Just to start off we have been to this store several times and everytime they couldn't get the order right. This past time yesterday we made our order thru drive thru a big man meal minus pickle and onion yhen charged 45 cents for extra big mac sauce, and a double quarter pounder with ketchup and mayo only, that was fine but the burger was so old and stale.. then we made both meals large with coke, only got a med fry and 2 sauge egg mcmuffin which never ordered.... and no other fries... tried callingseveral times no answer or answer and a hang up with no answer read more

I don't plan on going to the belleville rd. location again..... staff needs some customer service training big time...

Extremely poor service, including the management. Filthy store. Will not take orders at counter, manager was extremely rude. Would never even pull in the parking lot again. read more

Only cash after midnight?! Slowest and Most confused staff ever. Dry burgers cold fries and gave me a Soda I never asked or paid for. Ordered a Large fri and 2 quarter pounders. $7.02 Never gave me a receipt with my change. Manager crumbles my receipt in front of me because they fkd up somehow and didn't want to show me. Definitely the most disorganized staff ive seen. 3 different people asked for my order with a total if 4 at the drive speaker. read more

Wow. I went in for a couple of hashbrowns and was told "we don't do hashbrowns." They were also out of coffee and had a true IDGAF attitude. I wasn't going to say anything, but it looks like this isn't new. The employees seem uniquely unhappy and management was unprofessional. Just head to the next town. read more

Whoever owns Belleville MI McDonald's needs to go and order some food during the late shift to see what really goes on. I pull up to order...guy comes on, says we're closed..I proceed to drive off, nine times out of 10 this same thing happens all the time around 3:45 am....are you 24 hrs or not? Smdh....but this time as I pull off, I hear...CLEAR AS DAY...."You bitch ass n!@@a"...flabbergasted n pissed...I slowly pull to the window...ready to have serious words with whomever, to my surprise..I saw nobody. Probably for the best, because I was definitely ready to get out of character after that experience. What did I do to deserve that? Long story short, something needs to be done...I will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Hit or Miss, this particular McDonalds isn't horrible. The food is normally decent. The problem is all the times the food is cold, wrong, stale, or missing from your bag. That being said, the store managers quickly fix the mistakes with replacement items. read more

This has to be one nastiest McDonald's restaurants I have ever been to, and includes Newark. The stench inside was indescribable, combined with the complete dirty ass tables/floors/soda station and you have an en establishment that's more suited for serving pedofiles than regular customers. Of course I won't mention the food because it was complete garbage. read more

I made a mobile app order, my first with this company. I go to curbside to pick it up, i go to pay, the app says I'm 1.52 short. Okay. My fault. run in and ask can we just get a refund. I was told, 'oh the 23$ will get refunded, do not worry, if you can't pay the whole order the app WILL NOT take the charges' Okay. We go home. empty handed. I checked my credit card, pending transaction: 23.00. Okay...now we can't get food from anywhere because its been taken out. we call the store, 'just come in and we'll take care of you' We go in. Great customer service from attendant who marks down teh whole order and says, we'll give you your food, you just pay 10.57 instead of 23. ok. we use our debit card for the 10.57. and 'the 23 is pending, not posted, so it's not a problem WE PROMISE. it will drop off' we go home, food is missing, but they marked it down, we didnt pay for all of it because of the mark down so we figure okay sure no problem we wont bother complaining we've been a hassle enough as is. well. 10.57 posted. and so did the 23. POSTED not PENDING. it didn't DROP OFF. i call the store, ask for a manger, explain, they said oh well nothing we can do here's the service number. call the service number. spend a half hour. [43 minutes to be exact] on the phone with the guy who asks, what kind of phone did you have? whats the ios? what version of the app did you have? were you attached to wifi or data? doesn't ask the order numbers. doesn't ask the time. says 'oh we'll get this up to tech support for mobile app, and get back to you.' when? 'oh i dont know.' three to five days? 'oh i dont know.' its twenty three dollars people. twenty three dollars. customer service is running me around trying to get me off the phone for TWENTY THREE DOLLARS. you don't have the AUTHORITY to do a refund for twenty three dollars? i have my STATEMENTS proving i was charged TWICE. but no. thats not enough. i have email receipts saying the wrong amount. thats not enough. no it matters what phone i was on. fucking bullshit. mcdonalds doesn't care about it's employees first of all and it sure as hell doesn't care about it's customers. they're an evil corporation who wouldnt know customer service if it bit them on the ass. don't. bother. read more

This is one of the slowest McDonalds I have ever been too. Even now with two lanes, you still find yourself in for a long wait. The service is always rude and abrupt. If they heard you wrong on the speaker and you they to tell them that, you get nothing but silence as you watch tour order being changed on the screen. Then when you finally go to the window to grab your food it is practically thrown at you. read more

Its a McDonnalds. I give it a 3. They r trying! But still need more to get a 4/5. Recently they revamped the place added dual drive thrus a new paint job. The dual drive thrus help but barely. Traffic is still backed up to the exit/entry way. I decide to go inside hoping for faster service. I got that!!! Wanted a straw for my oj. No straw or napkins! Decided to drink the juice the old way strawless. Have some napkins in the car. Decided to go have breakfast in the car. The manager made a comment, " good that you dont drink coffee". I guess the extreme line is probably cause they are out of coffee! read more

I have been to McDonald's all over North and Central America. Mexico, Canada, Panama, Costa Rica, Detroit, Baltimore, Vegas and this has to be by far the worst McDonald's anywhere in this hemisphere. The regional franchise manager must loath having this location in his territory. Never have I encountered something so broken that is so regimented. It's like the people who work here purposely ignore the idiot-proof systems McDonald's has put in place for efficiency just to piss people off. This McDonald's is a habitual offender of the following: - Drive thru backups - Slow service - Incorrect orders - Forgetting sauce - Ignoring special requests but still charging you for them - Serving yesterdays iced tea which has turned (*personal pet peeve*) - Cold food - Rude employees And for an extra kick in the ball bag - for some unknown reason this location charges more for the same food then the one on Michigan Ave in Canton and the one on Rawsonville Road (which is also in Belleville) does. You really need that extra dollar and six cents bro? Really? This place was never that great to begin with but ever since they added the double drive thru it went completely to shit. Do yourself a favor and go to Rawsonville Rd and give your business to that franchisee who clearly has his shit together. read more

Girls and they weaves, hire people with some brains maybe? Oh and no one was wearing hair nets. NO ONE. So slow and food was cold. Not going back because no one will own up to their shit. So do whatever but I don't suggest this McDonald's ‍‍‍. read more

This McDonald's location is always messing up our food orders. They ALWAYS forget to give us something that we've ordered. In addition, the staff isn't friendly. Your lucky to get them to even look at you. There's no hello, goodbye, thank you, your welcome, etc. The fries are always burnt and the strawberry cream pies are over cooked half the time. The manager/owner/corporate of this location need to get it together to get their team more organized. They all need to be retrained on acceptable customer service attitudes. They also need reinforcement about the importance of vigilance when completing an order to ensure the customer is getting everything they order. My husband has started driving out of his way to go to the Rawsonville McDonalds because he's fed up with everything from the Belleville location. read more

Went to mc Donald's after my oil change and the guy whose handling the food smelled like he rolled in a cats litter box. This location is pathetic. I don't remember the last time I went to this location and my order was correct. This is a poorly run store that you should avoid at all costs. If you want McDonalds, go to a different location. read more

This McDonalds is hit or miss. Sometimes we go and we get a fresh burger and Fresh hot fries. Other times we get a burger with a bun that is so hard and dry that you literally cannot eat it and the ff are old cold and awful. I don't understand why there is such a drastic difference in the quality of food you get here. I would say that 3 out of 5 times that you might go through the drive thru late at night they inform you that it's cash only. There should be a way to let the customers know this before they wait in line 15 minutes. Maybe an employee could let customers know? The most infuriating thing about this McDonalds is that they don't seem to care what quality of food they put out. The "I'm sorry next time you come in, say you talked to ______ and tell them we owe you _____. What is so hard about a manager or shift leader checking the quality of the products that are being sent out. If everyone got a fresh hot meal every time they spent their hard earned money (which is what they should be getting) the word would get around quickly and stores sales would go up. Think long term McDonalds. Give people a reason to come back!! read more

Who is running this place? They get everyone of my orders wrong, no matter what time of day. They get a star because they are nice and fast. They get this review because all the rest sucks. read more

Terrible drive thru service. I go about 2x's a week. No matter what time of day, no matter how many people waiting, no matter what is ordered, I'm moved off to the "wait over there" part of the parking lot. Runners are never sure which order goes to which car. The Ypsilanti store drive thru doesn't allow for a car to be moved off to wait and they manager to get everyone thru really quickly. I now avoid the Belleville road location whenever possible. read more

These workers have the audacity to play around in the mcdonalds while people wait for their food, this guy asked me to hold on and rhen i heard him singing in the microphone thing with other customers he apparently knew? Be warned, this McDonalds is horrable. The service is slow, the dinning area is dirty, and the food is often made incorrectly. I have eaten here many times because of the location however I wlll be taking my business elsewhere. I'll often count 10 or more employees in the kitchen yet no food is being served. Customers stand in long lines waiting for their cold fries. If you visit, count the employees having a party in the kitchen talking about their personal problems with little self-awareness. The only reason I signed up for Yelp was to post a review of this McDonalds! read more

I have never been here and their shake machine been working. All a pregnant girl wants is a milkshake every now and then..

I would give less than one star if I could, but they did at least deliver the food after ten minutes in the car waiting. These guys are horrible at getting an order correct. Attention to detail is key when taking orders people. Ordered a double quarter combo and a regular quarter pounder sandwich, both with no cheese and no onions. What did we get? Two single quarter pounders WITH cheese and onions. You guys suck! And to get the order straight...drive all the way around thru drive thru to straighten it out. Not going back to this McD's again. read more

When people say hit or miss, they mean it. I went to this place, looking forward to picking up my SAME order (McChicken/McDouble) ALL the time and either "their system is down" or they're "under going maintenance" and their lights are off for a 24/7 McDonalds location. I was pleasantly surprised with this Mcdonald's it was very clean and had a funky decor. I liked the interior design , it had a positive energy. One of the worst McDonald's. Always gets order wrong, several time the ice cream machine is down, or the smoothie blenders.

My girlfriend and I went to this McDonald's location because we didn't want to take the time to cook. We arrived at 12:30am with only two customers ahead of us and we left at 1:05. We ordered 2 McDoubles, 1 20 piece McNugget, a sprite and a coke. The manager at the first window read our order back properly, however when we arrived at the second window the lady scoffed and rolled her eyes before opening the window to give us our drinks and we waited until 1:05am for our food. Our fries were cold and soggy, and instead of 2 McDoubles we received one poorly constructed big mac. We will not be returning to this location again. They wasted at least a half hour of our time and we left with a terrible meal. read more

I was at this location around 1am one night. I placed my whole order and proceeded to the first window. At the window the employee saw my debit card in my hand and then proceeded to tell me that they only accept cash at that time of night. Not once did the person taking my order at the speaker tell me that. Also, I have never heard of any McDonald's only accepting cash ever. I rarely have cash, so I won't go back to this location. I personally think they were just being lazy. I decided to try the other location in this city and they gladly took my card as payment. read more

Filthy! Before the remodel, we came one time and said never again. Figured it should be better now that it's been remodeled, but NO!
