What I don't get is, why do they deliver the drinks separately from your main order? That's the logic behind this?? I wouldn't complain if they actually delivered my drinks but they always put my drink in the mobile pick up area even though it says DINE IN on the ticket. Consistently delicious! I go to this location once a week with my goddaughter because this is her favorite place, and I must admit that I'm hooked! I get the grilled chicken sandwich and she gets the nuggets and it's all always perfect. The chicken is very tender and generous in size. They have the best customer service, they're always speedy, we call it "controlled chaos" every time I approach Chick-fil-A. :) It always arrives hot with a smile from the Chick-fil-A employee who delivers it to my car. If you choose the dine inside, their customer service is so good, they won't even let you get up for extra napkins or sauces. They will deliver it right to your table for you! I get the chick-fil-A deluxe chicken sandwich for lunch- the best around! I love the chicken mini biscuits for breakfast. I drizzle them with pure honey- which is unheard of from a chicken place (which usually provides a high fructose version of honey!) I stopped in here for lunch as it was conveniently located just off of the 94 freeway. I found an open table and ordered my food on the mobile app. I ordered a grilled spicy deluxe sandwich with Colby Jack cheese, and iced coffee with vanilla. I also used a reward to get a free Chick-fil-A sandwich. Shortly after placing my order, an employee stopped by to let me know that they didn't have 2% milk for the coffee. I let her know that I'll take it without the milk. Besides the missing ingredient for my drink, my food was pretty on point for any Chick-fil-A. Drive thru is a crazy, too long and not as well managed as drive thru's in Georgia (Apheretta, Atlanta, Silver Springs etc.). This operation provides food best and fastest if you park and go in. Nice customer service. Seemed well staffed. Reasonable wait. Food quality is good though portions seem to be shrinking. At least not over-salted like some other Michigan CF are. Chick Fil A is my absolute favorite spot to grab a quick sandwich and fries. Some may say CFA is overrated, but I always say it's worth the wait. I've been to this location 10+ times since they opened. It's the only Chick Fil A in the area that offers mobile ordering AND curbside pickup. There's no need to wait in the drive thru for your mobile orders here! Simply order your food (I live a half hour away and order when I leave my house -- The app knows your location and will start your order once you're closer to the restaurant.) Service here is hit or miss, unfortunately. I've been here when the line seems miles long and was greeted with a smile (under the mask, of course) and it was perfect. Other times the employee bringing out the food seemed too bothered to even be kind. As mentioned before, I live a half hour away. I have a system on how to keep the food fresh and warm (I bring a hot/cold insulated bag) and it's never once been cold by the time I arrive home. This restaurant is amazing despite the volume of customers that are present. There were two lanes where you ordered and paid and gave them your name. When the two lanes were merged into one, another worker asked ypu your name and gave you a receipt with your items listed. When you got to the drivethru window, your order was ready. Its very efficient system. We took our food home close to 1 hr away and it was still warm and needed only 20 seconds to warm the fries. The food was delicious as always. If you get the buffalo sauce, it is very hot according to three of my family members. I'll stick with my favorite the Chickfila sauce. I did not expect the lines to be so ridiculous on a Wednesday afternoon but it was. Nonetheless that's not my problem with this location. The line and wait were long and that's not their fault but it was the lack of good management and communication and attitude I got that makes me never want to come back here. First of all, my order was taken and I asked for each type of dipping sauce. I ordered a side salad with avo dressing with my meal instead of fries. they ended up giving me alllllll their types of dressings for my "one SIDE salad", charging me for each one, and no sauces at all for ALL the chicken. Seriously? Common sense hello? That was a mess and on top of that I did not get my fries with the meals i ordered so, I had to hunt Someone down to help me with that after all that wait. I told the girl standing taking orders that she took my order wrong and over charged me too, she had an annoyed/ attitude filled face then disappeared for a bit, I didn't even care for a refund at that point I was so irritated and just wanting my sauces so me and my mother could finally sit and eat something. Completely disorganized, sassiness is not cute, and over priced, under delivered. Go to KFC folks, bigger and more flavorful meals, no bang for your buck and definitely NO southern hospitality. I visited Chick fil A in Allen Park, MI on November 2, 2023. I used the drive through option. I ordered my food from a young lady. Food was fine. A few days later I noticed a charge on my account that I had not made for $29.08. I called customer service, who took my information. She suggested I call or visit the store to inform them of what happened. I went to the store. I was told the person that could help me would be in at 3. I waited around in the area. It was 1 at the time. I went at 3:15. The person didn't come in. No one called me to inform me of that. They had my information, as I had provided it on the first visit. Today is Monday. No one from this company has contacted me to rectify this issue and refund my money. This is horrible customer service. I am beyond irritated by the way this is being handled.
