas there actually care about me and act very friendly. As a diabetic, they cater to my dietary restrictions and tell me to avoid the sugar-filled pumps and go with a light amount of sugar free pumps! They make my americano or cold brew just right. I might be a bit biased, but I love this place and because of their terrific customer service, it has inspired me to apply to work there. read more

I stopped by the Belleville Starbucks this morning for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I went through the drive through and ordered my grande Carmel Brûlée Latte (soooo good!) and a spicy chorizo sandwich. I had what I thought was a short wait in the drive through line when I noticed the person in front of me receive their beverage then immediately drive away. I assumed the person ahead paid for their beverage. Then I get to the window and get ready to hand the barista my card as she's handing me my drink and sandwich. She didn't take my card said I was all set because of my wait. I was pleasantly surprised because it never crossed my mind that I was waiting for a long time. Thank you to the kind Belleville Starbucks baristas for caring about our time in line, even if it wasn't that long. read more

They closed an hour earlier than posted. I pulled up to the drive through window and they lady just stared at me and didn't say anything.

Not very happy my daughter told me all afternoon she wanted a Unicorn drink they said was only this weekend. Mind you its Wednesday and was told the blue in the drink they were out of. Really. You push this drink advertise it posters all over drive thru and you are out of a part of the drink. My daughter still wanted the drink asked if she gets a discount since they had only part of the drink mix of course they said no. Great told at the window when further pushed the issue they are running out everywhere so of course Starbucks doesn't care about the customer only the money will remember this the next time my daughter wants something from them go across the street to Mcdonalds thanks for only caring about yourselves. read more

My new favorite Starbucks location, when I switched to this location the staff learned my preferences very quickly. They are always friendly, and even showed compassion when my car broke down in the parking lot! Service is often very quick and my drinks are almost always perfect!( Nobody bats 100 right?) read more

There's a new Starbucks in town. Service is friendly and efficient. The line goes quickly and the beverages are excellent. There are plenty of tables. It's a great place to work or run through drive through. Well worth a stop right off of I94 (Just north). read more

So...there is one older lady who works the drive thru that looks nice but she is pushy and the coffee drinks are never made correctly. Kids drink way too hot even when requested to not be, adult hot drinks are not hot at all and wrong, cappuccino was basically hot milk. So I get Starbucks every day before work. I'm addicted to the iced mochas. I realized the third time I ordered my drink that I'd prefer light ice because a large (Venti) is over $5. When you order a drink that large and that expensive and they fill your cup full of ice you are literally getting LESS drink than you would if you simply ordered a SMALL drink. So I ordered today and politely asked for light ice, half way to work I finished my drink and looked at the capacity of ice in my cup...which was 3/4 full of ice, meaning; if I were to pour just the liquid into another cup it wouldn't even amount to their smallest kids cup...and I paid $5.34 for it. So I called and spoke with their assistant manager and explained my situation for which she agreed. She promptly took my name and told me that my next drink would be on them with no questions asked. That's worth 5 stars on yelp for me. Something like this may seem petty to some, but when you spend the money I spend a day on Starbucks you want your money's worth. If no one complained Starbucks would be able to charge people different prices for the same amount of drink and tax them for the ice....not me. read more

Nice place, fairly big. Missing the round larger tables. Most of the area does not have access to outlets. The music is fairly loud, but maybe it is the set up of the building, everything in here is loud!! Voices, computer clicks, cash drawer. Could definitely use a bit of sound absorbance. read more
